  • For the next four days after their New Athens date, Kevin and Kylie would continue to see each other. However, the son of Pandia would always excuse himself after dinner. In the morning, he also looked visibly drained, as if he had been working on his projects all night. If Kylie did secretly ask or follow, she would find her boyfriend also secretly heading towards the Aphrodite cabin. On the fifth night, once dinner finished, Kylie would find a cardboard print out pasted onto her door with double sided tape. Another note wrote: "Mind meeting me in the fields? - Kev"
  • Kylie: After their date, she takes up some of her old duties -- Infirmary shifts, low-level management of the recording studio, even taking up some lessons again in archery to brush up on her skills -- to distract herself. She'd always notice how tired Kevin seemed to be when they met for breakfast, and slipped a few drops of nectar into his drink. Suspicion forms in her mind but she stamps down on it as fast as she could. Upon seeing the print and the note on her door, however, the feeling of dread rears its ugly head. She leaves the items on her door and as requested, speed walking to the fields. Under the soft glow of the moonlight, she's able to recognize Kevin's figure easily. Steeling herself for whatever could possibly happen with a smile on her face, she calls out: "Miss me already, love? We just saw each other at dinner."
  • Kevin: The son of Pandia, from afar, looked back at his lover. He then chuckled, making his way towards her. "How could I not?" He coyly replied. Kevin then extended a hand for Kylie. "If you don't mind, I want to show you something in the middle of the fields." He requested, extending his dominant hand for her to hold. Despite the healing from moonbeams and nectar Kylie slipped into his food, certain needle-like scars were scattered on his fingers.
  • Kylie: She takes his hand, frowning a little at the feeling of raised skin that could only come scars. As discreetly as she could, she makes her powers heal the small scars. If Kevin feels it, it'll only feel as though his fingers had a momentary itch, before the feeling disappears. She tries to look around as Kevin leads, but the moonlight doesn't give anything much away. "Any hints on what to expect?", she tries asking.
  • Kevin: It took a while, but the son of Pandia eventually noticed Kylie healing him. The stinging sensation forced Kevin to man up and not react, despite it feeling like the needles poking him again. He was afraid of Kylie finding out. The Little Prince, which was Kylie's favorite book, note was only a teaser, after all. Luckily, they reached their destination. They stopped. "Not much, sweetheart. Just a few stars." He pretended, innocently smiling back his beloved.
  • Suddenly, a kind daughter of Hecate released her hold on the dull illusion. The couple was now circled by a glimmering fairy lights on the ground and harmless fireflies floating around the summer air. The stars, which were blurred by an illusion of the mist, revealed themselves and began to twinkle in the sky. The scenery was similar to a Chinese fantasy movie. A glowing starry dress, which Kevin spent nights on making, was on its stand, placed in the middle the fields. While a certain daughter of Aphrodite made the base of the dress, Kevin wanted to personalize by personally sewing stardust into its flower patterns for the past 4 nights. It was tedious, considering he never worked on fashion before, but the son of Pandia persevered. On the ground in front of the dress was a single rose surrounded by a few words written with fairy lights on the ground. The words quoted:

    Happy 5th Anniversary, My Rose.
You still look as beautiful as the stars on the night we met.
Will you go to prom with me?

  • Kylie: When the illusion lifts, her breath catches at the sight before her. Her eyes immediately fixate on the lights. Romantic, she thinks, before her eyes focus on the dress. If her breath caught at the lights, then she absolutely stops breathing momentarily from the dress before her. With more light now, she's easily able to see the details. As she catches sight of the message, her eyes tear up from so much emotion. A smile makes its way to her face as she faces Kevin, her gaze full of adoration and love. She stands on her tiptoes and gently knocks her forehead against his. "I can't believe you," she says, soft chuckles passing through her lips. "This is absolutely amazing."
