Aria Shen ~Nata Roebot

James Spall ~James D16

Let the RP begin!

Aria 1 Resized.jpg

Aria -Child of Astraeus
-Completely Unofficial Commander-in-Chief of the N00b Armada

After sprawling on her new bunk in Astraeus' cabin and hogging the main telescope for a while (it was a terrible idea to point it anywhere near the sun, ouch), Aria decided that enough introversion was enough. She marched out into the (blindingly, blindingly) bright world of sunlight outside and, grimacing, shielded her eyes from the eeeevil UV rays (she didn't want to get cataracts or eye melanoma anytime soon, thank you very much). In this manner Aria walked around the unfamiliar camp campus, looking much like a sad squinting baby penguin waddling about in search of its mother and/or food.

Character's Powers

 3/6/9 Month Powers Unlocked

  1. Children of Poseidon can fire a powerful blast of water from their hands, equivalent to that of a fire hose, which evaporates after a short time.
  2. Children of Poseidon have the ability to conjure and freeze small amounts of water into durable ice weapons, which can be used for combat; however, only one weapon can be conjured at a time and it cannot be bigger than the one who conjured it. They can also make small non-combative objects out of ice.

  1. Children of Poseidon can create an area around themselves that inflicts others with intense seasickness, making them dizzy and nauseous for as long as they remain inside. The user must keep their focus on maintaining the effect for the duration.
  2. Children of Poseidon can turn their body to water for a very short time, letting an attack pass harmlessly through them. This can cause extreme dehydration with repeated use.

  1. Children of Poseidon can breathe, are swifter and more powerful, and can heal slightly faster while underwater.
  2. Children of Poseidon can keep themselves and everything they touch dry in the water, unless they choose to become wet.
  3. Children of Poseidon can survive falling from any altitude as long as they land in water, and can go as deep into the ocean as they desire without any effects from the cold or water pressure.
  4. Children of Poseidon can communicate with and command equestrian animals, as well as all creatures that dwell in the sea.
  5. Children of Poseidon are innately less inhibited by severe wind and precipitation.

  1. Children of Poseidon have the ability to create minor earthquakes, large enough to knock anyone nearby off their feet, for a few seconds.
  2. Children of Poseidon are able to telekinetically move water at a high rate. The larger amount of water used, the more energy it drains. This can be used on ice, but is much more difficult and draining.
  3. Children of Poseidon are are able summon a specific horse, pegasus, or sea creature directly to their position, regardless of distance. This only works on creatures that they have a strong personal bond with.
  4. Children of Poseidon can calm, strengthen or influence the direction of the winds, though to a much lesser extent than children of Zeus or the anemoi.

3 Months After Character is Made

  1. Children of Poseidon have the ability to create a torrential rainstorm overhead, which will downpour and cause high winds over a large area. The storm will gradually clear over time, and afterward the user would be substantially drained.

6 Months After Character is Made

  1. Children of Poseidon are able to shape a semi-living construct out of water, no larger than 3 to 4 times the size of the user, that fights for them for a short time. The user is weakened while the construct is active, and the longer they maintain the it, the more energy it drains.

9 Months After Character is Made

  1. Children of Poseidon are able to transform their bodies into a state of pure water for a short time, becoming immune to most attacks. The hydrokinetic abilities they already possess are enhanced by this state, and they are capable of covering great distances in an instant while underwater. The user will be extremely drained once the transformation ends, and could possibly faint.

  1. Children of Poseidon always know their exact coordinates when in water and are able to innately feel the difference between freshwater and saltwater.
  2. Children of Poseidon normally have a love for water, and generally excel at water sports.
  3. Children of Poseidon tend to be favored by animals of the sea.
  4. Children of Poseidon often have a natural affinity for horses and many grow up to become equestrians.

Aria: As she channeled her inner penguin, Aria noticed a kid who looked about her age... and was holding a wicked-cool surfboard. Being a California girl herself (ugh, that made her sound so insipidly shallow), Aria was decently familiar with surfing. "Your board is, quite possibly, the bossest one I've ever seen," Aria called to the boy. "You from Poseidon?"

