History

History

I was born the daughter of Acheron, the god of the river in the Underworld that makes pain, and Nyx. Many of my sisters and cousins were born in the Underworld and we lived there in the beginning. It was so dark there, in the Underworld, I wanted to understand more of the world above.

Then, after the Titanomachy, my chance came. Zeus was so thankful for Hecate's loyalty he gave me and a number of my siblings to her. We were to act as her companions. So we did. Me and my sisters followed the goddess of crossroads and witchcraft throughout the world. It was incredible, seeing everything. I never wanted to leave.

But lately, in this modern day and age, Hecate has been busy. She's found other means of entertainment, the usual stuff does not thrill her like it used to. So she's sent half of her beloved attendants to this, this camp. Camp Half Blood. And here I shall remain until she calls once more.

Adelphe has lived so long, she's not really connected with the modern world. She loves Hecate as a mother, as she never had any sort of relationship with Nyx. She is somewhat miffed at being sent away. She has a civil relationship with her father, but has a strong distaste for the Underworld. She is an adventurous person, though having seen the whole world, is now quenching for something new.
