Kylie and Cel
Ria, Kylie and Cel
Ria: She knocks on the Apollo Cabin door, clutching a piece of paper.
Kylie: A shout comes from somewhere inside. "Coming!" A few footsteps are heard before Kylie opens the door. She looks at Ria in curiosity."How may I help you?"
Ria: She smiles weakly before looking down at her paper, "Are you....Kylie Shay?"
Kylie: She nods, a curious expression on her face. "Yes, that's me."
Ria: She her smile falters, "I'm Ria Cross, wind nymph. I used to bring the news of death of loved ones to people, or predict who would die, yet I don't do it as much. But I think this case would be better if you heard it from someone like myself, and not a random camper."
Kylie: She looks a bit confused but feels dread beginning to form. She keeps calm however. "You say you bring news of deaths..." She bites her lower lip nervously, not wanting to continue her sentence.
Ria: She nods slowly, "I have news on one of your brothers."
Kylie: Her breathing quickens, worry evident on her face. "W-which of my brothers... which one of them is..."
Ria: She looks down at her list again, before looking back up, "Someone named Celestin Loup...."
Kylie: Her face pales and she has to hold on to the door post in order to stay standing. Her eyes seem to have wild look in them as tears begin to fall from her eyes. "N-no.... not Cel...." She looks at Ria, hoping against all hope that it was just some sick joke. "Please...please tell me this is just some sick April Fools joke... please..."
Ria: She looks down "I wish I could. He was killed by a Broken Covenant member, after talking a walk in the forest. His body, however, could not be found."
Kylie: She wipes her eyes, trying in vain to calm down. She turns her back to Ria for a moment, sobs racking her body. "Cel..... Cel...." Her voice becomes a mere whisper as she stares at the floor. "Big bro..."
Ria: She looks down before coughing, "I-I must take my leave...other deaths to confirm...I wish you the best in your time of need..." She walks off slowly
Cel: He like, kinda stumbles near the cabin.
Kylie: Since her back was facing the entrance, she didn't notice Cel. Stumbling, she entered her room, not bothering to close the front door. There, she laid on her bed, silently crying and clutching at her bed sheets.
Cel: He like, walks into his room and sits down on his bed, before clutching himself into a ball
Kylie: She dries her eyes enough for her to see clearly. With sluggish movements, she gets off the bed and walks over to Cel's room, wanting to be in a place where Cel was. As she opens the door, she immediately sees Cel. Her movements stop due to shock and all she can do is stare.
Cel: He just looks straight on, not at her or anything, just curled up on his bed, looking at the wall infront of him.
Kylie: Tears swim into her vision again. "C-cel? Is that you?" She stumbles again as she moves forward, wanting what seemed like a dream to be real.
Cel: He looks over at her and gets up and hugs her really tightly.
Kylie: After a few moments, she bursts into tears and hugs him equally tight, not wanting to let go.
Cel: He smiles and like, pulls her onto his bed with him.
Kylie: She curls up like a child next to him, tears still streaming down her face. "D-don't you ever do this to me again, Cel."
Cel: He hugs here again, "I'll try not to get killed again...."
Kylie: Her tears stop momentarily and she stares at him wide-eyed. When she speaks, her voice sounds slightly strangled and forced. "Wait... so you really did die?"
Cel: He looks at her and nods slowly, "Yeah...I did...neck slit by a BC member."
Kylie: She pales and reaches up to touch his neck which doesn't look at all slit. In fact, no a single scratch could be seen. She gives Cel a suspicious look. "Are you really telling me the truth, Cel? You look perfectly fine... not a single scratch..."
Cel: "Yes, cause of course I'd lie about being killed. This weird wind nymph girl sensed like, some spirit aura or something."
Kylie: She looks confused again. "Wait so you were lying about being killed? And spirit aura?"
Cel: He shakes his head, "No. I was killed by some Aphro girl from the BC, and some nymph said she sensed something from me, and muttered something about a music spirit?"
Kylie: She pales a bit. "Music spirit..." She stares wide-eyed at Cel.
Cel: He tilts his head, "Yeah...that's what she said..."
Kylie: Her breathing quickens again. "Cel... do you understand what she meant?"
Cel: He shakes his head, "No...I was too busy obsessing over the fact that I had just died..."
Kylie: She mutters under her breath. "If the nymph said she sensed a music spirit... and the fact that Cel's not dead... it can only mean he was the music spirit."
Cel: He pokes her, "I'm right here...I can...kinda...hear you, ya know."
Kylie: She makes a small shooing motion. "Hush, Cel, I'm thinking...." She realizes what he said and suddenly blushed. "Oh uh.. uhm.. you heard nothing!"
Cel: "What am I? If I'm not dead, but alive, what am I Kyles?"
Kylie: She looks at him seriously. "I can only think of one possibility: Immortality."
Cel: He pales, "Huh?"
Kylie: She looks at him blankly. "Immortality Cel. The nymphs said she sensed a music spirit... and only you were there at the time... so we can come to the conclusion that you were turned into a music spirit... an immortal."
Cel: "S-So...either the Muses saved me or..."
Kylie: She nods at his line of thinking. "Either them... or Dad did."
Cel: He shakes his head quickly, "N-No! D-Dad doesn't care about us.."
Kylie: She shakes her head at his statement and gestures to him. "You're the living proof, Cel. The fact that you're here and alive is proof that Dad cares."
Cel: He shrugs, "Doubtful."
Kylie: She sighs. "What am I to do with you, Cel?"
Cel: He gives her really cute puppy dog eyes, "Give me ice cream?"
Kylie: She rolls her eyes. "Ice cream isn't good for someone who just came back from the dead."
Cel: He carries on doing the eyes, "B-But..."
Kylie: She stares him down. "No... and that's final."
Cel: He shakes his head and pouts, "Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease?"
Kylie: She looks at him blankly, choosing not to reply.
Cel: He tugs on her sleeve, "I'll love you forever and ever..."
Kylie: She smiles tiredly, thinking about the word 'forever' and unknowingly mumbles, "I'm sure you will...."
Cel: He pokes her, "So can I have some ice cream?"
Kylie: She makes a -_- face. "For the last time, Cel, no. you can't have ice cream."
Cel: "Why not?"
Kylie: "We need to keep you warm as much a spossible in the next 24 hours. Ice cream won't exactly help..."
Cel: He pouts and crosses his arms, "Well I want it."
Kylie: She crosses her arms too, a determined expression on her face. "Well, I'm telling you that you can't have it."
Cel: He walks over and gets some and eats it and sticks his tongue out at her.
Kylie: She narrows her eyes at him and walks over to Cel. She promptly takes the ice cream from him.
Cel: He takes it back and shakes his head, "Mine."
Kylie: She makes a >.< face and plucks the tub of ice cream from Cel's hands. "Can't you wait 'til tomorrow?"
Cel: He sticks out his tongue and takes it back, "No."
Kylie: She just sighs, not bothering to take the tub of ice cream anymore.
Cel: He grins, "I win."
Kylie: She rolls her eyes and sits on his bed.
Cel: He puts the ice cream down and jumps on his bed, hugging her.
Kylie: She gets surprised by the sudden hug and loses her balance for a moment, despite being seated.
Cel: He smirks, "You know how much I love you, right?"
Kylie: She looks surprised by his question. "Uhh yeah?"
Cel: He hugs her, "Goood."
Kylie: She hugs back. "Why do you ask?"
Cel: He shugs, "I just wanted you to know."
Kylie: She nods unsurely. "Okay then..."
Cel: He hugs her again, burying his head in her neck.
Kylie: She pats his back and tries to avoid too much movement.
Cel: He stops hugging her, "Why are you babying me?"
Cel: He looks at her, "Kylie, why?"
Kylie: "Why what?"
Cel: "Why are you babying me?"
Kylie: She raises an eyebrow. "I'm not babying you."
Cel: He crosses his arms, "But you are."
Kylie: She shrugs and raises her hands in an 'I surrender' gesture. "What ever you say, Cel."
Cel: He kinda glares at her, "Wow kay."