James: James heard someone yell out to him and turned to the noise and turned towards them. "Yeah I am" James yelled out to the girl "How could you tell"

Aria: "Oh my gods you have an Australian accent that's so awes-- I mean, well, surfboard? Returning from the beach, probably? I guess you could have been a son of Palaemon, or just a surfer from another cabin, or maybe a secret type of spy monster that takes on the form of campers to infiltrate camp, but Poseidon seemed more likely. Actually, since you aren't dripping water everywhere, you're almost definitely Poseidon's, unless you dried off and/or have ridiculous surfing skill and/or are a Palaemon kid who didn't want to get wet and/or are actually a spy monster. I'm Aria, if you're wondering who the heck this strange person is, Astraeus' kid and one of the newest n00bs in camp. Nice to meet ya!"

James: "That is pretty good thinking" James said "I'm James"

Aria: "So, James, can you do any moves?" Aria asked, gesturing at his board. "The fanciest thing I can do is to stand up, but you seem like you'd know a fair bit more, since you're actually carrying around a surfboard and all."

James: "I can do a 360 and that's it" James said

Aria: "Hey, that's still pretty great!" Aria laughed. "Oh, I've got a somewhat abrupt question I've been meaning to ask someone around here: Do you know if camp has Wi-Fi access, by any chance?"

James: "I don't really know cause I've never needed it" James said

Aria: Aria gasped in mock-horror. "How can you live without Internet? I haven't gone a week without it and already I'm feeling the effects of withdrawal!" she grandiosely proclaimed.

James: "I've needed it back home but not at camp" James said

Aria: "Heh, I guess your 'dealing with web addiction' skill levels are higher than mine," Aria quipped. "I'd better go gain more experience points to level up, then! In all seriousness, though, I'll probably have to find a way to get in touch with my mom sooner or later before she panics and drives over here to find me. But enough talk about parents; this is camp! So, what marvelous treatment for web addiction have you found here?"

James: "I never had a internet addiction" James said

Aria: "You, James, are extreeeeemely fortunate, then," Aria sighed. "I should form a therapy group with other net junkies at camp. It doesn't help that my hometown had free Wi-Fi everywhere I went. Though this time I have a legitimate reason for needing to access the Internet, so I suppose I won't feel as bad for breaking my streak of abstinence."

James: "That would be good for you" James said

Aria: Aria suddenly smiled ruefully. "Oh, I'm sorry, I've probably been completely weirding you out this entire time. And I haven't given you much of a chance to talk at all! Here, you say what you want to say and I'll listen this time."

James: "I've actual got nothing to say" James said

Aria: "That's perfectly fine," Aria grinned. Apparently her social skills were just as laughably off-putting as they were before. Oh, well. She'd have plenty of time to work on that at camp. "Before I go away and stop bothering you, poor chap, I've got one last thing to ask. Is there anything interesting to do around camp? I've been thinking of arranging a flash mob or something, but if there's already something entertaining going on I'd like to join whatever it is."

James: "Depends what you like" James said

Aria: Aria looked upward in contemplation for a moment. "Hmm," she pondered, "Well, I do like Internet, as previously established, but I also like feeling like I'm doing something useful, so maybe something educational or training-based. Or something fun that doesn't require intense physical activity, since I just biked across the state of Pennsylvania to get to camp, and my legs hurt in the way watching Dora the Explorer on repeat hurts your mind. Maybe something that lets me explore more of the surprisingly large campgrounds here, or at least gives me a reason to leave the cabin area and meet other poor souls at whom I can talk!"

James: "Where's Pennsylvania" James said wondering where that possible could be

Aria: "Ah, that's right, you're not from 'Murica. Well, if you think of America as a rectangle 1500 miles-- er," Aria did some mental math (160% of the number of miles gave an approximate conversion to kilometers), "2400 kilometres long by... 4800 kilometres long, then New York would be a right triangle somewhere near its northeast. Long Island, where camp is located, is a rice-shaped landform 160 kilometres long that's at the bottom right of the triangle. Kinda underneath and to the west of New York is the state of Pennsylvania, which is a rectangle 240 kilometres long by 400 kilometres wide. I started biking near the southwest corner of Pennsylvania, which took me 550-ish kilometres and over a week. I can probably find the exact coordinates if you want, but I doubt that'd help much."

James: "I would have settled for which direction it is in" James said

Aria: Aria maintained a friendly (she hoped) expression while mentally sighing and keeping a list of ways to improve her meager conversational skills. Off-tangent Internet questions? Nope. Speaking 80% of the time? Not good. Incorporating math and geography in a conversation at not-summer camp? Shouldn't be done. She should probably just leave James alone for now, go roam (haha, "Rome") around camp some more, and maybe return after learning how to properly socialize again. "I'll, uh, I'll keep that in mind," Aria managed. "So is there still anything interesting you'd recommend?"

