Character's Powers

 ====Offensive====

  1. Children of Cybele have the ability to transform any aspect of earth into any weapon they desire. Only one weapon can be created at a time and it cannot be bigger than the one who created it.
  2. Children of Cybele can create a small tornado formed of leaves and grass blades. As the floral tornado spins faster, the leaves and grass blades become hard and strong enough to cut an someone. When the tornado's at it's fastest, the child can launch the blades of grass and the leaves at an opponent.

Defensive

  1. Children of Cybele have the ability to make an opponent feel as if their feet have become hardened and stuck to the ground, making their movements slower. If the user attacks while this power is in effect, it automatically wears off. So the power is purely defensive.
  2. Children of Cybele are able to create a earth wall, no larger than 2 to 3 times the size of the user, to temporarily block attacks.

Passive

  1. Children of Cybele have the innate ability to communicate with all wild animals.
  2. Children of Cybele become more sensitive to their surroundings and feel stronger when in mountains, caves and forests.
  3. Children of Cybele heal faster when they touch a piece of nature such as a tree or a flower.

Supplementary

  1. Children of Cybele can telekinetically move elements of nature, such as rocks, plants and vines. The part of nature must be roughly two to four meters away from the child, cannot be 2 or 3 the size of the user. The bigger the element of nature and the more elements moved, the more energy is drained.
  2. Children of Cybele can create small boulders roughly two times the size of the child, this can be used for a diversion, hiding, or thrown as a weapon. However the longer the boulder is used, the more energy is drained.
  3. Children of Cybele have the innate ability to call upon all nearby wild animals for aid in battling, as well as take control over animals that others are controlling (such as a child of Zeus with birds or a child of Poseidon with horses etc.). The larger the group of animals, the more energy is drained.
  4. Children of Cybele can use dirt, mud, rock, stone, etc to teleport anywhere on Earth. Which could be known as Earth-Travel. The user merges with the earth beneath them and reforms elsewhere. The further they travel the more energy it drains.

3 Months After Character is Made

  1. Children of Cybele have the ability to create quicksand pits around a small area for a short time, the larger the quicksand pit is, the more energy is drained.

6 Months After Character is Made

  1. Children of Cybele can create a powerful quake affecting everything within 10 meters of them. The power of the quake can be scaled depending on how long the user wants it to last. A quake that just knocks the opponent over may last 20 seconds. A quake that throws them a few feet in the air may last 5. Finally, the whole quake may be focused into a single shock-wave with the power to bounce a car a half meter or so. This requires several moments of focus beforehand, lasts only a few seconds, and can only be used once every few hours. During the quake, the user is immobile. The user is quite drained after the earthquake subsides.

9 Months After Character is Made

  1. Children of Cybele have the ability to morph into a lion/lioness for a short time. They can turn into either a full lion or a humanoid cat form. In the human/lion form, they are twice as faster and stronger than before. Their senses are also quite sharper as well. They also tend to be more violent and volatile in this state. Once the transformation ends, the user is extremely drained. Using the hybrid form is more draining rather than the full lion form. They will not be able to move and could possibly faint.

Traits

  1. Children of Cybele typically love animals and act protective of them. Becoming vegetarians and taking on many pets are common actions for her children.
  2. Children of Cybele tend to excel at rock climbing, mountain climbing, etc.
  3. Children of Cybele normally love being outside and enjoying what nature has to offer. Even to the point where they possess an intense love and overprotective spirit over nature.
  4. Children of Cybele will often grow up to be zoologists, geologists, veterinarians, ecologists etc.

The RP

Daevyd: Stumbling through the forest, he decides he's gone far enough and unloads his pack, wondering if he would actually see Alastar this time of year, as he was still gone from camp. Taking out a small box of tinder and flint and steel, he sets up a small campfire in a clearing, not caring who saw him anymore. "The gods made everything great and perfect, huh? Right. A dead person for a friend, and a bitch of revenge for a love interest. I'm not screwed or anything." Sighing, he pulled out a katar and dagger, working on using only one at a time, as he was so used to working with the same weapon in both hands. Stabbing, slashing, cutting, and gutting, he attacked a tree and a tree nymph came scurrying through, away from him. Daevyd gave no thought to it and continued working, venting his anger through his blades and mind.