Kylie: She stands up and stretches a bit before ruffling Cel's hair. "Oh I can't help it Cel. You may be older than me but, you have to admit, between the two of us, I'm the older sibling figure."
Cel: He shrugs, "I'm 16 forever now, so, yay."
Kylie: She takes in a sharp intake of breath and looks at the floor somewhat sadly. "...you shouldn't be happy about being 16 forever, big bro."
Kylie: She smiles. "You can't enjoy the fine life of a 20-year-old guy." She sticks her tongue out childishly.
Cel: He sticks his tongue at her, "Well I can live here, do literally whatever I want, and have a super cute boyfriend. What more do I want?"
Kylie: She shrugs and walks over to one of the walls of his room and she leans on it, hands in her pockets. She says vaguely, "Is it wrong that I'm already thinking so far ahead?"
Cel: "What do you mean?"
Kylie: She looks at the floor. "You're immortal now... what will happen by the time when... when I'm no longer here? When the people you know right now are long gone?" She turns away, rubbing her eyes. "Ugh, okay, don't mind me. I'm just being.... just being your average crazy, confused teenager...."
Kylie and Cel
THIS IS AN IM... ;3
Cel: He stands and waits for Kylie to answer
Kylie: She looks up as the IM appears and sees Cel. She immediately grins. "Heyo big bro!"
Cel: He grins back, "Kyles, you'll NEVER guess what just happened."
Kylie: She makes a :/ face. "Uhh you got a new batch of cookie dough ice cream?"
Cel: "Yeah...besides that."
Kylie: "Uhhh you... uhh... rode a pegasus?"
Cel: "Think more about Dad."
Kylie: Her eyes become wide and she looks horrified. "Dad fell out of his chariot, didn't he?"
Cel: He shakes his head, "You're bad at guessing."
Kylie: She chuckles. "But you still love me" :3
Cel: He laughs, "Yeah, I do. Anywaise, I met Dad..."
Kylie: She blinks as though she didn't hear correctly. "Sorry, what again?"
Cel: "I. Met. Dad."
Kylie: She looks shocked and leans forward. "And? What happened?"
Cel: He smiles, "He was nice, he apologised for everything and stuff....and he does care about us...so you were right..."
Kylie: She grins. "I told you so." She smiles sentimentally. "Dad does care..."
Cel: He rolls his eyes, "Yeah yeah yeah, I know you told me so."
Kylie: She keeps smiling but this time, she looks curiously at Cel. "So, what did dad say?"
Cel: He shrugs, "Like, complaining how I haven't seen Star Wars, you not seeing Titanic..."
Kylie: She looked stunned before a light blush appeared on her face and she began muttering to herself. "He wasn't supposed to know that... omg, he's been spying.... but then...."
Cel: He laughs, "Well done Kyles."
Kylie: She blushes, thinking he's laughing at her. "S-shut up!" She ends up pouting.
Cel: He smiles, "Come on Kyles, you know I'd hug you if we weren't in different places."
Kylie: "I miss you already, Cel." She pouts. "I wanna be able to sleep on a bed again, not on an airplane chair."
Cel: He sticks out his tongue, "I want a hug from my favourite sister, and I miss you more."
Kylie: She sticks her tongue out at him childishly. "Nu-uh, I miss you more."
Cel: He laughs again and shakes his head, "No Kyles. I miss you more."
Kylie: She laughs along this time. "We're seriously arguing about who misses who more?"
Cel: He nods, "Yep!"
Kylie: She laughs again. "Just like that time when we were arguing over who loved who more."
Cel: He grins, "I'm still not settled with that."
Kylie: she grins again. "Looks like we'll have to settle that when I get back."
Cel: He laughs, "You'll lose."
Kylie: She scoffs. "As if, big brother."
Cel: He smirks, "I will, just you wait."
Kylie: She about to say something until a voice from somewhere behind her was heard. She looks back for a moment before turning back to Cel, an apologetic smile on her face. "Sorry, Cel, I gotta go now. Tell me everything when I get back, alright?"
Cel: He sighs and nods, "Sure."
Kylie: She was about to swipe her hand over the IM but stopped for a moment. "I really miss you, Cel... Take care of yourself."
Le Kylie et Cel
Kylie: She walks slowly towards the nymph sanctuary, feeling dizzy due to the rapid events. Laika (the dog) and Leuko (the Owl) are following her obediently. The letter containing Ailred's last will and testimony is in her hand.
Cel: He's in his room, eating icecream
Kylie: Having visited the nymph sanctuary a few times, she knows where his room is and promptly enters it without knocking, forgetting all about her manners. Her red-rimmed eyes gaze tiredly at her older half-brother. The two pets enter the room as well but thankfully, they're well behaved.
Cel: He looks up and sees her, "Kyles, what's wrong?"
Kylie: She tries to blink back the tears but they still fall. Her breathing quickens, almost as though she were gasping for air and she holds onto the door frame to make sure she doesn't fall over. "He's dead."
Cel: He tilts his head, "Who?"
Kylie: She takes in a deep breath, not looking at Cel. "....Ailred."
Kylie: She leans on the wall beside the door but slides down and ends up sitting on the floor, trembling. "I watched him die... and I couldn't help."
Cel: He gulps, "Sometimes you can't help, and just have to watch and help them get through it."
Kylie: She tried to stop crying but her effort was in vain. The tears simply would not stop. She hugs her knees, feeling like a small kid again.
Cel: He walks over to her and hugs her
Kylie: She clings onto him, sobs racking her body. "I... I just s-sat there and... and watched.... I c-couldn't help."
Cel: He hugs her tighter, rocking slightly, "Kylie, calm down, please."
Kylie: She buries her head in his chest. "I can't... I can still feel it, Cel.... His cold hand, his lifeless eyes." She bites her lower lip and hugs him tighter.
Cel: He breathes in, "Please don't give me the details."
Kylie: She just clings tightly onto him, no longer knowing what to do. Leuko the owl flies over to her and hoots softly. Laika trotted over to Cel, whining softly.
Cel: He looks down at the dog and tilts his head slightly.
Laika stares back intently before walking over and nudging his foot softly.
Cel: He looks away
Laika barks softly at Cél, pawing at his leg, trying to get his attention. Leuko hoots once before flying off to the edge of the bed. Kylie had finally calmed down.
Cel: He still looks away, just looking out of the window
Kylie: She just hugs him and speaks softly, tired from the day's events. "He left Laika to you."
Cel: He breathes and mutters under his breath, "And who said I wanted him?"
Laika whines softly and sadly, as if understanding what Cel said.
Kylie: Having been hugging him, she heard what he said and felt a pang of hurt. "I knew it..." She wordlessly lets go of Cel and stands up, no emotion on her face. She distances herself from him, opting to choose the company of Leuko the Owl.
Cel: He faces and turns to her, "What? Knew what?"
Leuko gives a soft hoot, before resting on Kylie's shoulder.
Kylie: She refuses to look at Cel, glaring at the wooden floor instead. "You never cared about him... did you." Her question seemed to be more of a statement.
Cel: He sighs slowly, trying to not lash out and yell and stuff, "I did. But things happened."
Kylie: She keeps a blank expression on her face when she looks at him. "Things happened and they're over. He's dead, Cel. The least you could do is honor his last wishes and that includes taking Laika in."
Cel: He glares at her, "And you don't think I know he's dead? The last time I f*cking saw him, he was with that dog. So sorry, I can't really take him, her, it in."
Kylie: She glares back. "So just because Laika was with him, you refuse to take her in."
Cel: He clenches his fists and breaths in, "Not. Only. That."
Kylie: She clenches her hands into fists, her nails digging into her palms. "Tell me then, you coward. What wrong has Laika done to you?"
Cel: He looks down and breathes in, clenching his fists tighter, "I'm not a coward."
Kylie: Her glare intensifies as her emotions get the best of her. "Yes, you are. You're running away from your past mistakes. You're hiding from it. You won't confront it. So that makes you a coward, Célestin Loup."
Cel: He glares at her, "You don't know anything. Were you there when I was twelve to sixteen? Were you there when I was forced to have...No. You weren't. So who in enfer are you to call me a coward?"