James: "The beach isn't bad" James said

Aria: "Alright, wise denizen of the aquatic domain! I shall make haste thither and leave you to resume your own voyage, then," Aria spoke in her best posh Shakespearean drama voice. "Many thanks, good sir, and faretheewell!" she called as she turned back around to continue her escapades as a slightly less-lost baby penguin.

James: James started to walk beside Aria. "Mind if I come with you" James asked

Aria: Happily surprised, Aria paused for a moment before responding. "To be perfectly honest, I thought I'd weirded you out to the point that you'd be glad to leave the 'strange rambling one' behind. It's gotten to the point where it's actually really funny because it happens so often," she said with some degree of amusement. Then, seriously: "I'm very sorry if I did bother you at all, though. I haven't talked to kids my own age in a long time, and I guess I still have quite a lot of social skills to catch up on. That being said, I would be absolutely delighted if you went with me, so long as you don't mind returning to the beach in such a short time frame!"

James: "If dealt with weirder" James said "Just let me put my surfboard back and but I've got a better idea then the beach"

Aria: "Oooh, okay," Aria hummed. "I'll go back to my cabin too, to get my sunglasses from my other bag. Meet up back here in ten minutes?" she asked.

James: "Yeah sure" James replied

Aria: Nine minutes later, Aria returned to the meeting spot (got back to her cabin but with lots of unnecessary turns, had a flaming sword thrown at her face, same old same old) and waited, wondering what place James had in mind. With her sunglasses and slightly singed jacket Aria thought she looked pretty cool, though that was probably just her. Absently drawing a smiley-face in the dirt with a branch, Aria passed the waiting time looking at her surroundings from behind her shades.

James: James was walking back from his cabin with his thongs on looking for Aria. "Aria where are you" he yelled out

Aria: "Here," Aria said as she stepped through a bush to return to the path. "Nice shoes! So, where are we going?"

James: "I was thinking we could just walk around" James said when he walked over to Aria

Aria: "Sure thing," Aria replied. "It's basically all that I've been doing ever since I came here. Any destinations you have in mind?"

James: "I don't really have a idea do you" James said

Aria: "I've heard they have strawberry fields here, but I don't know if it's strawberry season yet. Want to go take a look?" Aria asked. "They're a bit far, from what I've gathered, but it should be interesting."

James: "It is almost season" James said

Aria: "You lead the way, then. I haven't got a clue which paths to take there. If we hurry now, we'll be able to get back in time for dinner!" Aria stated.

James: "Ok just don't get lost " James said

Aria: "I should be the one saying that to you!" Aria laughed. "If you get lost we're both in trouble, while if I get lost it'll just be me wandering into a lava pit. But, courtesy of my daddy dearest, I can tell my absolute location anytime, anywhere, so at least I know which direction we'll be going. Shall we set off?" she asked as she began to flounce forward.

James: "We shall" James said

Aria: It didn't take as long as Aria had expected to get to the fields, and they didn't end up in Rome, either. (All roads lead to Rome, blah blah blah insert more old-person sayings here.) The weather was pretty nice: some fluffy (cumulus humilis and cirrus uncinus) clouds, temperature not insanely cold or hot, and ground not completely soaked. Along the entirety of the rather expansive area, strawberry bushes were planted in cheerful green rows. The plants themselves bore no fruit yet, but small white flowers, the precursors of strawberries, had already come into bloom. In the middle of the fields a small grove of weeping willow trees (Salix babylonica, nice) offered a shady respite from the eeeeevil rays of sunlight; more trees and the Big House were visible on the other side of the fields, past a burbling creek. "So... This is the 'Delphi Strawberry Service' that we're supposed to be?" Aria asked.

James: "I think" James said "I don't really know much about camp"

Aria: "I'm fairly sure this is the business Camp Half-Blood uses as a cover. Delphi is a site associated with Greek history and legend, and these fields are definitely large enough to support a small strawberry business. Also, I saw a van that said 'Delphi Strawberry Service' on its side parked near the entrance, which is a pretty obvious clue." Aria cleared her throat, then continued. "Are you new to camp too?"

