Sienna Jones was the daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. She was there only child and so, as her own child in turn, was spoilt rotten. She attended the best schools and clubs and lived a high life. At the age of 23 she feel in love with a man named solider named Jake Kensington. They where perfectly matched and loved each other very much. After some months of 'dating' they spent they're first night together in secret. Arthur was later born that year on the April 23. About a month after Jake was 'killed in action' defending his country.
This 'killed in action' was a fake, set up by Sienna's father. Zeus had explained to Sienna's father, who at first didn't believe him but after some summoning of lighting with the master bolt he was won over. Arthur's grandfather quickly took to hiring demi-god body guards to ease the monster attacks on his special Arthur.
And so, Arthur grew up without his father giving his mother even more reason to spoil him. He grew up in his grandfather and mothers house playing with other kids of his own social status, never dealing with the common folk. The house was huge and well guarded and so Arthur didn't witness many monster attacks in his lifetime. He was one of the blondest children his mother knew 'just like his father' she thought. He would grow up to be a hero just like his father.
When Arthur was 12 he was out in his garden doing some work in his books. His mother sat close by trying to catch some Zs. Arthur spotted something at the far end in the trees. Curiosity beat him and he went to look. Sitting under a birch tree was a man in a long, dark trench coat. "What are you doing here? In my garden?" He told the man who ignored him and quickly took to standing. As the man edged closer Arthur shuffled back. "Y-You shouldn't be here. Mummy will get cross" He said fear in his voice. The man grabbed a hold of Arthur's jumper and Arthur gave out a scream. A load of shouts could be heard closer to the house and Arthur stamped on the mans foot causing him to yell in pain loosening his grip on Arthur.
Arthur ran towards his mothers voice, tears rolling down his cheeks. He didn't stop or looked backed he just ran into his mothers warm grasb. He didn't know how much time passed, nor did he care. He just wanted to stay like that for ever. After some time Arthur told his mother what happened, about the man. But they didn't find him and very quickly he was forgotten in Arthurs mind.
At the age of 13 Arthur was sent to Eton College by his grandfather. Here he made many friends and quickly liking all the subjects. He would attend all the good classes, excluding art and music as they were worthless in his mind. He excelled in academics and all the classics quickly learning Latin, German, English and Ancient Greek. Ancient Greek came easier to him for some reason. He found some classes hard after he was diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD and so his grandfather would teach him in person, 2 hours a day until Arthur found it easy to read and write.
Arthur's favourite subjects by far was law. He had first started to learn about it when he was 12 and was doing it in his spare time. So Arthur's teacher Law Teacher offered him a trip to the model UN in 2013. He happily agreed as he would love to see how the UN worked and more that he was picked out of everyone in his year to go. And so, doesn't it mean he was the best?
Before he left for the states Arthur attended the Royal Wedding of Kate and William. This was truly the highlight of his year. How could it not be? The whole world was looking at him, well mostly the Queen, William and Kate. But he was still there, in the spotlight of the camera. He saw the whole thing, even the marriage it's self. It was so nice with the feathers and everything. He even shook hands with the Queen and the new happy couple.
Arthur flew over to New York in a private jet over the Summer Holidays. In 2013 Columbia University decided to host a large Model UN event, even getting the UN to agree to have tours and meetings that the students could attend. Schools would come from all over the world. Along with the usual Model UN stuff that would be going on at Columbia, the UN would have students able to have tours of the UN building, sit in on certain functions, as well as have interviews with members of the UN. In July, students and teachers from all across the globe converged on New York City.
The first day was full of meeting new people, grouping off into who would represent which countries in the Model UN, and all sorts of various activities. By the end of the second day, many had made new friends and things were going along swimmingly. As evening wore on, danger loomed on the horizon, a danger they had no idea was coming. Unbeknownst to many, due to the large event, many that had come from other countries were actually demigods. Because of so many, in one place, at one time, unprotected by any magical barrier, the scent was powerful.
A group of huntresses had been tracking a lydian drakon for awhile, not sure what had caught its attention or why. They momentarily lost it's scent coming into New York, and stopped by camp to get more help, a small group of campers dispatched to work with the huntresses. As the lydian drakon neared the campus, it's hard to say what the mortals saw, some say they saw a tornado ripping through the sides of buildings, others said they felt like they were going through a giant earth quake. Regardless, the thirty or so demigods that had unknowingly been brought together, were about to face a fight they'd never forget.
Some in the group had been to camp before, and carried weapons, some still hadn't fully realised they were a demigod, or what it meant to be one. As seconds felt like an eternity, fate would not be so kind to these teenagers, as their scent had not just drawn a lydian drakon, but also the hydra and a few hellhounds. They were soon finding themselves boxed in, and fighting for their very lives. When all hope seemed lost, the huntresses and campers arrived, and being a bit more prepared, and catching the monsters by surprise, they were soon able to turn the tide of the attack. Unfortunately not without the cost of a few lives.
As they all re-grouped and started to care for the wounded among them, the group that had come from camp decided it would be best for them all to get back to camp as soon as possible, where they would be protected by its borders. Some were easily convinced as they'd been to camp before a couple of year's previously for summer's and holidays, other's were a bit more scared, and unsure if they should go, but not wanting to risk being attacked again, they agreed after being assured they could contact their parents safely from camp's borders. They gathered the dead and wounded, and headed to camp.