Nicholas: Having finally made his trip to the infamous camp, Nicholas quietly passes by the trees, hood over his face, looking down towards his feet, vaguely aware of anything in front of him, instead focusing on the noises around him. His stomach turned when he heard the thuds and soft "thwaks" as if something was getting beaten into a tree deeper in the forest... He heard the footsteps, he quickly jumped up, caught a branch, and threw himself up into the tree's limbs. The tee nymph had ran bye underneath him, she was panting... He was probably still a good distence from those noises... He waited for a minute or two before lowering himself out of the tree, and began cautiously making his way towards the noises, stopping when he could make out the voice of the person aggressively attacking a tree... He once again pulled himself up into the trees, seeing the smoke of a fire before taking notice the source of the noises, pounding dangerous looking katars into the tree... 'that's gotta feel great on his hands' Nicholas thought to himself... Clearly this person was pissed... it didn't take his powers to figure that one out...

Grahm: Wandering through the woods, Grahm was finally starting to adjust to the new ecosystem.  More plantlife is nice...I'm no longer having to deal with the dry-baked earth and the occasional cacti. As he continued deeper, a soft noice reached his ears.  Assuming it was a nymph or spirit, he goes to investigate.

Daevyd: Patning, Daevyd stopped and rested his sore hands and wrists. He sat down and pulled out a small box of crackers out and mindlessly began to eat them, absorbing his surroundings and finding a state of numbing rage, never once being able to stop himself, even if he wanted to, he just looked calm, while on the inside a storm of a thousands winds embodying his rage continued, never dying out, as the fire currently was. Picking up his hand-wraps, he wrapped his hands in the cloth, tightly bound for a bit more protection, but also for keep him from focusing on the pain. Picking up his katars again, he began attacking the tree with double to ferocity, with a resounding Thwack thwack thwack... Thwack thwack thwack. For several minutes, but all the while attempting to keep a vigilant eye out on his surroundings.

Nicholas: He was not sure what to do, saying as he kind of stuck himself in a tight spot... This person's anger seems very well fueled, as if no matter how much time passes it doesn't want to subside... even when snacking on crackers, that was the angriest snack time I've seen in a while... Pathetic... Letting one's emotions control you more than yourself... Time for some fun... Nicholas slowly envisioned the rage inside of this character, it was already well built, but what if I slowly push it to the brim... Nicholas is now attempting to increase the anger and rage that Daevyd is feeling... Maybe this might even give me an opening to escape if he loses focus...

Grahm: The thwack thwack thwack sound was no even closer.  Peeking out from behind an oak, the son of Cybele saw a person swinging at a tree with an unusual blade. That's no Spirit.  No Spirit, or Nymph for that matter would destroy a tree like that. The way he was fiercely swinging that blade, he didn't look like he was a good mood.  Staying behind the tree, Grahm kept watching, hoping he'd calm down so he could approach him.

Daevyd: Daevyd's pace gradually slows, not tiring, but more out of caution, as he watched the fire die out completely, enjoying the freedom of the darkness around him. Feeling a small prick on his neck, one that generally signifies a warning for him, he feels as if he needs to destroy, burn. crush, and rage. This, this isn't right! I'd get pissed and all, but I've been calming down! He silently screamed at himself. Sitting down, he slowly eases himself into a sleeping-esque state of awareness, closing his eyes but listening for any noticeable sounds. Feeling his rage boil even further, he stands up and looks around. "Coward! Quit toying with my emotions and let me take your head as a token of my gratitude!" Daevyd shouted the challenge, knowing whoever was there wouldn't show. "It's okay. You don't need to come out. Hide in the shadows like the coward you are, you'd never be man enough to even face me. I know someone is out there, so come on out."