James: "Nah I've been here for a while I just haven't bothered to learn that kind of stuff" James said

Aria: "...Oh. Wouldn't you need to know about the different aspects of camp if you're going to live here for several years, though?" Aria asked. She'd always been taught to learn as much as she could from her surroundings, though now that she thought about it, she could see why other people here might not bother. After all, these kids were waving around swords and running around on missions all day -- actually experiencing what it meant to be a modern demigod, which probably beat book learning. Still, knowing about a place that had kept half-bloods safe (for the most part) for 3000+ years seemed like a worthwhile endeavor. "If you go on a quest and need to figure out whom to ask and whom to avoid, knowing camp's connections and affiliations would be very important."

James: "I would like to go on a quest but itwould be to dangerous for me" James said

Aria: "Ah. Son of Poseidon, right," Aria nodded. "It'd still be good to be prepared, like the Boy Scouts always say. Have you trained your fighting skills at camp yet?" she asked, looking around the fields.

James: "I'm not bad at some stuff" James said

Aria: "So you should be pretty decent in a fight, if you have Poseidon's demigod powers and you've been training them," Aria deducted (well, more like assumed), pausing for a moment as an idea formed. "Hey, would you like to spar next? I haven't trained in the arena yet. Eh, actually, I did get to train my 'surviving in the Arctic while mysteriously stuck there' skills the last time I went there, but no fighting took place. And practicing could help both of us!"

James: "Yeah we should but not where I would have the advantage" James said

Aria: Aria cheered. "I have someone to spar with, yaaaaaaas!" she rejoiced, before clearing her throat and continuing. "Well, we'd better hurry before it gets dark, otherwise I'd have an unfair advantage too. So, I'm guessing you'd rather test your skills somewhere other than the Water and Swamp Arenas. And the Air and Night Arenas would tip the scale in my favor too much. I'd recommend against the Arctic Arena because I've been there and scouted out the landscape before. It was freezing, and it'd also be unequal because the temperature would affect me less than it would to you. Hmm... I've heard that the Earth and Jungle Arenas are pretty good for training. Your pick!"

James: "in the jungle I would still have a sort of advantage so earth would be good' James said

Aria: Luck appeared to be with the two campers then; the arena was quite close to the fields, and the Earth Area appeared to be open when they arrived. Outside the portal-like entrance a sign described the layout of the place. Aria read aloud:

Earth Arena

Earth arena.png
  • This arena is surrounded by tall peaks and cliffs, moving towards the centre of the arena is a mostly dry sandy landscape, with lots of ruins, some even resemble an archaeological dig, with lots of places to hide in the shadows.
  • At the very centre of the arena is a lush oasis with a pond, palm trees and all sorts of vegetation.
  • The arena is open to the sky and elements
  • On each end of the arena, on top of some large pillars, are pyres, full of fire and wood. The fire that burns within the pyres can not be extinguished, but if the fire is removed from the pyres, it can then be put out.

James: "Wow this reminds me so much of home" James said

Aria: "...Your home must be nothing like mine, then. All I ever see are Google offices and college students, maybe a freak rainstorm or two. Must be nice, living somewhere scenic," Aria sighed, entering the arena and looking around. "Though those palm trees in the middle there remind me of my hometown!"

James: "All of this reminds me of the outback" James said

Aria: "If it's anything like this arena, it must be incredible!" Aria exclaimed, wide-eyed. "I've been to New Zealand when I was really little, but I've never crossed The Ditch before. I'm curious; what's the outback like?" she inquired.

James: "Hot and sandy" James said

Aria: "It doesn't sound quite so appealing once you put it that way, haha," Aria laughed. Though she'd been bantering with James, most of her attention had been directed towards scoping out the terrain. The cliffs were high ground and would allow for an excellent vantage point from the edge of the arena. Staying farther from the center and its pond would also be a prudent idea, since her opponent was basically the Greek equivalent of a waterbender. "What weapons are you gonna use, James?" Aria asked him, stretching out her arms before conjuring a simple plasma sword.

James: James pulls out his pen and uncaps it turning it into a sword I will use this"

Aria: "Cool! Alright, so I'm not so sure how other people have been doing this, but I think one way would be to have five minutes to find a starting location and then begin the fight from there. I've got a timer in my bag that can be set up to go off when the five minutes are up, and it should be loud enough to hear from both ends of the arena. Any objections to that plan?" Aria asked, speaking quickly so that they'd have more time to fight.

James: "Sounds good" James said

Aria: "We'll need some rules, too. No face-shots, no lethal attacks, try to avoid severe injuries, but everything else goes? Oh, and let's end when one of us has clearly defeated the other or before it's dark enough to see the stars," Aria continued, looking up at the golden-orange streaks beginning to color the sky.

