A few weeks had gone by since Etty's first incident. Lolli, the first demigod friend Etty had ever had, heard of of the cursed girl's arrival. She invited her to travel the trail through the woods with her, so she could complete her drawing of camp

It had to be that stupid girl from before, Johnny just wasn't in the mood for some kind of reunion since getting close to a girl from Camp just didn't sound worth it the trouble.

He was typically able to outrun campers who were out on quests and figured he'd have the same luck now. It was obvious that Etty had figured out he was BC, someone else might've put two and two together for her.Even if she wasn't mad at him, he decided getting friendly with her could put her in danger.

Deciding that shooting him with plasma may be over kill, instead she tried to manipulate gravity. If successful, this would cause him to slow down and allow her to catch up.

As he turned back he could see her flying. Johnny had no idea who her godparent had to be, he couldn't think of any specific god or titan who'd grant those abilities to their children. A factor that always made encountering hostile demigods difficult.

Though before she lost him, she attempted another trick she only achieved once. Once her feet touched the ground, she tried to create her own gravitational pull, which would cause him to orbit her. Once he was a little closer, she'd of course release him, that is to say if it even worked.

He made his choice and both parties involved didn't die, seemed like everything worked out.

A Week Later

It was hard to get her out of his head and the son of force hoped a nice long conversation would help him out. Just get to know her a bit, sate his interest and take off before anything serious happened.

It was a shiny emerald earring, Johnny remembered the days where he'd excitedly run off and try to pawn it off for some quick cash. Now he wasn't sure what to do with it, seemed a little familiar though.

As she continued to degrade her gifted tool, she pushed through the bushes, approaching the clearing that they landed in quite noisily.

He almost hid, but being 6'3 made it difficult to hide behind a tree.