Kylie: She looks at him darkly. "Who am I to call you that? Someone who knows when it's time to forget the past and set it aside in order to help an innocent life."
Cel: He walks over to her and glares down, "It's times like this where I wish Dad would've just let me die, and not have saved me, because then I wouldn't have to deal with this crap."
As Cel approaches, Leuko flies away from Kylie's shoulder and resting herslelf back onto the bed.
Kylie: She glares up at him but tears can be seen in her eyes. "It's times like this when I wish you weren't such a slut."
Cel: He stops glaring and looks down, "Y-You were the one person who never called me that. You were the one person who I hoped would never call me that. I hoped you'd never judge me because of what I did...I-I guess I was wrong..."
Kylie: She realizes her mistake and her eyes widen in horror. "N-no, I... I didn't...." She stretches a hand torards him, as if to grab onto his sleeve, but she stop mid-way. She drops her hand and bows her head in guilt.
Cel: He looks up at her, like, a kinda glare, kinda 'I want to go cry for ages now' look is on his face, "Y-You obviously did."
Kylie: Silent sobs rack her body, causing her to shake a lot. She keeps her head down, eyes tightly shut. She's trying to forget what she just did but it only seems to be getting worse.
Cel: He walks over to his window, but as he does so, he like, falls over and starts to shake.
Laika trots over slowly to Cel before nudging his fallen form. Leuko, on the other hand, scoots closer to Kylie's shaking form.
Kylie: She opens her eyes at the sound of a thud and sees Cel on the floor. Instincts tell her to help him but what happened just moments ago was still fresh on her mind. Everything was getting to her; Ailred's death, this fight with Cel... she couldn't take it anymore. Kylie did what any normal teenager who was under enormous amounts of stress would do: sit down, hugs her legs and cry softly.
Cel: He gets up slowly, but like, can't stay standing up, so he slumps against the wall
Laika whines softly and nudges Cel before motioning to Kylie with its head.
Cel: He looks up at her, and looks away, sighing.
Kylie: She hugs her legs tighter, the guilt weighing her down.
Laika paws at Cel's foot like she did before. A look on her face conveyed a message "So what? You're just gonna let her cry?" seemed to be what Laika was saying
Cel: He looks at Kylie again and sighs, getting up, and sitting beside her'.
Kylie: She felt Cel sit beside her and she stiffened, thinking he was still mad at her. She sobs quietly, keeping her gaze to the wall beside her.
Leuko the Owl hoots softly before flying down in front of both Cel and Kylie, waiting to see what would happen.
Cel: He hugs her, crying slightly, "I-I'm so sorry..."
Kylie: Her eyes widen as Cel hugs her, thinking that he truly hated her for what she said. Tears escape from her eyes and she hugs back, clinging to his shirt as though he were an anchor. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."
Cel: He hugs her tighter and doesn't say anything, but buries his head into her neck.
Kylie: She finally relaxes but feels as though all the energy had finally drained from her. She closes her eyes for a while but doesn't let go of Cel.
Cel: He still snuggles into her, like, breathing in and sniffling :3
Kylie: She leans into him, her breathing evening out. She remembers something and groggily opens her eyes, looking for Laika. She smiles sleepily and removes an arm from around Cel and extends it to Laika instead.
The dog, having been watching the two just like Leuko was, came near Kylie, as though it knew she was calling her.
Kylie: She whispers, too tired from the days events. There's a hint of fear and worry in her voice when she spoke. Cel? You'll take Laika in... won't you?
Again, Celie :3
Cel: He's sitting in his room, idk, reading a book.
Kylie: She sneaks out of her room and walks down to the nymph sactuary, to Cel's room, hesitating a bit in front of his door before knocking twice.
Cel: He walks to the door, yawning while opening it, "Hello?"
Kylie: She shifts nervously from foot to foot. "Hey Cel..."
Cel: He smiles, "Hey Kylie."
Kylie: She plays with the hem of her shirt, not looking at Cel. "I was wondering...." She mumbles the last bit so quietly that it's hard to understand.
Cel: He tilts his head, "Wondering?"
Kylie: She looks embarrassed. "I was wondering if you'd help me pick an outfit to wear for my outing with... with Dad."
Cel: He opens his mouth and then drags her into his room, closing the door, "Hold up, what's this about you meeting Dad? And, I also heard you got Counsellor...when were you gonna tell me about that?"
Kylie: She gets dragged into his room, blushing red. "Does news travel that fast here?" She says this more to herself.
Cel: He nods, "Er, yeah. It's pretty hard not to not hear it."
Kylie: She pouts and looks uncomfortable. "Well, Lucas left Camp and... well, I was given the position just yesterday. Then it was announced that... that I won the letter writing contest... so I get to meet Dad."
Cel: He grins and twirly hugs her, "Oh my gods Kyles!"
Kylie: She laughs and grins at Cel. "I grew two inches too!"
Cel: He laughs, "Good for you, so you're how tall now?"
Kylie: She giggles. "5'4" now," she says proudly.
Cel: He grins and laughs again, "At least you're growing."
Kylie: She nods enthusiastically before remembering why she came there in the first place. "So... will you help me?"
Cel: He nods, "Sure."
Kylie: She claps her hands together, a grin on her face. "Yay!" Next, she grabs Cel's arm and drags his back to the Apollo Cabin, specifically to her room.
Cel: He sighs, "Haven't been here in a while."
Kylie: She enters her room, dragging Cel. "You know, you're free to come and go as you please. You are still Dad's kid."
Cel: He shrugs, "Ehhhh..."
Kylie: She fidgets a bit, dreading all the clothes they'll go through. "So... let's get started?"
Cél: He laughs, "We might as well..."
Kylie: She takes a deep breath before taking out nearly all of her clothes, ranging from shirts to jeans to summer dresses and shorts, etc.
Cel: "What do you want to wear then?"
Kylie: she crosses her arms and looks indecisively at all her clothes. "I'm not really sure. Something comfortable that I can move in freely, but nothing too revealing or eye-catching, I guess."
Cel: "How about a t-shirt and denim shorts?" He makes a >.< face
Kylie: She thinks it through. "Shorts..... I'd, uh, rather not."
Cel: "Erm, shorts with leggings underneath?"
Kylie: She makes a face at him. "Can you imagine me wearing shorts with legging underneath?"
Cel: He shrugs, "Yeah?"
Kylie: She makes a xP at him before turning to her clothes. "Anything else?"
Kylie: She begins to feel desperate. "Jeans... and which top?"
Cel: He points at a random one, "That one!"
Kylie: She looks at where he's pointing and picks up the top. "This one?"
Cel: He nods, "Mhm..."
Kylie: She blows away a strand of hair from her face before draping the top over her arm. "Okay, this plus... navy blue jeans maybe?"
Cel: He mocks Gok Wan (spelling? xD)'s voice, "You'll look gorgeous!"
Kylie: She rolls her eyes at Cel. "Okay okay.... shoes?" She looks hesitantly at the few pairs of shoes she has: 2 pairs of ballet flats, 2 pairs of sneakers, combat boots, and a pair of stilettos. Upon seeing the stilettos, she let out a small wince. "Why did I ever bring that here?"
Cel: He tilts his head, "Huh?"
Kylie: She shakes her head. "Nothing.... so, flats or sneakers?"
Kylie: She takes a deep breath. "Okay.... and the uhh, hair?" She sneaks a glance at the mirror near them, glancing warily at her hair.
Cel: He grins, "Really want my opinion?"
Kylie: she nods hesitantly.
Cel: He smirks, "Anything you do with it makes you look appealing."
Kylie: Her eyes widen and she blushes a bit, turning away from him so he doesn't see. "Y-yeah right. Even when it's all messed up?"
Cel: He turns her back so they're face to face, "Trust me Kylie, even then."
Kylie: She blushes a deeper red but looks away. She mumbles quietly. "T-thanks."
Cel: He grins and hugs her, "You're welcome!"
Kylie: She wraps her arms around him, reciprocating the hug and burying her head in his shirt. She mumbles into his shirt so that her words didn't come out clearly. "I swear, if you weren't my half-bro, I'd date you or something."
Cel: He stops hugging her, "What was that?"