James: "Defiantly before it gets dark" James said

Aria: Placing her backpack on the ground by a palm tree, Aria took out the timer and set it to five minutes. It also served as her alarm clock, so she'd have to remember to pick it up. For ease of maneuvering during these few minutes, Aria had dissipated her plasma sword, though she still wanted to hold onto her backpack. It currently held only her tactical flashlight and some duct tape, but those could still be useful. "Alright. The five minutes begins... now!" Aria shouted as she started the countdown and made a beeline for the cliffs.

James: James ran straight towards the center of the arena with no hesitation

Aria: The far side of the cliffs wasn't as steep as the nearly vertical closer side, so Aria ran around and scaled the rocks there. With gravity manipulation on her side, the task was completed quickly, and Aria soon stood atop the highest flat point in the arena. Hmm, about two minutes left. From this new viewpoint, she could see that James was occupying the arena's central ground. Now to plan her courses of action...

James: James walks up to the bed of the stream and thinks How long is this taking

Aria: As the timer went off, Aria reopened her eyes and smiled slightly. "Let's go." She swept her flashlight's extremely bright beam across the center pond area, aiming to disorient or blind James for a while. "4000 candelas of light should wreak some havoc," Aria muttered.

James: "I should of brought some sunglasses" James said to himself while squinting from Aria shining the touch in his eyes

Aria: Hopefully, James was somewhat distracted and wouldn't notice her next move. Aria dropped down to one of the boulders by the cliffside and mustered her energy to temporarily stir up the sand closest to the oasis into a stinging cloud. "Better save my energy after this; I might need it later in this fight."

James: James dives into the stream thinking I would have a heaps better advantage in here or I could see if I can cause earthquakes

Aria: Readying herself for any response this would bring, Aria slid off the boulder and began darting towards the middle ground between the oasis and cliffs, taking cover behind rocks and boulders but not making an effort to be overly stealthy. "Gotta make sure something happens, right?"

James: James just sat on the bottom of the stream thinking I wonder how far Aria is from here

Aria: "Yo James! I'm bored! Let's go get ice cream!" Aria shouted, running a bit closer and gathering a pile of rocks around her. The boulder she was currently sheltered behind would be a nice fort in a snowball fight, she decided, if this place actually ever got any snow. Maybe this'll work. I really am pretty bored. And I would quite like ice cream, too."

James: James made a 25ft wave and was riding on it out of the stream. "I hope you can swim" he said

Aria: "I'm Californian; we all learn how to swim in case we drown in the 0 inches of rain we've been getting," Aria remarked wryly. She made note of how fast James was approaching and how far her little camp was from the stream. Lifting up a baseball-sized rock, now Aria took her turn to wait.

James: James was at least 6m from Aria so he dropped from on top of the wave to inside of the wave thinking If I'm inside this wave I could have a bit of protection when she throws those rocks

Aria: "Alright, time to get lime-STONED," Aria choked out for the sake of making a pathetically punny one-liner cliche in the midst of battle. She jumped into the air with the help of her gravity manipulation and launched the rock toward the wave, landing on a boulder near the back of the wave.

James: James watched Aria jump over and turned the wave around not be effected by the rock she throw at him

Aria: "The plan seems to be working," Aria thought cryptically to herself. She continued to jump across the boulders back toward the cliff, making sure to conserve her energy as much as she could. "If I counteract gravity's force on me with a force only slightly weaker, I'll be able to push off and jump far without needing to fly. Since force equals mass times acceleration, I'd use a value slightly less than my weight--let's say 50 kilos-- and multiply it by 9.8 meters per second squared to get... 49 Newtons of upward force. I've seen it in a movie and, hey, it actually seems to be working!" she remarked.

James: James makes the wave crash onto the ground making sure there is large amounts of puddles on the ground and starts a earthquake. "The only thing we need now to make the perfect party is some music" he says out of nowhere

Aria: Since she'd been spending most of her time in the air, Aria only noticed the shaking ground as she moved into her next jump. "We'd also need some bright lights, which I'd be happy to provide if I weren't busy fighting right now!" She continued until she was twenty meters from the cliff's base, after which she channeled her energy into a stronger upward leap, grabbing onto the edge and pulling herself up. Aria was a little out-of-breath, but it wasn't nearly as bad as it would've been had she not been conserving her power use with the jumps instead of the flying. This far from the arena center James wouldn't be able to access any water save for the puddles near him without significant energy expenditure. Hopefully they could progress into a swordfight soon, instead of evasive techniques, since the sun was only getting lower and lower on the horizon.

