Sonia was born and raised in Paris, France. Her mother was a teacher at a college for history, but her passion was always the different mythologies. Sonia noticed from an early age she could see strange things, for awhile she would tell her mother, but at the age of 7 when her mother realised it was more than a passing phase of childhood imagination, she had Sonia tested by Psychiatrists, and put on medication.
This continued for a few years, when Sonia realised if she stopped telling her mother and friends the things she could see, people stopped thinking she was crazy and she was soon off her medications. Although as she started foreseeing more and more events, her life became more chaotic once again. After seeing the death of her mother at the age of 14, she was locked away in an asylum for children with psychiatric issues. It was here that Pagos found her, she didn't trust him, and tried to get away from him, but she was kidnapped and taken to be used to test his devices on and to give any visions she had.
The team in New Brunswick Canada found her and rescued her, though at the cost of one of their own being taken, she's indebted to them and though still scared, has sort of glued herself to Alexis Benedict, whom she feels the safest with.
