"Life, put simply, is a ferry ride to death."
	Personality  Elizabeth has lived on the Earth for less than a year, so she is untrusting of all humans. And thanks to Hera, she is also untrusting of all Gods and Goddesses. The exception to this is her father, Charon, and her friend, mentor, and future love, Ares. So basically, she trusts no one and is extremely loyal only to two gods. This makes her only half devoted to the Broken Covenant, as she is disloyal all gods but two, when she is supposed to be revolting against the entire idea of the gods being in charge. She’s a lone wolf and mainly keeps to herself, however sometimes takes an interest in demigods who she views as vulnerable and impressionable. She is very blunt and if she doesn’t like something or if you are doing something wrong she’ll tell you so, as she thinks it’s the only way people will ever learn. Elizabeth loves intimidating others, in fact, she seems to get off on it. Having been trained by Ares for centuries, Elizabeth is an extremely powerful demigod who has mastered her abilities and is not afraid to show it. She can be quite persuasive in order to get what she wants, usually having a long term motive other people won't notice due to her subtlety. She is cold, manipulative, and calculating. She plans five steps ahead, and always has a backup plan for her backup plan. She does hold the hope of one day meeting her father and hopes that he is “better than the rest of the universe.” She only dresses in black, the color of death, in honor of her father and the powers he has given her. Elizabeth is also a sworn virgin, in order to honor Hestia and all she has done for her. Elizabeth prays to any and all gods who have done favors for her in the past, thanking them and offering sacrifices, no matter what mistakes they have made, and she is not entirely full of hate towards any god or goddess, with Hera being the exception. However, despite Elizabeth's manipulative and distrusting nature, if someone could get her to somehow reveal her sentimental side, they would most likely be able to manipulate Elizabeth to do their bidding. (They would need to be at least as manipulative and cold-hearted as she is though.)
	History  In 1615, Apate, Hecate, and Aphrodite sent their three most powerful demigod children on a quest to the Underworld to steal back a golden mask that they created with the power to give the wearer the ability see through the lies and manipulation of anyone or anything, including them. They originally created it to find out which demigods, monsters, and Titans were truly on their side during the first Titanomachy. Even Hecate, who considered this mask to be one of the most powerful and potentially dangerous magical items she had ever helped to create, was extremely worried. Hecate used a powerful tracking spell, tracking the mask to the Underworld, and believed that Hades had stolen it for a selfish purpose.The three demigods were each given an extremely powerful spell by their parents, catered to their specific power set: The Hecate child (named Aesop) was given one that would mask their scent with the pure essence of trickery and give them full control over the Mist, with the ability to make it powerful enough so that a God would not be able to see through it. The Apate child (named Salazar) was given a spell that created thirteen duplicates of the user without power or energy loss. The Aphrodite child (named Anastasia) was given a spell that would allow her to combine her powers with her mothers, giving her the temporary power of what was almost to a goddess, with all her actions at that moment to be agreed on telepathically by Aphrodite. Essentially, she would become a temporary goddess, but only be able to do what her mother, the source of most of her power, instructed her to do. At the time, the three goddesses were in a conflict with Hades, and figured the best way to get the mask back (which they were certain he had) would be to take something of his and propose a trade. However, before they could reach the Underworld, the Aesop was killed by a Sphinx when he failed to answer the riddle correctly. But just as the Sphinx charged at the other demigods, they guess again, and guessed correctly, and thus were spared. They entered the underworld, where Charon was waiting for them. Originally, the plan was for the Aesop to manipulate the Mist in order to trick Charon into letting them pass, for the Salazar to multiply and navigate Hades’s Underworld mansion (giving Charon obolos coins wasn’t an option, as he was under direct orders not to let any demigods into the castle, as Hades had indeed stolen the mask.), and for Anastasia to seduce Hades into admitting where the mask was. But with Aesop dead, the other two demigods were unsure on how to cast the spell over the Mist. They needed another way to get past Charon, and decided that Anastasia would have to seduce him in order to let them