3/6/9 Month Powers not unlocked yet.

Offensive[]

  1. Children of Nike are able to channel their energy with and create a link to an object, can be a weapon or a sports related item, which causes their next attack with this object to be two times more powerful. Once used, it can not be used again on the object for the remainder of the fight and it drains the user somewhat.
  2. Children of Nike are able to clap their hands so hard and fast due to their enhanced strength that it sends a small shock-wave out. The shock-wave generates enough force to knock an opponent off their feet and possibly leaves bruises on their skin.

Defensive[]

  1. Children of Nike can become resistant to all types of physical attacks for a short time.
  2. Children of Nike are able to increase their speed and stealth in short bursts, making them faster than most and undetectable for a short time. However, they cannot have a weapon drawn so the speed is purely for evasion.

Passive[]

  1. Children of Nike are innately proficient in most forms of combat and hold a higher state of physical prowess. They wield higher levels of strength, speed, endurance and stamina than the average human.
  2. Children of Nike have innate reflexes which allow them to fight and dodge quickly.
  3. Children of Nike have the ability to predict the path of projectiles and dodge them, as well as identifying the weak points of opponents. This ability does not always work and could mislead the user, leaving them open to attacks.
  4. Children of Nike wield an amazing amount of willpower and fighting spirit, allowing them to partially resist any attempt to control their mind and resist any urge to surrender or quit.

Supplementary[]

  1. Children of Nike have the inhuman ability to leap great distances and perform dodge-rolls with ease, which can aid the user with dodging and attacking.
  2. Children of Nike have the ability to empower strength upon nearby allies and instill fear upon nearby enemies with a deafening war cry.
  3. Since their mother was depicted as a winged goddess, children of Nike can sprout wings for a short time, this enables them to fly; the longer they maintain this state, the more energy it drains. They must rest between flights and cannot make long distance traveling without resting often. However the wings are vulnerable to injuries and magic; they can also be customized to the user’s preference.
  4. Children of Nike can create a false illusion of what their opponent needs to do to achieve victory for a short time. This can cause an opponent to attempt foolish strategies that work against them and gives the user a chance to attack or flee.

3 Months After Character is Made[]

  1. Children of Nike have the capability to fluidly move around on both land and air making the environment their playground allowing them to kick off almost any surface and air dash across moderate distances, swing around lampposts, maneuver their motion while airborne and grind along rails and battle enemies with speed, agility and style. RP[]

Jacob: Returning from his shower, he still had his towel slung over his shoulder as he headed back up to his cabin and his room before heading to the stable. Somewehere in the back of his mind he remembered something about a new guy in camp that somehow related to him, but he didn't really think about it.

Max: Max was laying down on the porch of the Nike cabin throwing a tennis ball against the cabin wall. He was sort of bored. He wanted to go to the gym, but was a little too tired.

Jacob: As he got up to the porch, he spied a new kid on the porch tossing a tennis ball.  Oh, that's who it was, a new Nike kid.  Time to turn on the charm. Walking up the porch, he tosses his towel over the railing and extends a hand, "Hey there, the name's Jacob."

Max: Max caught the tennis ball one more time and looked at Jacob. "Hey, I'm Max. So you're one of my step bros?" He seemed unphased by Jacob's nudity.

Jacob: He thinks, "Believe the right term is 'half-bro', but yeah." Jacob smiles, sitting on the porch's railing, "So what sports you into?"

Max: This whole family thing is new to me. The only family I had till last week was my dad, so sue me for my improper use of whatever you said," Max said sarcastically. "Fencing and basketball are my main sports. Tennis, football, and archery are my thing too. What about you?" he asked, more politely.

Jacob: "Horse racing." Jacob replies, "My dad raises horses on our ranch in Oklahoma.  Haven't really tried other sports though."

Max: "That's really cool. I grew up in New York. Never really been to the country. Or rode a horse. Is it fun?"

Jacob: He smiled.  Jacob loved describing horseback riding to people, "It's liberating.  You, the horse, and the open country.  Nothing beats the wind in your hair and the smell of leather."

Max: Max was hoping another son of Nike would finally be the one person who would understand why winning was so important to him. "I'm pretty sure winning does. You're probably right other than that though."

Jacob: He nodded in agreement, "The feeling of pride when a stallion you raised from a colt wins his first race is priceless."  The son of Nike doesn't notice the crowd of on-lookers staring at Jacob's ass facing them.

Max: Max sighed. "I expected my life to change a lot when I got here, but really, my life at home with my dad was actually morei training than the amount I do here. And before this place, all my friends cared about whether we won our basketball games, and here, you're the first person who hasn't called me insane for being a little competitive. So, do you like it here?"

Jacob: Sliding off the railing he stretches, giving the crowd a full moon, causing one girl to faint.  "I love it here.  Plenty to do, great people, great food, and you might even go on a quest.  Me and two friends went on one a few weeks ago."

Max: "Really? I kinda hate it here. I mean, Its fine, but I feel like I'm always being judged."

Jacob: "I haven't been judging you...what makes you think that people are judging you?"

Max: "Well, let me just point out, that right now, all those girls are judging you. Not that that's a bad thing. I don't know, I used to be the captain of every sports team at my school. Here I'm just any other kid. Everyone's special. I almost lost yesterday. LOST! That has never happened before."