Nicholas: "fuck..." he said barely audible... He lowered himself out of the tree, raises his hands, and steps out into the open in view of Daevyd and Grahm. "Hey, I heard you shouting, but I'm not the one controlling you... I think there is someone else in the forest... if it's ok, I don't feel safe here... He knew it would be suspicious for the power to stop as soon as he came out into the open, so just for a little longer he maintains his manipulation of Daevyd. However, he is no longer raising the rage any higher. Nicholas cautiously looked around in the trees, not knowing there actually WAS another person hiding, he is just trying to make it convincing that he thinks there is someone around...

Grahm: Grahm was about to step out and try to talk him down when the new figure appeared.  Ducking back into his hiding spot, he listened to him. Wait...he thinks someone else is here?  He means me!  Panicking, Grahm scrambles up into the tree, hoping that it'd keep him hidden from them.  I can't let them find me...if they do, I don't think there's nothing I can do to talk them down.  Peeking through the leaves, he begs that the other two didn't see him.

Daevyd: Already in disbelief that someone as scrawny and puny as this... This kid, could be in the forest anyway, he shrugged off any feeling of paying attention to his surroundings and built up a red wall of rage in his mind, blocking out any and all feelings, forcing the feeling out of his body and staring down this new person, as Nick looked around in mock-caution. "Look at me." Daevyd said softly, betraying his mood completely. After several minutes of Nick not looking at him, his rage breaks and he shouts, "Look at me, dammit!" Finally getting sick of this, he pushes him against the tree, a katar pressed against his throat. "Now, what were you REALLY doing out here. And don't you dare lie, I know when you're lying. Look me in the eyes, and tell me what you were really doing out here. Otherwise..." Daevyd pushes the katar against his neck lightly but with enough force to emphasize his point, "This goes through your throat and into the tree. I will not hesitate. Now, tell me." Daevyd says with an audible snarl in his tone, feeling himself become more feral than he'd ever felt.

Nicholas: After Nicholas was suddenly slammed into the tree... did he miss something?Nicholas looks directly into Daevyd's eyes "Look, you have no reason to kill me, I didn't hurt you... I'm lost out here, I heard the sounds you were making, and I'm just looking for this place called Camp Half Blood... I thought you would be able to lead me there..." None of this, of course, was a lie, after all, he was lost, he was looking for camp half blood, and he didn't really cause any damage to Daevyd... Nicholas had also released all control of Daevyd's vices randomly mid-sentence, again to make it seem like he isn't doing it. "Just don't go and kill me now..."

Grahm: Shimmying across the branch, he tried to get closer to see if he could overhear what the two people were talking about.  He felt the branch dip a bit, but he begged that it wasn't making too much noise. I don't want to be around when the blood starts to fly...

Daevyd: "Okay, fine. You weren't telling a lie, but you definitely aren't from around there. I would know, I'm one of the head counsellors there. Who are you really, and if you want to come to camp, then fine, I'll drag your ass there." Daevyd snarled, then looked up, hearing a branch creak. "Get out of the tree!" Daevyd yelled, as he continued to walk away and pack his stuff, always keeping an eye on Nick, as he waited for the 2nd person to emerge from the tree.

Nicholas: Too fucking close. He thought to himself... Note to self: Just stay out of sight next time... I should slip away the next chance I get... Sadly my face is known by the Camp now... He tugs at the hood that was sitting off-center on his head after the tossle, and pulled it down. He looks up in the trees to see if he can spot the other person before he makes his way out of the tree... There had been someone around all along... "So, do you have like, lie detection powers or something?" Nicholas asked... deciding to play up his ignorance a bit for later reasons...

Grahm: Sliding out of the tree, Grahm was shaking a bit, This is not good.  Getting to the ground Grahm raised his hands a bit, "Please, don't hurt me...I'm just a camper.  I thought you were a Spirit or a Nymph, honest!"  He was regretting having forgot his glaive back in his room, "You wouldn't hurt a defenseless camper, would you?"