James: James stop his earthquake so he could make a giant ball with the water from all of the puddles behind him and walked towards Aria

Aria: Aria fired a beam of bright light through the ball of water, relying on refraction to scatter the glow, ideally obscuring James' vision as he held it before him. She darted closer to the center of the cliff face and prepared for James' next action, waiting to see when he'd get fatigued.

James: Some of the light went into James's eyes so he turned the water into a bull and made it go straight towards where he last saw Aria

Aria: The bull thundered past her and Aria crouched down so that James wouldn't be able to see her from his current angle. He'd have to either back up a significant distance, making water control more difficult and tiring, or attack blindly, making accuracy decrease significantly. "The Pythagorean Theorem strikes again," Aria grinned. "Let's see how long it'll take before James finally gets tired and starts using his sword!"

James: James brought the bull right back to him when he found out it didn't hit Aria and just as it hit him he made it turn back into water and splashed him completely. "That hits the spot" James said while the water gave some of his strength and got ready for when ever she surprised him and started throwing rocks at him again

Aria: James didn't appear to be using the bull again, but Aria wasn't taking any chances. "Darn it, looks like we're at an impasse again," she sighed. "Should I throw something?" Aria mulled over it for a moment. "Yeah, I'll throw something! If I accelerate a smaller object at a larger object fast enough, the momentum transferred could theoretically be great enough to push the larger object off the cliff, and I wouldn't drain too much of my powers. Gives a new meaning to the Law of Conservation of Energy," she grinned. "Even if it doesn't hit, it could really... shake things up!" Aria said, inwardly kicking herself for making so many puns. She lifted up a rock about the size of a basketball and launched it with her powers at a yoga-ball-sized rock near the edge of the cliff. "I can infer what happens by any splashes or sounds of pain coming from the bottom," she reasoned, settling back into her hidey-spot.

James: James heard the rock crash down to the ground at instantly looked up at the cliff and started to climb up it

Aria: "Hmm, nothing unexpected," Aria mulled. She took a chance and looked over to see where James was. "Ready, aim, and fire," she muttered, shooting a beam of burning light at the figure climbing up the cliff side.

James: As James was climbing to where he thought Aria was, one of his hands slipped which is when he saw the beam of light coming straight towards him. He moved quickly enough to get only a minor burn on his and gave up climbing the cliff considering his burn. As James reached the ground, he made water zip to his shoulder for healing purposes. "Why don't come up Aria and we can fight without using powers" he yelled out

Aria: "You come up, bro, and I won't pull anything while you're climbing," she shouted back down. "We'll have a few moments longer to fight where it's higher up, since the sun will set a tiny bit later," Aria logic-ed, really just not wanting to give up her position. "And I'll just use my normal sword, not my plasma lightsaber, too!"

James: "Sounds good but you mind helping me up or you coming down" James said "Cause I have a bum shoulder for a while"

Aria: "Eh, sure," she shrugged. "Jump up and I'll use gravity to pull you the rest of the way." She focused on bringing him upward just enough for his momentum to carry him over the cliff, landing near the edge.

James: James jumped up and landed on the edge of the cliff with his sword ready. "Is hat what it feels like to fly" James said as he made the water on his shoulder zip back over the cliff because his shoulder had healed

Aria: "Flying's a little freer than that, but that kind of jump is a pretty close alternative," Aria smiled, remembering how amazing it felt the first time she flew. "Anyhoo, hope your shoulder's better, because I'm not gonna go easy on you, be warned!" She'd moved away from her sheltered spot while they had been talking and was now closer to the edge. Twirling her CB sword around once to get used to the different balance it had compared to her plasma sword, she leaped forward, making sure not to gain too much momentum to carry her over the edge, and swept downward at James' shins.

James: As Aria struck at his shins, James stuck his sword down to block Aria's swing then kicked Aria as hard as he could in the chest

OOC Discussions

Nata: Wow, we've been able to get this far before we had to make this OOC section! :L Should we take this to the Strawberry Fields location page's comment section or just RP on here?

James: Still rp on this

James: You can see the evolution of me getting better at rping

Nata: Yup! One of the awesome things of ultra-long RPs, amirite? *high-fives*
