	History Hrafn Manisson was a graduate from the astrophysics division of the University of Iceland. Hrafn met a young woman about his age when he was partying with his friends. The young woman introduced herself as Dia Thompson, an American scientist researching volcanic areas of the country. Hrafn was smitten with Dia and asked her out on a date. Dia charmed by his amicable and awkward personality, accepted. A few months passed, Hrafn and Dia finally consummated their love. The few days later, Dia vanished without a trace. Her scientist colleagues did not even remember her. Hrafn was upset as this was his first love. He finally let go and went to the US after a job was offered to him there. Dia returned a few months later. Hrafn really wanted answers but Dia gave him a baby, a note and a pen and left. The note explained to Hrafn who she really was and a map to Camp Half-Blood. Uller Manisson grew up around his father's equations and theories. He would listen to Hrafn's technobabble and not understand anything. Life was quiet as he stayed with his babysitters, Hrafn's uncle and aunt. He was diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD when he started attending school. He would not really get into fights because he would always try to keep his anger in check. He was the invisible guy during his time in middle school. A few knew of him and he only had one true friend, Derek, another student whom everyone regarded as creepy. When he turned ten, he saw two girls being attacked by a harpy. One held a sword and drove the harpy away and the other killed it. Uller ran away and did not tell his father about the incident. He wrote and drew about the incident instead. When he turned thirteen, he dated a girl, Stephanie. A cheerleader in fact, Uller was overjoyed. Well that quickly changed when he felt something strange about her foot. She was always limping. Their relationship lasted for two or three hours. Stephanie and Uller made out but something felt strange for him. He by accident kicked her foot. Uller discovered that she was something he had heard from Greek mythology. An empousa. Uller ran and the empousa pursued him. Luckily, Derek discovered them and killed Stephanie who transformed into a pile of golden ashes. Uller was traumatized. He asked Derek what was going on. Derek explained everything to him when they went back home. Derek was a satyr in charge of protecting demigods. The reason why Uller was attacked was because he was a demigod. If he were to survive, Derek told him that he cannot stay here but in Camp Half-Blood where he would be trained to fight and return to the mortal world. Uller did not believe him. Derek kept on telling him to go to Camp Half-Blood and a year past. The satyr could not protect him any longer as monsters that attacked Uller grew larger and larger. Uller finally revealed everything to his father, Hrafn. He remembered Dia's note to him. Uller and Derek left for Camp Half-Blood. He was claimed by (goddess) as soon as he arrived at Camp.

	General Personality Uller always has his head in the clouds. He is imaginative and secretive about his life, revealing little to none about his personal life even to his friends. His fatal flaw is his obstinacy and his refusal to follow orders from people. Uller enjoys writing and would one day like to become a writer.