  • Kevin: "Whew~ I'm glad you liked it." He sighed in relief. Guess the past four nights of staying awake and Skyping Colette was worth it. Kevin nearly killed himself at the number of times the needle stabbed him. Growing in affluence, the poor man didn't know what a timble was. Of course, since Kevin liked keeping memories, he had his friend take a few photos. He trained Wei in exchange in photographer in exchange of her stardust. With his head pressed onto Kylie's, Kevin merely smirked. "Well, don't think you can kiss me without an answer."
  • Kylie: A bright laugh escapes her lips, at the same time that a blush rose to her cheeks. She presses soft kisses to his lips multiple times anyway. "Yes," she says, in between each kiss. "Yes, yes, yes. I told you before didn't I? Ask me, and see if I would ever deny you anything that you truly wanted."
  • Kevin: Enveloping her waist with his free hand, the son of Pandia was more than content to be showered with a plethora of mini-kisses. Each of her yes sounded sweeter after the other. Once the couple had gotten their lips away from each other, Kevin thought about his reward. It didn't take him long, considering he missed her cuddles gravely. "After four nights of hiding away from you, sweetheart, I just wish to cuddle you again tonight." He smiled warmly, before turning mischievous as he remembered Cody's words. "That, and maybe a daughter."
  • Kylie: She squeaks at the suggestion of procreation, her blush turning bright red from its soft pink. She groans and buries her face on Kevin's shoulder. Silently, she curses Cody, knowing that Kevin got the idea from him. "Why are you like this?!" She huffs out a short exasperated laugh. "Yes to the cuddles. As for your other request..." she moves away enough for her to be able to look at Kevin. She raises an eyebrow, an impish look on her face. "I'm afraid that will depend on your... capabilities, love."
  • Kevin: "Can't blame me. You're so beautiful that I can't wait to imagine a lil' you." He grinned. The son of Pandia was surprised Kylie didn't mind the idea, considering they were still in university. "I'm also surprised you don't say no anymore." Kevin teased, referencing to their encounter with the son of Hades. "Guess we're supposed to get busy then." He released their intertwined hands in attempt to lift her off the ground bridal style. However, Kevin's user hoped Kylie would notice the dress that was left.
  • Kylie: A bright laugh escapes her lips as she's literally swept off of her foot. "Woah, hold your horses there, sweetie. Let's at least finish college. I... I honestly wouldn't mind starting a family with you, but I do sort of want to have a stable career first." At that exact moment, a firefly zips past them and lands on the dress. Kylie's eyes follow the little insect's journey before returning to her lover's. "I would also like to know how you managed to make a dress in the span of days. I didn't know you knew how to sew."
  • Kevin: After being cockblocked by a firefly, the half-disappointed Kevin planted Kylie's feet back onto the ground. As a consolation, he was overjoyed by her implication on marrying him one day. "Oh, right." He exclaimed, almost forgetting 4 nights of work. "Remember our date in the cafe? The woman on the phone was actually the dress' designer, but since it's supposed to be my gift for you, I wanted to personalize it. So, I spent the last four nights Skyping her and sewing in her room in Aphrodite's Cabin. A friend from Hecate's Cabin also gave me the stardust." After giving credit to where it was due, Kevin then took a step closer to the dress and gently pulled the dress' hem for Kylie to touch. "You told me once that your favorite book was the The Little Prince. So initially, I wanted to make you a dress of roses, but I found the stars more apt." He paused to look back at her with a smile. Kevin didn't resound with the prince's turbulent relationship with the prideful rose. However, he did remembered that the Little Prince saw his rose whenever he looked at the stars. The stars were a reflection of what the characters held most dear, and Kevin always saw Kylie in his night sky. The son of Pandia then continued. "Because I don't need to leave and see a million other roses to know your worth. You were never prideful or pushy, even at our darkest times. Instead, for the past 5 years, you were always there for me - to guide me and love me."