Jacob: He turned and waved to the girls, causing them to collectively blush and run off.  Turning back he shrugged, "I don't swing their way, so I don't mind giving them a show." Sitting back down Jacob thought, "Well, you have to accept it.  There are guys here in camp better looking to me, and I accept it.  You're judging yourself, no one is judging you."

Max: "You're gay? That's cool I guess."

Jacob: He put a hand behind his head and sheepishly smiled, "Well, when the god of love puts you on a quest to essentially kick you out of the closet, you learn a lot about yourself."

Max: "Hold on. Eros put you on a quest, just so you would tell people you were gay?"

Jacob: "It was more of causing myself to realize I was gay." Jacob explained, "He also lead us to ganymede who made my friend Tyler try on a several pair of briefs.  Caused him to be a bit more bold...also showed me not to make him pissed off..."

Max: "Something tells me its a bad Idea to piss anyone off around here. So are you and Tyler, like a thing... or..."

Jacob: He laughed, "No...gods no.  Tyler is only 12, and I'm pretty sure that if we were a 'thing' that it'd be illegal.  I'm single and on the market."

Max: "Oh, ok. But nothing is illegal here. According to the rest of the world, it doesn't exist, so we can basically do whatever. So did Eros make him reveal his sexuality to the world too?"

Jacob: The son of Nike shook his head, "No, I think Tyler already identified as bi.  Besides, if I were to make a move on him, the other guy who went on the quest, Jake, would make me pay.  He's like an older brother to Tyler."

Max: There were so many people he didn't know at camp yet, and it kind of creeped him out. "Who's Jake's parent? Is he gay too? I still don't know like anybody here."

Jacob: "Jake is a son of Eros." Jacob explained, "He's straight...but he's interesting.  He'll use his pheromones on both genders, mostly on accident, but he did have to go on a date with a guy once since it was the only way we were able to get tickets to Delaware..."

Max: "You'll have to intoduce me to your friends sometime. I'm gona go to the gym, wanna come?"

Jacob: "Sure," he nodded, "Lemme grab a pair of shorts though, the people who work at the gym don't apperciate a buck naked guy working out."

Max: "Uh, dude. We work at the gym. Ours and Ares's cabins are the ones in charge. Wear or don't wear what you want. If they don't like it they can leave. Personally, I think that makes absolutely no sense. But whatever." He bounces his tenis ball a few times.

Jacob: Jacob blinked a few times, "Wait...we do?"  He had spent most of his time in the stables or working out.  In fact, no one had even asked him to work at the gym yet.

Max: Max thought it was kind of wierd that he had been here a week and known this and it was complete news to Jacob, but didnt say anything about it. "Yeah. Our cabin and Ares' cabin work at the gym. I mean, people undress in locker rooms all the time, I don't really see why anyone would care. But I guess the head counsellors could kick you out if you weren't wearing anything, so I'd get dressed anyway."

Jacob: Jacob nods, grabs his towel and heads in.  Once at his room he tosses on a pair of jogging shorts and heads back out, "Better safe than sorry I guess.  Let's go."

Max: "Think we could race there? I've never really met anyone who's genetically wired to be just as fast as me."

Jacob: "You're on." He waits for Max to get up before shouting, "GO!" and sprinting off.

Max: Max sprints after him, but starting to fall behind as they are halfway there, but wanting to win and knowing Jacob could do the same thing if he wanted to, kicks off the ground as a pair of white wings sprout from his back, flying to catch up to jacob, and landing about ten yards ahead of him.

Jacob: This kid has a lot to teach me, Jacob thinks as he keeps running, trying to close the gap. "You're just lucky I don't have my chaps on!" He calls to Max

Max: Max continues to sprint towards the gym, staying ahead of Jacob, but just barely.

Jacob: Pushing himself, he closes the gap, but as he sees the Gym near, he knows that he can't beat Max.  His new goal is became getting as close to Max as he could.

Max: Max reached the gym doors, slowing down only when he was sure Jacon would be unable to catch up. He waited at the doors for Jacob to finish. Max was wondering why Jacob didn't try to fly in order to catch up to him. We are both sons of Nike, he should be able to fly too... "Sorry," Max said, panting slightly as Jacob finished. "I assumed you could fly too."

Jacob: "Nah," Jacob says trying to catch his breath, "It's all good.  It was a good challenge for me.  Guess there's a bit we can teach each other."

Max: Max felt kind of bad. Normally, he wouldn't have cared, but this kid was his half brother after all. "I guess." Max walked into the gym. "What do you wanna do?"

Jacob: He chuckled, "Well, let's start with me catching my breath.  You gave me quite the workout already.  After that, we can start with the weights."

Max: "Sounds good to me." Max headed towards the weight room. So how much can you lift?" he asked, making everything into a competition.

Jacob: "Never really kept track." Jacob said as he reached the room, "Typically I hauled haybales around on the ranch and never kept track."

MaxA Nike kid who doesn't even bother to keep track. Maybe I am way too overcompetetive, Max thought to himself. Max walked over to a rack of weights and picked up a twenty five pound weight.