Daevyd: "Detection powers? No, not even close. I've been so close to rage my whole life that I use it as a shield against any other emotion. You're looking for the camp, so, who is your god-parent? If you tell me now, I can get you settled in as soon as we get there, and calm yourself. Grahm, right? Cybele kid. Right, what exactly were you doing out here?" Daevyd said, looking at Nick the whole time, waiting for some sign that he might be the one that was messing with his emotions. "And don't give me the 'my mom/dad is a god/goddess' bullshit."

Nicholas: Time to keep up the ignorance "Uhm... I don't know... although people tend to yell at me a lot, even the satyr that gave me directions..." Nicholas pulls out a small paper with a small map of the nearby town and where camp-half blood was located according to it... Nicholas had actually scribbled it out himself earlier before the trip. "He gave me this, left me in the town, and took off..." He would play it off as a new demigod until he could slip away now...

Grahm: He looked between the two demigods. I should keep my mouth shut, this is not my fight.  What the one was describing didn't seem right.  Even when he came to camp, it wasn't easy since monsters were attracted to him.  The way this kid was talking, it sounded like everyone was trying to avoid him.

Daevyd: Sighing, Daevyd looked back up and sighed. "I was really hoping it wouldn't come to this. But you didn't answer my question, and why would someone just 'slip away' as you put it? Listen to me 'friend,' ignorance is not your friend here. We have more than a few jackasses in the camp, and then we have some smarter people. Any smart person would realize 2 things, one, you didn't answer the damn question, and two," Daevyd stood up and positioned himself over Nick, holding his katars and another silvery object in his hands, barely able to speak coherently, "You're lying through your teeth." Daevyd pulled out the silvery object, revealing them as handcuffs, slapping and confining one wrist of Nick's and one to Grahm, linking them both together. "Now, we're going back to camp. And don't try any hostage bullshit, I will not hesitate to put a dagger in either of your heads. Now, go. Start going back to camp, Grahm, I'll be watching from behind to make sure he doesn't harm you." Watching the other two turn away, daevyd quickly climbs a tree, not caring if he's hear, just wanting to be able to keep pace and an eye on Grahm and Nick. Jackass. Let's figure out who you really are.

Nicholas: "Are all camp people like this? I don't even know my god parent yet, that's why I'm coming here... Why does everyone always break a casket around me..." Nicholas mumbled to Grahm. Nicholas' head hung low, watching their feet with each step... they eventually fell into the same pace, walking next to each other and all...

Grahm: "What the hell!" he shouted at the one kid, "I'm from camp!  How else do you know my name and mother?"  He shot a glare at him, "Why am I the one being treated like a prisoner?  I didn't do anything wrong."  Heading to camp, he pulled the other person along with him. Starting to think that both these guys aren't from camp...seriously, gambling with my life?  I don't even know you!

Daevyd: "Listen, jackass," Daevyd shouted from the trees. "He's not who he seems. I don't think he's a camper at all. And if you really doubt that I'm a camper, then fine. Do that. Just think, would I know your name if I wasn't the head of Thanatos Cabin? No. I wouldn't. And you're not a prisoner, he just needs to be restrained in some way, and I'm not letting him get close enough to take mine. You're my guard." And bait, He silently added. Continuing to flit through the trees to keep pace and an eye on Nick, he shouts down, "What's your name, oh mysterious unknown 'camper', because I know Grahm, but not you." He called out to Nick.

Hidden OOC: Note, Nicholas was only known in his old gang as Kyryptos, so the only people that know his real name is BC, who at the same time doesn't know Nicholas was Kyryptos... so... basically there is no one that knows Nicholas = Kyryptos... At least not at the moment...

Nicholas: "I didn't say I was a camper, I was saying I just got dropped off here... My name is Nicholas... Sorry for all this trouble..." Nicholas looked up at Grahm as he was apologizing, and as he did he began raising the anger in Grahm since he was already mad about being cuffed to Nicholas.