pass, and then Salazar would navigate the mansion by himself and offer the spell to control the Mist to Hades as a peace offering. Thus, the child of Aphrodite cast her spell, and began to seduce Charon. Aphrodite explained to her child that even one as powerful as herself does not easily overcome Charon, a god himself, with lust; and that Charon would need to be seduced to the fullest extent in order to to fall for the spell’s trick. Anastasia knew what her mother was implying, and despite Charon’s horrific features, had intercourse with him. However, after Salazar entered Charon’s boat and was off towards the mansion, halfway down the river Styx a shade managed to tip the boat, causing Salazar to drown in the Styx. After Charon and Anastasia finished their business, Charon realized what had happened, and asked Anastasia why he had come all the way to the Underworld to sleep with him. But the spell had left an aftereffect: even after the spell had faded, Anastasia still had a supernatural beauty to her, even for an Aphrodite child. Charon asked her why she had ventured all the way into the Underworld to have sex with him, and she lied and said that she was “simply following her heart.” Charon was so captured by her beauty that he asked her to wait for him on the shore and talk with him for a while, as he would wait for shades to be delivered to him by Hermes. Anastasia realized that she couldn’t say no, or it would blow Salazar’s cover (who she thought was still alive). She would sit on the shore of the Styx, waiting for Charon to deliver shades, and they would talk in between his trips. Anastasia realized that Charon, despite his cold demeanor and hideous physique, was actually quite nice. She fell asleep on the shore of the Styx that night, after staying up late talking to him. When she woke up the next morning, she realized Salazar was not back, and got suspicious. After three more days, she sent a prayer to her mother. Aphrodite responded, and as the goddess of love, realized that the spell, which had never been used on a demigoddess before, had left an aftereffect, and that Charon was most likely so in love with her that if she tried to leave and was caught he would kill her. Aphrodite advised her daughter to play it cool, and keep talking to Charon as if everything was ok. She promised to come rescue her daughter herself, but due to the rule of direct interference placed by Zeus, she was unable to. Hecate volunteered to rescue Anastasia as a way of honoring Aesop, her own child, who died on the quest with Anastasia, as he and ANastasia were good friends. As Hecate descended into the underworld, she realized that the daughter of Aphrodite was pregnant. Hecate, realizing her child had actually come to care about Charon, told her that Charon could get into major trouble with both Hades, and even with Zeus, for abandoning his post at any point in time, let alone doing so in order to have sex with an Aphrodite child. Hecate relayed an Iris message to Aphrodite. Aphrodite then told her daughter that she had to leave with Hecate the next time Charon crossed the Styx, and come back to Olympus, and to have sex with another god. This way, she could say the demigod child belonged to them instead of Charon, and Aphrodite would do her best to hide the child’s true identity from those who would try to find out the truth (such as Hera). And thus, she went to work for Hestia on Olympus, and had sex with Hephaestus. In the nine months prior to the birth of the child, Anastasia befriended Hestia, the goddess of the hearth, family, and the home. Anastasia entrusted her child’s secret to Hestia, who said that she would keep Anastasia’s child and raise it herself since the child would always and forever be in danger if Hera, Charon, or Hades (or really any other god for that matter, but especially those three) found out who the child’s true father was. When the child was finally born, Anastasia named her Elizabeth, and gave her to Hestia. Hestia figured it would be best if Elizabeth didn’t know the truth about her father, so she couldn’t tell anybody even if she wanted to or Hera ever asked her. Elizabeth went on to work for Hestia, tending to her Hearth when she would need to leave on occasion, but other than that, she spent most of her time training so that one day, she could convince Hestia (who had told her the world was unsafe for demigods and wanted her safe) that she could protect herself. She would spend hours every day with Ares, god of War, whom Aphrodite convinced (most likely through sex) to help train her grandchild. However, around a century later, Hera realized that the demigoddess, although a child of Hephaestus, had not developed any Hephaestus related powers. Hera confronted Hestia as to why she was taking such care of the child and why after a fully century Elizabeth had yet to develop any powers. Hestia lied and said that the child swore to her she would be a