Hei Ryung: She misses Korea but she thought that it wasn't so bad. They had snow here too that reminded her of her childhood days in Busan. Not a moment later, she saw a camper stop in front of their cabin and looked like he was trying to catch the snow. The view made her smile warmly and sigh. I guess it won't hurt if I go out, she told herself. She then stood up and grabbed her coat, wore it and wrapped her scarf around her neck. She also put her mittens on and she was ready to face the cold weather. As she stepped out of the cabin, she looked up and stretched her arms to her sides, closing her eyes as if feeling the snow.
Maickol: Maickol heard the opening over a door and turned his head slightly, as to see a raven haired girl looking up at the sky, and he thought it was a little funny. The snow falling on the girls face in comparison to her black hair, reminded him of Snow White, and that made him chuckle. "Enjoying the snow?"
Hei Ryung: A bit startled, she immediately put her arms down and snapped her head to the guy's direction. She slightly flustered, feeling her cold cheeks suddenly turn warm. She then managed a smile and replied, "Yes, I am. You too seem to be enjoying, don't you?"
Maickol: He nodded, due to him never seeing snow before coming to New York, he had thought that it was pretty cool that something so beautiful, yet chilling could come from the sky. In his mind, snow was very beautiful. " I am, actually." He said this as he realized he had admited to something to someone, which he usually wouldn't tell others. "I'm Maickol, you can call me Mike if you want tjough, a lot of peiple do. Anyways, I'm a son of Apate." He said this, holding his hands out for a handshake.
Hei Ryung: She came closer to him and shook his hand. "Hei Ryung," she replied with a smile, revealing the dimples on her cheeks. "But you can call me Amelia, that's my English name. Or Amy, for short." She chuckled. "I'm sorry, I talk too much. I'm a daughter of Nyx, by the way."
Maickol: The son of Apate smiled lightly as the girl spoke her name. "Oh? I'll call you Amy." He spoke as he noticed the dimples on the girls cheeks, and they were adorable or he thought so anyways. "Nyx, she's the goddess of night right?
Hei Ryung: She brought her hand back down. "Yes, she is," she answered. "And Apate is the goddess of..." She hesitated for a bit before saying, "Trickery. Right?" She didn't want to sound judgmental by saying that but that was how the goddess was described every time during Greek Myth classes. "I heard you're good with illusions, yes?" she added with a wide smile. She has always been a fan of magic and so she always thought that children of Apate would make great magicians or perhaps illusionists.
Maickol: "yup that's her." The tone of voice he took when admitting to the fact her mother was the goddess made it sound like he was rolling his eyes, but he wasn't. He listened to the rest of the words the girl spoke. "Of course, tis what makes it easier to decive people. Why, do you need an illusionist?" He spoke the words with a joking tone backing it up.
Hei Ryung: She smiled and shook her head. "I'm just a big fan of magic," she said. "Even a simple trick for me will do. I mean, I never got to guess how they did it and that's why it's amazing." She was secretly hoping that he'd perform a trick for her but she was too embarrassed to ask so it was just up to him if he got what she was implying.
Chinho: The son of languages nearly jumped out of his own skin when he heard the girl speak. "It is actually, a perfect spring day if I must say so." The words where slightly muffled considering the mask covering his lips. "I haven't seen a day like this in a long time." There was a slight twinge of sadness in the boys words, but he was still smiling.
Hei Ryung: She chuckled a bit at the boy's initial reaction. "Sorry if I scared you," she said with a friendly smile. Thankfully, he replied. But somehow, she felt her heart sink when she saw his eyes. His mask was hiding his smile so all that was revealed to her was his longing feeling. She tilted her head and shifted the tone in her voice into a more concerned one. "Um, are you okay?" Then it came to her that she hadn't introduced herself yet. "By the way," she said as she extended her hand to him, "I'm Amy."