Kylie: She feigns confusion, having practiced her acting skills. "What?"
Cel: He pouts, "Tell me."
Kylie: She waves him off. "It's nothing. Don't worry."
Cel: He pouts some more, "Pleaaaaase?"
Kylie: She smiles innocently at him. "Really, Cel, it's nothing."
Cel: He pokes her cheek, "You're lying, aren't you?"
Kylie: She raises an eyebrow. "Who says I am?"
Cel: He smirks, "Me."
Kylie: She smirks back. "Anyone else who can testify to your claim that I am keeping the truth from you?"
Cel: He pouts really cutely, "Pleeeeease?"
Kylie: Her smirk falters and she looks away, crossing her arms. "It's best you don't know..." A blush creeps into her cheeks at the thought of what she mumbled earlier on.
Cel: He crosses his arms, "Well, I want to now."
Kylie: She shifts her weight uncomfortably from foot to foot. "I insists that you forget about it, Cel."
Cel: He sticks his tongue out at her, "Noope."
Kylie: She looks at him seriously. "Do you really wanna know?"
Cel: He nods, "Yeah."
Kylie: She fidgets a bit, playing with the hem of her shirt again. when she spoke, her voice was soft. "You promise not to judge? And that whatever I say won't affect how you treat me?"
Cel: He nods, "Kylie, I'm not that immature."
Kylie: She blushes a bit and looks off to the side as she speaks. "I said.... if.. if you weren't my half-brother, I would have... would have...." Her blush becomes more noticeable now and it seems she can't bring herself to say the word dated.
Cel: He sits down on her bed, and pulls her down to sit by him, and he puts his arm around her shoulder, "Would have..?"
Kylie: She tries to say it but can't seem to make herself say it.
Cel: He does the cute pout again, "Kylieeeeeeeeeee..."
Kylie: She makes a ;-; face. "I can't say it... it's too embarrassing."
Cel: He hugs her, "Too embarrassing to tell me?"
Kylie: "It is when it's about you...."
Cel: He shrugs and gives her the pout again, "Pweaaaaase Kylieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee."
Kylie: She shifts uncomfortably before looking away. "I said... if you weren't my half-brother, I'd date you.... or something like that..." A blush appears on her face as she looks VERY uncomfotable.
Cel: He blinks and blushes before hugging Kylie super tightly, "Oh my god Kyles...that is sooooooooooooo sweet..."
Kylie: She looks surprised. "You're.. you're not mad or anything?"
Cel: He shakes his head, "Nooo...why would I be? It's such a sweet thing to say and stuff..."
Kylie: She smiles a bit while playing with the hem of her shirt. "It's just that... most people would be disgusted if one of their half-siblings said that to them..."
Cel: He shrugs, "But I'm not 'most people'...remember Kyles, it'd never work because I like guys..."
Kylie: She laughs a bit shakily. "True, true."
Cel: He lies back on the bad, dragging Kylie with him, "So, you excited about meeting Dad?"
Kylie: She curls up a bit, trying to get comfortable. "I'm not really sure. I wasn't expecting to win and.... I dunno."
Cel: He laughs, "At least you know you'll be meeting him."
Kylie: She shrugs. "I kinda feel nervous, Cel. Sixteen years.... I haven't seen dad in sixteen years."
Cel: "As I said, at least you know you're meeting him."
Kylie: "I feel like I'm gonna mess up Cel."
Cel: He looks at her, "You won't."
Kylie: She stares at her bedsheets for a moment before looking at Cel curiously. "What was it like... talking to Dad?"
Cel: He shrugs, "He was nice...he made a joke about me not watching Star Wars...He was acting like a dad."
Kylie: She giggles and raises an amused eyebrow at Cel. "Star Wars?"
Cel: He nods, "Mhm...."
Kylie: She makes a silly face. "Not exactly what I expected from him.... Is Dad... easy to get along with?"
Cel: He nods, "Yeah...kinda."
Kylie: She nods before simply staring at her bed sheets in thought.
Cel: He hugs Kylie, "You'll do great. Just ignore the fact you haven't seen him in x amount of years."
Kylie: She chuckles and hugs him tightly. "I just can't shake off that nervous feeling."
Cel: He shrugs, "I could help you forget about it..."
Kylie: She looks up at him, a confused look on her face. "How?"
Cel: He smirks, "Really wanna know?"
Kylie: Curiosity got the better of her and she nodded.
Cel: "Because I'm a music spirit, I have an even better voice, so I could sing something, OR, I could sing in a high pitch and stun you..."
Kylie: She makes a >.< face at his second suggestion.
Cel: He laughs, "So which one?"
Kylie: She rolls her eyes. "The first."
Cel: He grins and sits up, "Which song?"
Kylie: Alsmot instantly, she picked a song. "You Found Me, by the Fray"
Cel: He starts singing that :3
Kylie: She closes her eyes and hums along, remembering how it felt writing the letter that won her her first meeting with her dad.
Cel: He stops and hugs her randomly.
Kylie: She opens her eyes and hugs back. "Why'd you stop singing?"
Cel: "Cos I want to hug you.."
Kylie: She smiles to herself before hugging Cel tighter, burying her head in his chest.
Cel: He smiles and hugs her tighter, "Promise me one thing."
Kylie: She looks at him curiously. "What?"
Cel: He sticks out his tongue, "Make sure you have some kind of enjoyment out of this."
Kylie: She smiles and nods. "With the kind of person Dad is, I'm pretty sure I'll have tons of fun."
Cel: He laughs, "You might wear out your vocal cords though."
Kylie: She shrugs, not really understanding where the convo is heading. "I'll be very careful."
Cel: He yawns, "I'm hungry."
Kylie: She rolls her eyes again. "You're always hungry." She pokes his tummy. "It's no wonder you're gaining weight."
Cel: He lifts his top up and looks at his stomach, "Erm, Kylie, I'm actually skinny..."
Kylie: She makes a >.< face at him. "I was joking."
Cel: He pouts, "You're mean to me."
Kylie: She grins at him. "Only when I want to be, Cel. Although..." She makes another >.< "Why is it that people can never tell when I'm joking?"
Cel: He shrugs, "Make it more obvious?"
Kylie: She makes a face at him.
Cel: He yawns again, "Kylieeeeeee..."
Kylie: She yawns unwillingly because yawning is contagious. "What?"
Cel: "I'm hungryyy."
Kylie: She smiles innocently at him. "Hi Hungry. My name's Kylie."
Cel: He sighs and laughs, "Really?"
Kylie: She shrugs but a smile is on her face. "Hey, it made you laugh, didn't it?"
Cel: He nods, "I guess."
Kylie: She sighs and gets up, heading towards her bedside table. She opens it and brings out a chocolate bar which she tosses to Cel. "Here. It's all I have but it'll have to satisfy the bottomless pit known as your stomach."
Cel: He sticks his tongue out, "The pit that does have a bottom thanks."
Kylie: She grins. "It has a bottom alright... for 20 minutes. After that, it becomes bottomless again."
Cel: He pouts, "Shuuuush."
Kylie: She chuckles and moves to hug him. "I love you, big bro. And besides, it's a little sister's job to make their older siblings uncomfortable."
Cel: He throws the bar back at her
Kylie: A flash of hurt passes through her eyes as she catches the chocolate bar. She turns to her bedside table and deposits the bar back in it. "If you didn't want any chocolate, you could have just said so, you know."
Cel: He pouts, "I don't want chocolateeeeee...I want ice cream..."
Kylie: She keeps her back to him. "Well, I don't have ice cream."
Cel: He pouts again, "Kylie look at moiiii."
Kylie: She stubbornly shakes her head and crosses her arms. "No."
Cel: He pouts some more, "Pleeeeeeeaaaaassssseeeeee."
Cel: He gets up and goes towards the door.
Kylie: At the sound of Cel's footsteps, she turns and barrels into him, hugging him from behind tightly.
Cel: He grins, "Yeah?"
Kylie: She only hugs him tighter, burying her head on his back.
Cel: He turns around to face her.
Kylie: Even when he turned, she didn't let go of him.
