Word Bubble stuff
Uriel: "Heheh, trying to get me in bed aren't ya?" He purposefully resists Drake. "I'm not... Tired and you're not my... dad." His speech only seemed to slur more as he entered his room. While everything had already been put out, the fumes were still lingering in the air.
Drake: He begins to feel lightheaded from the fumes, but shrugs it off. "It's either this or I warp you to the Infirmary..." He said weakly, trying to sound serious but failing horribly.
Uriel: "Well, at least I have a cuti—" He mumbles something that can't quite be made out, and then continues, "—to help me in bed." He crawls into bed, and he is obviously extremely tired. "Hey, don't go, the hanger... might come back. Stay here."
Drake: His eye twitches. But he sits back, the fumes getting to him. "But the hangar sounds like a scary motherf*cker..." He dotted his eyes around, seeming nervous.
Uriel: "Well I don't know about... f*cking mom, but you should stay..." He attempts to pull Drake down onto the bed with him.
Drake: He resists, "Shut up I know mom's a whore and all.. But she's great..." He muttered before sitting back next to his bed. "I mean, I thought she'd be busy being some kinda hocus pocus queen, not jumping on everything that looked male.."
Uriel: "Well, I don't blame her..." He says, as he sits up in bed. He puts his arms around Drake once more, but doesn't drag him down.
Drake: He doesn't seem to notice." What do you- OHHHHH i get it. Listen Uriel, I just wanna say" He begins to sing like a drunken sailor. "It's okay if you're gay! It's okay if you're gay!"
Uriel: "Well, I'm glad you think... that way." He presses his head against the Drake's back, and then slowly dozes off while mumbling incoherent phrases.
Drake: He does the same, not noticing how close Uriel is as he begins to snore.
~One Hot Night Later~
Uriel: He awakens to find himself cuddling with his younger brother, and immediately hops out of bed with a yelp. "What the hell!?" He tries to remember what happened the night before, but everything seemed to be in a fog. Both their clothes were still on, so that was a good sign. He decided to wake Drake up with a gentle shove. "Hey, man, wake up..."
OOC: There was nothing hot about that night >_>
Drake: "What the hell?" he asked weakly as he arose from the floor. "Oh f*ck!" He says as he realized he spent the night in his brother's room. "We must NEVER speak of this again..." He said in a serious tone.
Uriel: "Agreed..." The silence between them was more awkward that anything else, so he decided to break it. "I don't think we did anything, if that's what you're worried about. Sorry."
Drake: "If anyone asks I was off potion ingredient hunting..." He says as he dusts himself off and takes his leave.
Uriel: He sighs as he lets Drake walk out. He feels as if he missed out on something, but decides it isn't worth pursuing.
An Hour Later
Uriel: He comes back out of his room, this time sober and cleaned up. He is sulking a little, however, as he seems a little hurt after what happened. He spots Drake in the hallway, so decides it best to just leave the cabin. He turns for the door.
Drake: He rolls his eyes before teleporting in a red flash of light in front of him. "Don't feel bad about it.." He looked away from him a bit.
Uriel: He doesn't look Drake in the eye, instead staring at the floor. "It's not so easy as that..." He grabs a hold of the doorknob. "I need to get out of here. I'm going to the forest." With that, he opens the door and walks out.
Drake: He sighs, deciding his brother clearly needs time. After some time, he realizes he must talk this out. So he departs the cabin and seeks him.
In The Forest
Around the center of the forest is where Uriel decided to blow off some steam. As Drake grows closer, the sound of explosions, and metal could be heard clearly. Uriel had conjured up–with the help of the Mist- some clones of himself to train against; five to be exact. Three stood in the back, weaving spells of healing, destruction, and alteration. The other two attacked him more directly, with their weapons. Each clone seemed intelligent enough that Uriel could actually fight against them, but at the same time he seemed to be holding his ground fairly well.
Uriel: He takes a swing at one unlucky clone, and it dissipates into a cloud of Mist. He continues to combat the other four, parrying the physical attacks of the fourth and redirecting the spells of the other three. He seems too focused to see Drake approach.
Drake: He was drawn by the noises of explosions and metal. He hid behind a tree and he saw Uriel's clones. Deciding it was just a sparing session with some quite impressive magic, but he wonders how Uriel could have the energy to maintain 3 intelligent clones with magical powers. He watches back and enjoys the show.
Uriel: One after another, the clones fall to Uriel's blade. Expletives could be heard flowing out of his mouth like water through a broken levee. He seemed to be cursing at... Himself. "Stupid, stupid, stupid." He said, as he ran his blade through the last clone. "Gods, why? First Dirk, then Drake..." With no clones left to fight, he threw his sword in anger at the tree Drake was hiding behind, not knowing he was there yet. It falls to the base of the tree, and lays sadly in its roots. He then sits, back to his sword, trying to hold back his emotions, but not doing it so well.
Drake: He leaves his hiding spot from the tree. As he approaches his fellow child of magic, Drake considers asking something stupid like. "Are you okay?" When it's obvious he isn't. "Dude that wasn't your fault.." He told him.
Uriel: He jumps up, surprised to hear Drake's voice. He wipes his eyes before turning to face him. "H-how long have you been standing there?" He says, trying to sound like his usual calm and collected self.
Drake: "A bit, some impressive work there. Cloning magic was never something I could get into. Look Uriel are you.... ugh how do I put this..?" He wondered as he looked away.
Uriel: "Gay? Well, not exactly..." He says, grasping his left arm with his right hand. "I like girls... and guys. But no matter which, I usually screw up my chances." He said, remembering his past encounters. "Not to say I thought I had a chance with you, or anything. I was just... Extremely out of it." He seemed like he was forcing himself to speak, as he obviously was not comfortable letting this all out. He decided it was better to say it now, instead of trying to dodge the situation.
Drake: "Fair enough, just try not to spread it around. I mean, I have a girlfriend who I doubt would be happy to hear about this..."
Uriel: He cringes at the mention of Drake's girlfriend. "Trust me, I have no intention of talking about this with anyone." He says, picking up his sword and sheathing it. "But-uh-thanks for checking up on me."
Drake: "No prob, I'm the counselor remember? It's my job dude. So you don't like me or anything right?" He asks, feeling VERY awkward.
Uriel: His face grows red very quickly, which is rare for him. "Well, uh, y'see... I think you're cute, but I don't think I like you like that..." He says, not wanting to come out and just say it this time.
Drake: He seems quite uncomfortable for a moment. But he shrugs it off. "Thanks, okay I'll see ya back at the cabin.." He says as he tries to take his leave.
Uriel: "See ya." He says, letting him leave. He still needs a little time to himself to think.