Grahm: Normally, Grahm would've begrudgingly accepted the Thanatos Head's plan, but for some reason, he was just more pissed at him.  Still, not wanting to get a knife in his back, he just kept giving the Cabin Head dirty looks as he kept walking. Head or not, someone is going to hear about this when I get back to camp...

Daevyd: Still wandering above them and through the trees, he couldn't help but notice that Grahm looked even more pissed than he should have. Son of a fucking bitch. Maybe that kid is pissing us both off, but over nothing. Maybe... Dropping down in front of Nick, he glared down at him and looked him dead in the eyes. "Are you the one that was making me even angrier back there? And look at me when you say it, I just need to know if you're being honest. Look me in the eyes and tell me, because if you lie, your pupils will dilate, and I will put a knife through your neck. Now, were you?"

Nicholas: Nicholas looked back at Daevyd... his powers leaving Grahm and starting on Daevyd, but very lightly... "Well, a lot of people seem to get mad at me... is it because I'm a demigod?" Nicholas asked.

Grahm: Slowly, the son onf Cybele found himself calming down, wondering why his brow felt sore. "Depends on your parent." He spoke with a cautious tone, as the Thanatos Head had made it clear that this kid wasn't to be trusted.  He was asking the right questions, but something was bothering him. How does he already know the term Demigod?  Satyr run-in or not, that's not just a term you naturally toss around like that.  Took me a bit to adjust to using the term.  He wanted to share this with the Thanatos Head, but he didn't want the guy cuffed to his wrist to over hear.

Daevyd: Muttering to himself and still staring down Nick, he couldn't help but experience a pang of hatred towards camp. "I don't want to go back to camp. They can all burn in Chronos' stomach for all I care. If I had my way," at this, a dangerous glint came into his eyes, "I would have slaughtered them. The BC is tamer than camp, and I would love to watch camp burn." Sighing, he lowered his head, thinking, muttering, "Yeah. Burn..." Look back to Nick and Graham, he ushered them to keep moving, now walking alongside them, no longer caring what seemed wrong and right. All that seemed right was twisted and perverse, whereas what was wrong seemed... Heavenly.

Grahm: He stared at the Head of the Thanatos Cabin, "That's not what I'd expect the head of a cabin to say...the camp keeps us safe." The feeling of safety was quickly fading. I am quickly feeling like I'm not amoung friends here...

Nicholas: "Is the camp really that bad?" Nicholas spoke out, overhearing a few bits of what he had said. "Well, actually with this greeting, I can see why..." Nicholas muttered loudly enough to be heard. He lets out a frustrared sigh, and after a moment's pause he looks back up, "Wait, what's BC?"

Daevyd: "From what I've been told, its a dark and twisted place, only suited for the misfits that crave power, hate the gods, or both. Seems like I'd fit in. If I ciuld find someone from there, to get me there, it probably would be worth the effort. But, I dont know anyone, neither do you, by the looks of it, and neither does he." Daevyd uncuffs Grahm and Nick, then sits at the base of the tree, looking up at Grahm. "Go back to camp. Tell them whatever you want. Im gonna stay here, and hope I can find a way to the BC." Looking over at Nick, he says, "BC stands for Broken Covenant. Or something like that."

Grahm: The son of Cybele just stares at the Cabin Head, shocked that he was so willing burn out camp for this 'Broken Covenant' Running back to camp, he started looking for a camper that was at least as old as him.  This isn't right at all...why would a person who has earned the rank of Cabin Head suddenly want to defect?

Nicholas: "I'm going to assume that you still think I'm suspicious and can somehow give you info about BC? Or else you'd have told me to leave too?" Nicholas digs his hands into a pockets, and lets out a sigh. Secretly he holds onto a throwing knife in his pocket... if Daevyd got threatening, he should be able to have it thrown into his face before he got up... "Well, I'm not going to be too useful to you... but... can I just go with you? Do you know how to get there?" Nicholas asked.