Cel: He like, pushes her away from him, only enough to she'd stop hugging him, "Yeah Kylie?"
Kylie: "I don't know what to do anymore, Cel." She bows her head but brings a hand up to wipe her eyes. A soft sob escapes from her mouth.
Cel: He stares at her before hugging her tightly, "What's wrong?"
Kylie: "Everything's just... just so confusing. I feel like one of Aphrodite's love stories."
Cel: He walks over to her bed again, and sits down, and sits her beside him, "Tell me about it."
Kylie: She takes a deep breath thinking about how to begin. "Okay, do you know that Pandia kid who always seems to have a camera with him? Or Cody Knight, son of Hades?"
Cel: He tilts his head, "Which Pandia kid? Tell me his name? And I think I've heard that name before."
Kylie: "Kevin. Kevin Blazer."
Cel: "Awww! Does Wittle Kywie have a crush?"
Kylie: She sighs at the word crush. "I don't know. I like Kevin but... I also like Cody... in a way that I shouldn't like him because Cody has a girlfriend...." She pulls her knees up and hugs them. "It's just that... whenever I'm with Cody, I can feel my heart beating loudly. I can feel it speeding up as though I were running." She sighs again and buries her head in her knees.
Cel: "And with Kevin?"
Kylie: She raises her head. "With Kevin....with Kevin I feel like I'm the luckiest girl in the world. Kevin is sweet, caring... patient. He told me he'd fight for me." She turns her head to Cel, a lost look in her eyes. "How is it that someone like him has to put up with someone like me?"
Cel: He shrugs, "Who do you like more?"
Kylie: At the question, she falls silent.
Cel: "Kylieeee. Answer meee."
Kylie: "..... I don't know."
Cel: He sighs, "Well, make a decision then, because you might only have the shot at one of them."
Kylie: She rests her head on her knees. "How do I do just that? How can I find it in myself to just... pick?"
Cel: "Well, who do you want to go out with more, if you had the choice?"
Kylie: She groans and lies down, pulling one of her pillows over her eyes. "I honestly don't know."
Kylie: She was sitting under a tree near the lake, humming a song from Les Misérables.
Cel: He walks past, humming some random K-Pop song :3
Kylie: She notices Cel immediately and calls after him. "Big bro!"
Cel: He turns around and smiles, walking to her again, sitting beside her, "Heyyy."
Kylie: She grins at him and looks him in the eye by leaning forward while tilting her head to face him. "So, how've you been?"
Cel: He shrugs, "Same old, same old. You?"
Kylie: She nods and leans back on the tree. "Ditto with you."
Cel: He grins, "So, hows the love situation?"
Kylie: She sighs. "Still as confuzzling as ever."
Cel: He yawns, "Aphrodite must be getting bored with you then."
Kylie: She chuckles. "either that or something big's gonna happen soon."
Cel: He smirks, "Oh, that'd be fun."
Kylie: She makes a >.> face. "It most certainly will not be fun."
Cel: "It'd be fun to watch." He sticks out his tongue.
Kylie: She continues making a >.> face before suddenly punching Cel on the arm.
Cel: He clutches his arm and pouts, "Wow thanks."
Kylie: She hugs her knees. "Ugh, I have no idea how you deal with this kinds of things."
Cel: He shrugs, "Just go with it, and it'll work out."
Kylie: She sighs again and rests her head on the bark of the tree.
Cel: "You're not to fond on the idea?"
Kylie: "Waiting for things like this has never been a strong point of mine."
Cel: "Impatient, eh?"
Kylie: She chuckles a bit. "More like I don't want to go through the pain and uncertainty which love brings."
Cel: He shrugs, "Don't f*ck up like I did, the only advice I can give you."
Kylie: She nods but looks at him with a e.e face. "Honestly, your choice of words is so....." She makes a >.< face next.
Cel: He laughs and smiles, "If it'd make you feel any better, I could swear in French?"
Kylie: She laughs along with him. "Go ahead."
Cel: He grins, "Faire le con."
Kylie: She looks at him blankly. "Fairy corn? What?"
Cel: He smirks and sticks his tongue out at her.
Kylie: She makes a >.> face at him.
Cel: He grins again, "You're so clueless."
Kylie: She continues making a >.> face, this time, punching Cel on the shoulder afterwards.
Cel: He pouts cutely, "Owwwww."
Kylie: She smiles innocently at him.
Cel: "You're soo violent."
Kylie: She pouts. "I am not..."
Cel: He grins and nods, "You are...."
Kylie: She pouts even more. "....Am not..."
Cel: He nods again, ready to tackle hug her, "Are tooo..."
Kylie: She semi-glares at him, daring him to say his words again. "Am not."
Cel: He smirks this time, "Are...to."
Kylie: She twitches and makes a "hmmph" sound. Shortly afterwards, she uses her left arm to shove him playfully.
Cel: He carries on smirking, "You love me really."
Kylie: She rolls her eyes but doesn't den the statement.
Cel: He laughs and pushes her back, "Seeeee? You can't deny it cause it's trueeeeee."
Kylie: She makes a >:l face and crosses her arms over her chest in a defiant manner.
Cel: He pouts cutely, "Can I have a hugggg?"
Kylie: She childishly turns away from him, her expression unchanging. "No."
Cel: He pretends to look really hurt, "Fine then." He then proceeds to bring his knees to his chest and hug them, pouting still, putting his head on his kneecaps.
Kylie: she watches him from the corner of her eyes and, with an internal sigh, she scoots closer to Cel, pulling her knees up to her chest as well.
Cel: He kinda semi smirks before turning his back on Kylie, muttering, "You don't want a hug from me..."
Kylie: She sighs again, a small pout forming on her face. Daintily, she rests her head lightly against his back, making her appear tired.
Cel: He smirks again and turns around tacklehugging her
Kylie: She lets out a loud yelp, losing what balance she had while resting on his back.
Cel: He grins, "I winnnn."
Kylie: She rolls her eyes and speaks in what she hopes is a good British mixed with a bit of French accent. "Would you like some tea to go with your prize, monsieur?
Cel: He grins and shakes his head, "Non merci, je suis bon."
Kylie: She blinks slowly, having understood only "merci". "Uhh... English please? I'm still at rookie French learner level."
Cel: He laughs, "No thanks, I'm good."
Kylie: She laughs along. "Good, cus I didn't actually have tea with me... although, I am craving for some nice Earl Gray tea now...."
Cel: "And I'm craving cookie dough ice cream..."
Kylie: She makes another >.< face. "You and your ice cream." She smirks playfully and pokes Cel. "It's no wonder you're gaining weight again."
Cel: He looks hurt, "I'm fit as hell Kyles, don't know whatcha talking about~"
Kylie: She makes a -_- face at him. "Why couldn't you just play along with the sarcasm?" She makes puppy dog eyes at him, as though hoping it would induce him with guilt.
Cel: He sighs and rolls his eyes playfully, acting guilty, "I'm sorry.....I will next time...."
Kylie: She chuckles. "okay okay, so..... How've you been?" She asks in a sing-song voice.
Cel: "Gooooood~ Youuuu?"
Kylie: She thinks for a moment. "Other than being in this ridiculous situation in terms of love, I'm quite alright."
Cel: He laughs softly, "Have fun with that."
Kylie: She sighs. "Honestly. I think Aphrodite is having too much fun with my life."
Brother et Sister
Kylie: She was walking aimlessly through Camp, a grin on her face and she's humming along to a random song.
Cel: He's sitting in a tree, kinda looking really really REALLY bored.
Kylie: Without meaning to, she spots Cel looking bored and decides to make his day better by being the crazy annoying sis that she thinks she is. She half-walks, half-skips to where he is. "Hey there, big bro~"
Cel: He looks down and his face brightens, "Hey KylieWylie~"
Kylie: She stops and make a face at the new nickname. "KylieWylie...."
Cel: He grins and looks innocent, "Yep!"
Kylie: She makes a >.< face but lets it go. "...Okay... anyway~" She plops down beside him and hugs him with one arm. "How're you this fine day?"
Cel: He pouts, "Bored..."
Kylie: She pouts at him before poking him randomly. "Why're you bored?"