virgin for life, and Hestia had taken her powers as punishment for having sex with a love nymph. Hera believed her, but was still skeptical, and did some digging and found out the truth of the child and that her powers were being repressed to hide the father’s true identity. Hera figured out that Charon was Elizabeth’s father, and as much as she wanted to tell her, realized she could use this as leverage over Hestia. She warned Hestia that she knew the child’s identity, and told her to stop suppressing Elizabeth’s powers because it didn’t matter anymore, but that she had 300 years to give her ownership of the hearth or the child would be cast out of Olympus. Hestia stopped the power suppression, and Elizabeth’s powers began to develop. She began training with Ares to use her powers as well as her physical fighting skills. When the 300 years were up and Hestia still had yet to give up her ownership of the hearth, Hera cast Elizabeth out of Olympus and down to Earth. Before he left however, Hera was considerate enough to let Ares, Aphrodite, and Hestia all say goodbye to the demigod they had become quite close to over the centuries. Hestia and Ares knew she would be on her own, with her mother having died over a century ago and not being allowed contact with her father, she was essentially an orphan, and thus each one gave her a parting gift. Hestia gave her a necklace with a golden, flame-shaped amulet that when pressed, would keep her warm if she ever had to sleep on the streets. Ares gave her a bracelet that transformed into a stygian iron scythe. He told her, “I don’t know your father very well, but I think he would approve of this gift.” It was now 2015, and Elizabeth was alone, on the streets of London, with the clothes on her back, and two pieces of magical jewelry. Only after a week on Earth, Elizabeth was attacked by Alecto while on a bus. She figured that Hades must have found out that she existed, and who she was. Elizabeth killed the fury with ease. A week after the first attack Elizabeth was attacked in a homeless shelter by four hellhounds. This was because there was apparently a second demigod staying at the shelter as well, who was a member of the broken covenant. Being trained by Ares himself, she still managed to take out the four hellhounds with out much help from the other demigod, and he even felt as if he was just getting in her way. He decided he would befriend her and recruit her for the Broken Covenant. He introduced himself and over the next week, Elizabeth stayed at the homeless shelter and they became good friends. The Demigod introduced himself as Jacob Farms, a son of Khione. After a week, he explained the Broken Covenant to Elizabeth, and she agreed to join, under the grounds that she despised Hera to the point where she despised anyone who put up with her having such a high position as Queen of Olympus.

	Relationships Elizabeth has spent the past 400 years on Olympus. In that period of time, she managed to come in contact with many Gods and Goddesses. Many of those relationship dynamics are listed below. Others will be added as needed as more role-plays take place. Ambrosia Charon Hestia Ares Hera Ambrosia Elizabeth never saw her Ambrosia after Ambrosia gave Elizabeth up to Hestia, and thus Elizabeth has mixed feelings about her mother. Unlike with her father, Ambrosia could have seen Elizabeth if she had chosen to, but didn't. But Elizabeth understands that like her, Ambrosia was tricked into believing that her daughter would be safe welcomed on Olympus (which she was, until Hera kicked her out). She misses her mother even though she can't remember her, she dreams that she and her parents are sitting together at a dining room table, laughing like a normal family. However, even though she never saw her mother after she dropped Elizabeth off at Olympus, Elizabeth was saddened when she came to realization that being on Olympus has allowed her to outlive her mother by centuries. Ambrosia Elizabeth has never met her father, due to the rule that Zeus has put in place against Godly parents seeing their children and interfering with their lives in any way. Elizabeth understands this, and hates Zeus, Hera, and the rest of the Gods all the more for it, but she doesn't hate her father. She has never met him and thus, remains hopeful that her father is better than the rest of the Olympian Gods, as he works in the underworld for Hades (and indirectly Zeus and Olympus as a whole) and is not corrupt. She wants to meet him more than almost anything in the entire world. Elizabeth's relationship with Hestia is complicated, to say the least. Elizabeth loves Hestia and is grateful that Hestia took her in and cared for her for centuries, but was disappointed that she gave in to Hera and stood by when she was kicked out of Olympus. She is thankful for all Hestia has given her, and but believes that if Hestia truly loved her she would have given up anything, including