Son of Nyx and Daughter of Hecate

Danny: Danny felt the pockets of her jeans but it wasn't there. She checked her bag, under her bed and still nothing. She looked out the window and saw the moon in its full phase so its light shone brightly. She grabbed her jacket and put it, decided to go out to look for it. She got her flashlight and slipped her shoes into her feet then finally went out of the cabin. She tied her long blonde hair into a ponytail and let it down to her shoulder. She turned the flashlight on and started walking. She must find it.

Brett: Brett walked outside of the Nyx cabin, he had on his usual ‘mysterious’ smile and he also had on a black T-shirt and pale blue shorts. The usual thought that brought him outside tugged at his thoughts as he walked. He looked up to see the moon; It was a full moon tonight, and beautiful. As he walked he saw a light out of the corner of his eyes. He knew some one must be outside, as the light was coming from a flash light. He decided to see who it was that had the flashlight out on a beautiful night like this one.

Danny: Crouching to be able to scan the ground easier, she walked and walked with the sound of the soft rustling of the grass as she took every step. She intently looked at every inch of her surroundings until a tingling feeling came to her--the feeling of someone actually there with her nearby but she shook it off and just ignored it. She focused more on finding the pen. She ran her fingers through the grass with a worried look on her face. "Come on," she muttered. "Where are you?"

Brett: Brett continued to follow the faint light to its source. The grass was a little damp under his sandals as he walked forward. The light grew brighter as he approached to see a girl running her hands threw the grass as if she were looking for something. “Are you looking for something or do you just like the feel of the grass?” He said this with a smirk.

Danny: Hearing a voice out of nowhere in the middle of the night made her jump out of surprise and she turned accidentally aimed the bright flashlight on his face making her yelp in shock thinking it was a monster or something. Realizing it's a person, she said with a shaky voice, "Oh! U-Uh, sorry!"

Brett: The light blinded Brett as soon as it got to his face. "Watch were you’re pointing that thing." He said this as the blonde looked at him. He looked at the ground, and then back at her. “It’s obvious that you’re looking for something, would you like some help?” He asked this flatly, before bending down on the ground, and not waiting for her to answer, and moving his hands over the grass.

Danny: For a second, she was staring blankly at him and when she suddenly got back to reality, she flinched and as if out of a trance, she stuttered. "Y-yeah! Um... thanks." She thought it was quite awkward that after she almost blinded the guy, he still helped her. She thought it was very kind of him. She also knelt down and continued looking. "So... you see, I'm looking for this pen that it blue."

Brett: Brett looked up at her. “You’re welcome.” He then started to look threw the grass again as he came upon something. It looked like a pen or, even possibly, a pencil. He picked it up and put it closer towards the light of the moon to see that it was the blue pen she was looking for. He turned towards her “Is this what you’re looking for?” He held it out to her. “what’s so special about this pen anyway?” He asked this wonderingly.

Danny: She turned around and her face was met by her long lost pen. With a gasp, she looked at the guy and smiled at him as if tears of joy would come out anytime. "Yes! That's it!" She took it from him examining the pen like making sure it was the one she was looking for. "Thank you thank you so so much! How could I ever repay your kindness?" Still staring at the pen in amazement that it was already found, she wasn't able to answer the guy's question regarding the importance of the pen to her.

Brett: Brett looked at her. "Well, you could tell me why the pen's so special to you." He said this wistfully, and then leaned against one of the purple leafed Juniper trees that lined the landscape.

Danny: Snapping back to reality, she snapped her head to the guy's direction and said, "Oh." She slowly looked back at the pen and felt it with her fingertips. "Well... this is from my father, actually." She gently smiled. Then she stood up brushing the dirt off her pants.