Cel: He shrugs, "Nothing to do. You were gone, and I don't know where anyone else is."
Kylie: She grins at him. "Well, I'm back and, well...." She blushes a bit and looks embarrassed. She began playing with her fingers a bit. "S-say, Cel?"
Cel: He tilts his head at her, "Yeah?"
Kylie: She picks up a blade of grass, playing with it. "When you.... when you first met dad... what did you feel?"
Cel: He shrugs, "Different...kinda...home like?"
Kylie: She sighs and rests her head sadly on his shoulder... or his arm to be correct, what with Cel being a head taller than she was. "I can't believe I already miss him... and it's only been 10 minutes!"
Cel: He smiles and wraps his arm around her, "I felt the same. Something about meeting him and then him going does something."
Kylie: She sighs again, feeling like she's going to cry.
Cel: His grip tightens slightly, "Did you have fun though?"
Kylie: She nods, a small reminiscing smile on her face. "I did. It felt more than two hours though..." With a small pang of guilt, she frowns at herself while smiling apologetically at Cel. "I'm sorry. I must sound like I'm boasting or something."
Cel: He shrugs and smiles, "Its fine, really, and how long did it feel like?"
Kylie: She thinks about it. "Felt more like a day than two hours to be honest..."
Cel: He grins, "That's good then."
Kylie: She nods before growing a bit silent. "I wonder when the next time I'll be able to see dad... if I can still see him..."
Cel: He looks at her, "If you hope..."
Kylie: She could only shake her head. "Hoping doesn't always mean that what I want will come true."
Cel: He smiles and rests his head on her shoulder, "He'll probably want to meet you again, so, you'll see him again in no time."
Kylie: She looks up at the sky, a small smile on her face. "I hope you're right, Cel."
Cel: He nods, "Course I am." He smirks and looks at her, "How's Kevinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn?"
Kylie: She stiffens at the name and a blush creeps into her cheeks. She avoids looking at Cel by turning her head to the other direction. "Oh, K-kevin? He's... he's fine..."
Cel: "Howww fine?"
Kylie: She blushes even more. "Fine fine?"
Cel: He shuffles so he can see her face and he smirks even more, "Omg, you're blushinggggg."
Kylie: At the mention of her blushing, the said blush deepens even more, turning Kylie's face into a cute shade of crimson. "I... I am not!"
Cel: He laughs, "Don't deny ittt."
Kylie: She just keeps quiet but refuses to look at Cel. She fidgets a bit more, her body's movements betraying her nervousness.
Cel: He pouts, "Kywieeeee..."
Kylie: She blushes even more (if it were at all possible) and she fans herself with her hand. "I-is it just me or did it suddenly get warmer here?"
Cel: He laughs, "Nope! Just youuuuuuu thinking about Kevinnnnnn."
Kylie: She makes a >.< face. "I'm only thinking about him cus you mentioned him." Her eyes suddenly go wide and she slaps a hand over her mouth.
Cel: He laughs again, "Seeeee."
Kylie: She sighs, knowing she can't escape. She mumbles quietly. "HeandIaredating..."
Cel: He hears this and tackle hugs her, "Omg, cute cute cute cute cute cute cute cute cute cute CUTEEE."
Kylie: She could only chuckle in embarrassment.
Cel: He sighs, smiling still, "Hey, at least your romance life is blossoming."
Kylie: She smiles back in a somewhat sheepish way. "I guess you're right."
Cel: He sighs again, "But omfg, you two are cute."
Kylie: She makes a .-. face, as though unsure on how to treat that comment. "Um, thank you?"
Cel: He laughs, "You're welcome."
Kylie: She giggles a bit. "Any advice for your little sister on what to do for the first date?"
Cel: He shrugs, "Never had a first date with Ailred, and with Jalus I snuggled into him the entire time."
Kylie: She could only blink at his response. "Uh... okay.."
Cel: "So, no tips from me."
Kylie: She shakes her head in amusement. "Looks like I'll just have to improvise then."
Cel: He shrugs, and laughs, "Unless you wanna be clinging onto him for the entire time, yeah."
Kylie: She laughs at the thought of her clinging to someone. "Really, Cel. Can you imagine me clinging onto someone?"
Cel: He smirks, "Maybeeee."
Kylie: She makes a -_- face at him, opting to keep quiet instead of responding.
Kylie: She continues making the face. "Nothing, big bro."
This forum should really be named Celie
Kylie: She sits on a tree overlooking the ocean, a dagger lying on her lap. Her head is resting against the tree's bark and her eyes are closed. The fading sunlight seems to envelope around her, giving her an almost angelic look as she slept.
Cel: He's sitting kinda nearby but not nearby, glancing at the Nymph Sanctuary, thinking of Jalus and stuff. Sighing, he picks a stone up and throws it until the ocean, before bringing his knees up to his chest and resting his head on his kneecaps.
Kylie: Since she was asleep, she took no notice of her surroundings. A smile crept on her face as she dreamed about her childhood and how easy life seemed to be at the time.
Cel: He throws another stone, slightly bigger this time, the splashing caused being much larger.
Kylie: The sound of splashing water woke her up and her eyes fluttered open. At first, confusion could be seen on her bright blue eyes but as the sleep cleared away, she remembered where she was and looked around. Almost immediately, her eyes caught sight of a familiar figure.
Cel: He looks down with his head still on his kneecaps. He sighs and closes his eyes.
Kylie: She tilts her head curiously before trying to get his attention. "Psst."
Cel: He looks over at her and smiles weakly before looking back at the ground, hugging his knees.
Kylie: She frowns to herself, wondering what's happening. Taking hold of the dagger on her lap, she drops down to the floor, landing in a crouch. She walks over to Cel, twirling the dagger, a curious yet worried expression on her face. "So, do I need to beat anyone up for making you sad?"
Cel: Still looking kinda at the ground he laughs and shakes his head, "I made myself sad I guess, so, unless you're gonna beat me up, then no."
Kylie: With a sigh, she plops down beside him, setting her dagger on the ground, tip facing away from them. "What've you been thinking about this time, bro?"
Cel: He shrugs, hugging his knees tighter, "Jalus..."
Kylie: A frown appears again on her face. "What about him?"
Cel: He sighs, "Miss him..."
Kylie: She looks confuzed. "Don't you guys see each other in the Sanctuary?"
Cel: He shakes his head, "He's gone for a while...I don't know where."
Kylie: She bites her lower lip, contemplating on what he said. "Have you tried IM'ing him?"
Cel: He nods, "H-He won't answer though..."
Kylie: She purses her lips, thinking of possibilities. "Do you think he's currently unconscious or has been, like, summoned somewhere where IM's don't go through?"
Cel: He shrugs, "Or he doesn't like me?"
Kylie: She shakes her head slowly, refusing to believe that. "He confessed to you didn't he?"
Cel: He laughs, "Nah, he didn't, but I wouldn't like me to be honest."
Wow can this just be the Celie forum?
Cel: He knocks on the Apollo Cabin's door, waiting for someone to get it
Kylie: Since she was fixing things around the cabin, she heard the knock first. Sighing to herself, she dragged herself to the door, opening it. "How may I help you?"
Cel: He smirks, "Ah oui, Miss Shay? I have a delivery for you."
Kylie: She smirks back upon seeing her half-brother. "I don't suppose it would be that box of pizza I ordered, would it? Or perhaps the cookie dough ice cream I've been craving for recently?"
Cel: His smirk gets slightly more playful, "Nah, I ate the cookie dough ice cream on the way."
Kylie: She pulls a crocodile-tears act. "Y-you ate my cookie dough..."
Cel: He imitates her, "I-I did..."
Kylie: She makes a -_- face at him. "I hate you."
Cel: He smiles innocently, "I think you mean, I love you."
Kylie: She rolls her eyes before stepping forward and wrapping her arms around her brother in a hug. "Hey hey big bro."
Cel: He smiles and hugs her back, "Hey lil sis."
Kylie: She steps away before grinning at Cel. "Soo, what brings you here?"
Cel: He shrugs, "The Nymph Sanctuary's pretty boring, so I thought I'd drop by and annoy you!"
