Banned Face Claims

Not everyone is happy for other's to use their image, and here is a list of people who specifically stated they did not want their image used in this sort of manner. Thus, they aren't allowed to be used on the wikia. Any currently in use must be removed and replaced. Any reservations must be unreserved.
