Reasons why you think you would be a good addition as an admin:
Valuable experience: I've worked my way up to bureaucrat in various wikis.
Though I'm sure many of you are aware of this, I'm part of the administration team in two other roleplay wikis. Not only am I familiar with the skill sets usually required from rollbacks, but I also have the experience that not many others have. I've led their equivalents of HR, Claiming and Recreational Development, thus giving me a variety of skills that again, not many users can offer.
Friendly & Outgoing: I go out of my way to interact with new users.
Because other positions I've held usually required me to do this, I've already developed the instinct to reach out to users - new and old alike - and actually get to know them, and try to make them feel welcome. I'd like to think of myself as a very approachable person because of this; someone who users can turn to to confide in, whether it's about concerns they have, or any thoughts, opinions, and ideas.
Long-time member: I've been around since July of 2014.
Although my activity has fluctuated heavily in recent years, I know I'm back for certain - or at least if I have any say in it. I've been around for a long time, and this was actually the first wiki that I joined, so it holds a very special place in my heart. I've had my ups and downs here, but in the end, I'll always come back. I've been around for major revamps and changes, and thus believe I've got a pretty good grasp of all the policies and rules I'd be helping enforce.
Camp Helper: For the longest time, I've been a camp helper.
If I'm remembering correctly, I've been a camp helper for over a year, constantly looking to go up the ranks but never find the courage to do so. This has enabled me to gain more experience on how the wiki works as an individual entity - not the universal rules every wiki has.
Trained by the team: I trained directly under Miggy and Brocky.
While I got further into my training with one than I did with the other, I had the opportunity to train under Brocky and Miggy, in order to better prepare myself for whichever department I chose to become a part of, should I run for rollback. While this only adds to my list of achievements, I haven't actually decided on a department, so... yeah, go me.
Prepared: I am absolutely ready to take on the challenge of being a rollback here.
Although I have much to do this upcoming year, I wholeheartedly believe I can commit myself to this place and help it thrive - help reshape it and turn it back into the glorious place it once was. It's not to say it isn't anymore, but I know activity took a hit this summer and I'm ready to help bring it all back up, no matter the price. I want to work side by side with everyone else in the team, no matter who they are or to which department they belong to.
Any Other Things you want to add:
I can only hope you guys are willing to vote in favor of me joining the team. I recognize my activity has been all over the place, but I'm ready to get it straight and dedicate a good part of my time to helping out here. And no, I don't have a preference for which department I'd join, but I hear HR needs a lot more hands. Thank you for reading this admittedly extensive application. Tenga un lindo día!
Hi guys!!! I'm most commonly known as Time and I'm running for Human resources (though if R&D needs help, I'd be willing to join that one as well). I've been around camp for around five (or maybe six??) years now. Admittedly, I have been very on and off throughout the years but, as of right now, I am quite active across wikia that I'll be around for sure. I know my way around the wiki well enough and, as of right, a camp helper. Though I've never been part of the admin team in CHB, I have had experience in other admin teams on other wikia sites that I believe could help me here. I know activity is low right now but I believe I can help try bring it back up as much as I can. I am prepared to try and help wherever the team needs me. I'm close with a good portion of the community in CHB and am generally approachable and friendly to the wider user base.