Kylie: She looks at her brother with a -_- look. "Okay then..."
Cel: He goes in and sits on the sofa in the middle of the room (or whatever they have there >.<), "So how's Lady Aphrodite been to you?"
Kylie: She shrugs, closing the cabin door behind her. "She's been quite nice lately. Hasn't been disturbing my life all that much."
Cel: He pouts, "Ew how boring. Well, I'd prefer Aphrodite than Nemesis anyday."
Kylie: A thoughtful expression comes to her face. "I've never experienced anything Nemesis-worthy yet so I guess it's fine to say I'm completely off of her radar."
Cel: He sighs, "Well I casually killed someone whilst drunk, and now that someone wants to kill me."
Kylie: She stands still, staring blankly at Cel as though she heard wrong. "Uh... come again?"
Cel: He repeats himself, looking SLIGHTLY worried.
Kylie: She's still looking at him blankly, REALLY hoping she heard wrong. "...So.... you killed someone.... while you were drunk...."
Cel: He looks kinda scared, but mostly has a blank expression, "Er, yeah."
Kylie: She fronws, crosses her arms and leans against the wall while looking at Cel intently. She says nothing as she waits for him to explain.
Cel: He sighs again, "So erm, I pissed off a wine spirit or nymph, and thenI forgot what happened..."
Kylie: She only nods once, looking as though she's still not believing it.
Excuse me, is this the Celie Forum????
Cel: As if he's still a kid of Apollo, he sits on the couch in the middle of the room looking reeeeaaalllly happy with himself.
Kylie: Having just woke up from a small nap, she exits her room wearing only a light blue tank top and some shorts. She stops short however, when she sees Cel on one of the couches. She blinks before approaching. "Whatcha doing here, aniki?"
ooc: Aniki - Japanese word for big brother. I'm currently watching anime so >.<
Cel: He turns around a grins, "Ah, ma petite-soeur, I'm happy and I needed to tell you why~"
ooc: if you're gonna be like that, prepare for some French >.<
Kylie: She tilts her head to the side. "I'm listening..."
Cel: He steps slightly towards her after getting off the couch, "Guess who came back."
Kylie: Her eyebrows scrunch a bit in thought and confusion. "Who came back? Umm, hint?"
Cel: He tilts his head slightly, "Erm, a guy."
Kylie: She purses her lips in thought. "Ummm, is it someone from a different cabin?"
Cel: "Technically he doesn't have a cabin; he's a spirit..."
Kylie: He expressions turns similar to the emoticon O= and she raises a finger, signifying that she understood. "Ohh it's that... that guy you were dating..." She frowns to herself and mumbles, "What's his name... James? Jack? Ugh, I know it started with a J."
Cel: He pouts as cutely as he can (which for the record is pretty cute), "Awwww. Kylie doesn't remember who I date. I'm gonna be sad now..."
ooc: SO SORRY DEMI FOR NOT POSTING SOONER BUT I HAVE NOW DX
ooc: It's fine :)
Kylie: She looks somewhat alarmed at his words, not wanting to have a crying older half-brother on her hands at this time of the day. She goes through her memory, trying desperately to remember her big brother's boyfriend's name. "Uhm, is it... um, Jared?"
Cel: He smirks to himself inside and then proceeds to stick out his tongue at her, revealing his new tongue piercing thing (like he's already had it done but he's got a new thingy >.< *brain dead rn*), "Closeee."
Kylie: She makes a >.< face. "So close..." She frowns at the ceiling before blinking numerous times in thought. "Is it Jalus?"
ooc: omg why do I post so late sorry DX
Cel: He nods slowly and claps his hands in a manner that can only be described as sarcastic, "Well done! Dix out of Dix! Bon!"
Kylie: She mock glares at him, placing her hands on her hips. "Hey, at least I got it right."
ooc: We need a celie rp where Kylie's all depressed and shit cus she like lost by default >.<
ooc: we could change this rp to that now xD
Cel: He nods, "True, I'll give you that - after three or so attempts."
Kylie: She makes a >.< face. "It's not my fault his name's so.... unique. I mean why couldn't he be named like, I dunno, Bob or something?"
ooc: Sure xD You bring it up though.
Cel: He shrugs and tilts his head, "Hey, I heard some kid challenged you, how'd it go?"
Kylie: She seems to grow cold at the mere mention of the challenge. She answers curtly. "It was fine."
Cel: He tilts his head slightly, "Oooh, what happened?"
Kylie: She begins to frown and even a hint of a glare reaches her eyes. "Nothing you need know about."
Cel: He's slightly surprised at her shift in moods and shrugs again, "Calm down, I was just asking."
Kylie: Her mood seems to only darken further. "Yeah, whatever.
Cel: He rolls his eyes, "Kylie, seriously what's the matter? If you won, great, amazing, yay for you. If you lost, sucks, but you could always rechallenge."
Kylie: She sighs in frustration and angrily walks out of the cabin. "Come. I'd rather speak of this elsewhere."
Cel: He gets up and follows here, "Sure where're we going?"
Kylie: She doesn't respond, instead leading him to the archery range. Upon arriving there, she immediately picks up a bow and begins shooting at a target, almost killing the poor target with the force she placed behind the arrow.
Cel: He blinks a few times and goes to say something. But, not wanting to anger her or say the wrong thing like he seems to always do, he remains quiet.
Kylie: After having massacred the target board, she turns to Cel, tears of anger in her eyes. "I lost, okay? I lost by f***ing defualt and I don't even know how and I hate it."
Cel: He watches and wants to go hug her and tell her to just rechallenge, but, due to seeing what she did to the target, he stays frozen in fear.
Kylie: Her shoulders visibly shake and the tears start to fall. "It's not fair," she whispers.
Cel: By this point he abaondons any fear he had and instantly hugs her, although he remains quiet as he's trying to figure out what to say.
Kylie: She drops the bow and reaches to place her hands around her brother. Not long later, she buries her head against his chest so as to at least quell the sobs.
Cel: He sighs, "So, erm, needless to say you're not nice Kylie to him then?"
Kylie: She doesn't exactly respond but her grip on him tightens.
Cel: He knocked on the door of the Apollo Cabin, his eyes red and stained with dried tears. He's dressed in an oversized hoodie with skinny jeans. His face would mimic that of how he was in Paris - nervous, anxious and scared.
Kylie: She hears the knock and lets out a sigh before opening the door, an annoyed expression gracing her face. "No, we don't want to have a match with yo-- Oh..." Her sentence gets cut off as she stares in surprise at the person standing before her."
Cel: He managed to force a small smile out as he looked at her, "Who wants a match with you?"
Kylie: "Some newbie." She stares at him as she leans on the door frame, arms crossed. With a monotonous tone, she says, "I see you're here again. Have you finally decided to stay or is this just a friendly visit and without my knowing, you'll be gone the next day?"
Cel: "I-" He looked down and sniffled slightly before looking up after a moment, tears threatening to spill over, "I tr-tried." His voice has a stronger French accent than what Kylie would be used to hearing, evident that he was in France.
Kylie: The frown on her face deepens quite noticeably at the tone of Cel's voice. "Tried? Tried what exactly?"
Cel: "Tr-ried to tell you I was going... But I couldn't find y-you."
Kylie: Her eyes narrow as she pushes away from the door frame. "That's bullshit. Her frown deepens even more as she feels tear form at the corner of her eyes. "You could have waited until I came back to the cabin before you left. You could have Iris Messaged me in the months that followed, or even a letter. But nothing." She glares up at Cel, her tears nearly overflowing now. "Why'd you leave me again?"
Cel: A few tears spilled and he didn't bother trying to hide it. Instead, all he could do was shrug weakly, his voice quiet and hoarse, "I-I tried to be happy."
Kylie: Her hands clench into fists and without a single trace of hesitancy, punches Cel in the face. By then, her tears were flowing freely down her face and her glare turns harsher. "Why the f*** couldn't you have been happy here? Why couldn't you have stayed rather than gone off to gods know where?!" She grits her teeth as she angrily wipes at her tears, stomping her foot at the same time.