  • OOC: notes
  • Kylie: She gently takes the cloth in her hands, running her fingers over the delicate embroidery and the soft texture of the base. Just from this alone, she could already tell that the dress would be comfortable to wear. "I can't believe you remember these things. I don't even remember half the things I say." She chuckles fondly, gaze turning from the dress to Kevin. "And in the past five years, I simply reciprocated what you had already been giving me -- stability, trust, and unconditional love." She steps closer to her beau. "I could travel to so many different places and worlds, and each time, love, I would come back to you."
  • Kevin: The son of Pandia blushed. He had a love-hate relationship with his stalkerish obsession with Kylie. Perhaps, if only he had the same passion for earning money, he would have been a self-made millionaire by now. "That's sweet, love, and I wouldn't want it any other way." Kevin kissed her forehead. Now, guess they needed to clean up the mess. "Well, how about I'll take you back to your cabin? You need all the rest you can for tomorrow." He smiled at her. If this was her promposal, obviously Kevin didn't want her to help him clean-up.
  • Kylie: Her heart fluttered at the forehead kiss. For some odd reason, they always felt so much more intimate to her. She pouts a little at the thought of returning to her cabin for the night. "I thought we were cuddling tonight? ...I mean, unless you wanna cram into my bed? I've got no objections."
  • Kevin: "I'm good with either, but I just need to clean up a bit." He slipped out. Upon realizing so, the son of Pandia closed his eyes in shame. He sighed. Knowing Kylie, she might offer to help, which was the opposite of what he wanted.
  • Kylie: She hums a little, eyes turning back to the dress and all the other stuff on the ground. "I can take the dress and the rose back to my cabin, if you want? I'll need to fit it anyway." She pats Kevin's hand lovingly, noticing the tension on his body. "I can meet you in at your cabin afterwards, if that sounds alright with you?"
  • Kevin: The pat was reassuring. The son of Pandia was grateful Kylie noticed the tension in him and decided to only take the light objects back to the cabin. He smiled. "Yeap. That'll be more than great, sweetheart." Part of him was also debating whether he should let her take the mannequin, considering the dress was on it. Should he let her carry it, or allow the dress to be crumpled. However, Kevin decided not to stress about it.
  • Kylie: She kisses his cheek in response before stepping closer to her dress. She puzzles a little bit on how to bring it her cabin without somehow ruining it. She carefully tilts the mannequin to the side, until she could secure the torso of the mannequin against the crook of one elbow, while the other arms sweeps under the trailing hem, lifting the entire mannequin in princess carry. Thank the gods for training. She tilts her head a little before looking over at Kevin, an apologetic smile on hr face. "Sorry, love, could you check if the dress is trailing on the ground? Wouldn't want to get it dirty before you can even see me in it."
  • Kevin: Kevin couldn't help but laugh at the scenario. "Sweetheart, I'm so sorry a romantic thing had to be ruined by clean-up." He said, taking the mannequin from Kylie and returning it onto the ground. "How about... let's switch places. You coil the fairy lights and take the rose and note back. I'll carry the mannequin back." Kevin partially blamed himself for letting Kylie carry the heaviest object.
  • Kylie: "Don't worry about it, love." She laughs, realizing how ridiculous they probably looked. She lets Kevin take the mannequin from her, a grin still etched on her face. "Got it!" She does a small salute before trying to find the tail end of the fairy lights. Once she finds it, she starts winding it up, her motions speaking of experience with cables and the like.
  • Kevin: "Let's get back together instead." The son of Pandia helped Kylie coil the fairy lights arranged to make the words. Once they were arranged into neat circles, Kevin waited for Kylie to finish and handed them to her. "All good, love?" He asked, carrying the mannequin in the same position as Kylie once did. However, Kevin first placed the hem over the head of the mannequin to ensure it wouldn't touch the ground. Moreover, due to their height difference, the hem did not touch the floor anymore.
  • Kylie: She chuckles again. Truly, there's never a dull moment between the two of them. "All good." She secures the fairy lights in one hand, the other gently holding the rose. "Let's go then." And the two set off, heading back towards the cabins, leaving stardust in their wake.
