Dove Culley was born to Vivianne Culley and Eurus on 10th May, 1993 in the UK. Her life was bliss, and she was much loved by family and friends. She lived like a normal baby, until her twin sister, Jay Culley, aged 2, was kidnapped. Jay was taken from her family home in the dead of night. To where, none of their family knew. Vivianne had the police search everywhere for her, but to no avail. After a 2 years, the police gave up and declared Jay dead.
Vivianne was distraught. She kept pushing people aside, including Dove. Dove had to learn to care for herself from a young age. She taught herself to cook, wash etc., when she was 7. She even made Vivianne food and washed her clothes. Vivianne, however, never ate. She just sat on the rocking chair by the window. Each day, she got skinnier and skinnier.
Vivianne, by the times Dove was 8, was just skin and bones. Vivianne didn't care though. She just kept staring out of the window on her rocking chair, wishing for her daughter to come back.
Dove was worried for her mother. Worried for her, even though she never gave a shit about her. She called the hospital to see if they would come for her. They refused. Dove, desperate to get her mother the medical help she needed, kept bugging the hospital. It wasn't until Dove said she was only 8 that the ambulance came to her house to collect her mother.
Dove was sent to school late. Very late, in fact. She started in Year 3 in June. She only had a few months left of the academic year, yet she was really behind. She was bullied for various reasons, one being because she wasn't as bright as anyone else, and the other being because her mother had, quite literally, abandoned her.
Dove lived the next few years of her life bitterly. She became cold and heartless. She didn't care for anybody else's problems. She pushed people away, just like her mother had with her. The teachers could never get to her. The students kept teasing and bullying her.
She kept living her lonely, bitter life until she was 12. She was walking around town, looking at the shops, until she was kidnapped. No one noticed. No one cared. She was kidnapped by a gang of men, aged around 18-20. They'd seen her around before when she was younger. They stalked her, but she never noticed.
At first, the gang didn't know what to do with her. They kept her in the cellar. One of the members, who brought her her food, grew an interest in her. The feeling, though, was never returned. The member, annoyed that she didn't like him back, raped her. He carried this on every night for a week, until the other gang members found out.
They found the idea interesting. So, by this, she was sexually assaulted 5 times a day, 7 days a week. This carried on for 6 months, until someone heard her screaming and went to call the police.
The police found her in the cellar, sleeping and her clothes tattered and torn. They arrested the gang and took Dove back to her home. Dove was mentally scarred for life.
A month later, her sister returned from wherever she had been before. Dove didn't really care, though. She ignored her sister. However hard her sister tried to talk to her, she'd push her away.
She was 13 when her and her sister were attacked by a harpy. Thankfully, the Hunters where nearby. They defeated it and took the twins to Camp. The Hunters told Dove of their vow. Dove, still bitter abut what happened to her, joined them after a year. Her sister, Jay, then joined another year later.