Cel: His face read shocked as he was hit, but, instead of doing anything Cel just held his face with a hand concealed in a sleeve as tears began to stream down his face. He tried to muster some words with much success. After a second he croaked, "So-Sorry, I'll g-go somewh-where else."
Kylie: Her already clenched fists clench even more as she looks at the ground with a hopeless gaze, her bangs slightly obscuring her view. "...Will you leave me again, big bro?" She doesn't bother to wipe away the tears now.
Cel: He looked at her and shrugged pitifully, his voice weak, "Y-You were the only person to never hurt me...but no-" His voice cut out due to the amount of tears that were falling down his face.
Kylie: Her gaze drags from the floor to Cel's face. "People change, Cel, more so when the people they love leave... You're not the only one who knows what it feels like to be left behind."
Cel: "I couldn't be here!" He shouted through tears, "There's too much bad memories connected to this place - I had to get away! To be happy, like you told me to be. But I've gone and f*cked that up just like I do with everything." His voice went quiet again, "Everything I do ends in failure, just like me."
Kylie: Her gaze turns ever so softer the longer she looks at the person she's come to love as her big brother. With a shaky hand, she reaches out to Cel, as though terrified that once she makes contact, he'll disappear. She sniffles softly as a small smile graces her lips and ashe says softly,. "How many times to I have to say it before your brain accepts it? You're not a failure." Through her tears, she offers Cel a watery smile. "You're here now, despite the memories."
Cel: Without saying anything, he leant down and hugged her tightly, tears still running down his face, "I-I'm so sorry, I should've st-stayed."
Kylie: The moment she feels Cel wrapping his arms around her, her tears flow down faster and it gets harder to her to speak. She buries her face in his shirt as she wraps her arms around Cel. "W-welcome home, big bro."
Cel: He pulled away ever so slightly and did his best to smile as he wiped a few of Kylie's tears away with his thumb, "Y-You're right, I should've stayed.."
Kylie: She covers one of his hands with her own as she leans slightly into the touch. She chuckles a bit before smiling warmly at him. "You big idiot. From now on, you're not allowed to leave without throwing a party first."
Cel: He allowed himself to laugh as he wiped a few of his own tears, "Deal - and that's even if you let me go."
Kylie: She laughs lightheartedly but doesn't relinquish her grip on him; she instead buries her face again in his shirt. "Nope~ I am not letting go. You owe me one, Cel."
Cel: He smiled as he ran a hand through her hair in a way to soothe her, "Can we go inside? I'd rather not share a secret with you in the open."
Kylie: She blinks up at him in confusion before she realized that they were right in front of the cabin. With a sheepish laugh, she steps away from Cel. "Right, haha, um, sorry about that." She tilts her head in the direction of the cabin. "Is my room alright with you, or do you want a more dramatic background?" She grins lightly.
Cel: He shrugged and ran a hand through his own hair, "Your room's fine."
Kylie: She grins before pretty much dragging Cel into her room. Her eyes glance around for a moment before landing on Cel again. "My room hasn't changed at all since you last left. Wow, I need to redecorate soon." She makes sure to lock her door and close the windows before sitting Indian-style on her bed. "Alright, spill."
Cel: He laughed at her comment before leaning against the closed door - becoming serious, "Ben proposed to me yesterday."
Kylie: Not having expected such an answer, she freezes a bit, gazing at Cel with wide eyes. "He did what now?"
Cel: He sighed, looking down slightly, "He proposed. Like, on one knee."
Kylie: She nods once and lets the thought process in her head. She shift from her sitting position to lying down on her stomach with her head resting on her arms and her feet in the air. "Lemme guess. You left the poor dude with no answer."
Cel: He looked up at her, "I-I couldn't...I'm too scared."
Kylie: She shakes her head and sighs before gesturing to the space beside her. "Sit here. You look kinda pitiful just standing there when there's enough room on my bed to fit two people." She lowers her head into the space between her arms so as to hide the semi-mischievous, part annoyed gleam in her eyes.
Cel: He looked wearily at her before walking slowly to the bed, sitting beside his sister. He sighed as he brought his knees up to his chest, "I couldn't do it. I want to, but I couldn't."
Kylie: She pushed herself back into a sitting position and sneakily reached for her pillow. Without so much as a word to Cel, she promptly whacked him over the head with her pillow. "That was for being such a huge idiot."
Cel: He turned to her and rolled his eyes in a playful manner, "I didn't want to leave, honestly. But something told me not to." He waited for a few seconds, "An image came into my head, something I didn't want to see..."
Kylie: A frown marred her face as Cel's words reach her ears. "...An image of what?"
Cel: "A dead..." He looked down as he chocked on his words a little, "Ailred. Dead. It's like his body was there." Whilst speaking he twisted a ring on his right hand - looking closer, Kylie would see it was Ailred's engagement ring for Cel.
Kylie: Having been there at the time of Ailred's death, she knew no words could ever remove the guilt and sadness in her brother's heart. Moving closer to him, she wraps her arms around Cel, burying her face in his clothes and with a sad voice, she says, "You still haven't really moved on, have you?"
Cel: He looked aimlessly on a spot on the floor, "Not completely, no. But, maybe it was never him..."
Kylie: She frowned a bit, letting go but not necessarily moving away. "What do you mean it was never him?"
- Cel: Cel walked up to the door of the Apollo Cabin, one hand knocking on it whilst the other was tucked firmly behind his back. On his face, he had a small grin that seemed to expel that he had something to say.
- Kylie: She sighed as the knock on the cabin door sounded through the room, despite the built in speakers playing some music. Not wanting to get off of the couch nor put away her small tub of cookie dough ice cream, she merely calls out in a loud voice. "The door's unlocked. Feel free to enter at your own risk!"
- Cel: His grin grew a little as he opened the door, one arm still behind him. He looked at Kylie, a single eyebrow arched, "Is this the risk? You devouring a whole tub of ice cream on your own?"
- Kylie: She rolls her eyes. "No, it's getting hit in the face by mini elves who will think you're trying to steal cookie dough ice cream from their queen." A small cheeky grin stretches on her face.
- Cel: He shrugged, "The mini elves of this cabin?" He shook his head playfully, "They already know who I am and they often steal ice cream for me." He walked over and sat beside her, a grin ever present on his face.
- Kylie: She makes a noncommittal sound as she continues eating her ice cream. She watches Cel with curious eyes as he sits beside her, somewhat wary of the grin on his face. "Did you win the lottery?"
- Cel: He retained his grin as he shook his head "Nope...something better."
- Kylie: She raises an eyebrow. "Something better...? What, did you get invited for lunch with the Queen of England?"
- Cel: He shook his head, laughing a little, "No...If I show you my hand, do you think you could guess?"
- Kylie: She looks skeptical. "You know I'm no good at guessing..." Her eyes widen as a thought comes to her head. "Please tell me you didn't get a tattoo."
- Cel: Cel rolled his eyes playfully as he brought his hand from his back, a ring placed on his ring finger. He didn't say anything and just waited for Kylie's reaction.
- Kylie: She stares at his hand for a few moments, not really processing the meaning behind the ring. When she does understand, her grip on her spoon slackens, causing it to drop into the half-empty tub of cookie dough ice cream. "No way..." Her eyes meet Cel's and she repeats her words. "No. Way."
- Cel: He smiled at her and nodded a little, "I said yes."
- Kylie: She gives a soft squeal before hugging Cel with one arm. "Finally! Took you long enough, bro."
- Cel: He laughed a little as he shuffled to hug her back in a similar manner, "I know, don't remind me - at least I've done it."
- Kylie: A grin graces her lips. "So, when is the wedding? Looking for a dress isn't exactly easy you know, especially when it can't just be any dress." She jokingly raises a stern eyebrow at Cel. "After all, I am your bridesmaid, am I not?"
- Cel: He nodded, "You could even be my maid of honour if you really wanted."
- Kylie: She grins cheekily at Cel. "We'll all discuss who'll be what over tea and cakes. Or maybe over cookie dough ice cream." She pointedly looks down at her tub of ice cream before offering it to Cel. "Want some? You have a lot of talking to do about how you said yes, the reactions, and your future plans."