the guardianship of the hearth. Now, she despises Hestia and believes Hestia betrayed her, but will not forget everything Hestia did for her. Elizabeth was taught manners from Hestia, but Ares' influence on her has sort of cancelled out these teachings. Elizabeth is a sworn virgin in Hestia's name in order to honor all that Hestia has done for her, and to symbolize their bond. It is assumed that if Elizabeth's virginity were ever threatened, because it is in Hestia's name, Hestia would interfere. Ares Originally, Ares only agreed to train Elizabeth and because Aphrodite coaxed him into it. At first, Ares was quite harsh towards Elizabeth, and showed her no mercy in battle, and Elizabeth didn't like him in the slightest. But Aphrodite told her to stick with it, and after a while, as she improved, Ares began to like her more. They ended up developing a close relationship, even more than she had with Hestia. Because she has never met her father, she sees Ares as a father figure in her life, and doesn't blame him for her circumstances, believing that he was simply a pawn in Hestia's game. She admires him for his ruthlessness in battle and lack of mercy, and displays these same attributes in battle herself. Elizabeth, although neither she nor Ares know it, may very well be in love with Ares. Elizabeth despises her, as she is the reason she was cast out of Olympus and is now being kept away from those she loves. She believes that she is a jealous b***h who is not fit to rule. Hera is the reason Elizabeth joined the Broken Covenant. Aphrodite Hades Persephone Zeus Hebe Elizabeth loves Aphrodite, as she is her grandmother, but also despises her for not standing up to Hera. But she had a deep conversation with her right before she left, where Aphrodite told her that now that she is leaving Olympus, she will be able to go off and find her true love. Elizabeth wanted to believe her, but couldn't trust anyone anymore. But she does still hope what Aphrodite said to her last is true. Elizabeth despises Hades for making her father work for him. She believes that her father should be free to roam the earth like all the other gods. When she found out Hades didn't endorse her father having any sexual relations of any kind due to his work and sent the furies after her, her resentment for Hades intensified, and with good reason. Hades seems to have given up searching for her, but she has not forgiven Hades for making her father work for him for millennia or for sending Alecto after her. Elizabeth has met Hades only once, and after their meeting, Hades threw Elizabeth into Tartarus (not that she couldn't leave whenever she wanted to if she so desired due to her connections with the other gods.) Elizabeth is currently plotting her revenge... Persephone was as close as Elizabeth ever got to her father. In the springs and summers Elizabeth would always ask Persephone to tell her stories about her father, but Persephone was never close with Charon. In fact, Persephone told Elizabeth that nobody was, except for her mother. Persephone and Elizabeth get along quite well, as they both have strong feelings of disgust towards Hades. Persephone felt so bonded to Elizabeth over their shared contempt for Hades, that she has taught her many things about Hades, hoping they would one day help the girl survive his wrath. For instance, Persephone taught Elizabeth how to scold off Hellhounds in her (Persephone's) name. Elizabeth helped tend to Olympus's hearth for centuries, so she came across Zeus often. She has only had a few direct conversations with him, but from what Elizabeth can tell Zeus is quite accepting of Elizabeth, even after Hera exposed who she truly was. Elizabeth thinks Zeus can be egotistical and arrogant, and too powerful for his own good. She doesn't dislike Zeus, but doesn't like him either. She does however believe that he is an unfit ruler, due to the fact that he lets his personal feelings get in the way of what is best for others and the greater good. Elizabeth and Hebe are extremely different, but have a working relationship nonetheless. With Elizabeth spending much of her free time training with Ares and Hebe enjoying the peace and quiet of the Olympian Gardens, their personalities balance each other out. They both believe that one another means well and they both have big hearts, but they disrespect the way each other go about their lives. Hebe thinks Elizabeth's lust for battle like Ares and her rash actions and ideas make her hostile and dangerous, while Elizabeth thinks that Hebe's unrealistic desires for everyone to get along and merciful tendencies make her cowardly and weak. The two only truly got along because they never expressed these opinions to each other, and are much more passive aggressive, but neither of them ever seems to pick up on each other's frustration for each other's opinions. So they have working relationship, but it is based on false pretenses.
