You must have administrator rights.

Procedure

Nomination

Choose to edit a section under "Requests".
Add your name as a subheading like this: ===Your User Name===.
Give a small statement of why you think you deserve the rights.

Voting

Users will then state whether the user deserves the rights or not. They will either agree, or disagree with the request. Only Admins Rollbacks and bureaucrats may vote. Only Admins may vote on Admins.

NOTE: For this admin vote we are going to allow RB votes to count, once this voting has ended we will hold votes (that only admins/bcrats will be voting on) to decide if in the future RB's should be able to vote for Admins.

Requests

Requests may be turned down simply because users with the rights are not needed. If your request is turned down, you can try again later when you have a stronger history, or when someone with the rights is needed.

I would like to put in a request for a promotion. The wiki is getting bigger and I believe I can help more than I do now. I have rollback rights. I've become Ghost and Flame's shared PA in the interest of helping out and I've seen all the problems the staff has had dealing with things like claims and such. I have 2,000 edits in 3 weeks, got rollback rights, and I have respect from a fair number of the admins, or at least I hope I do. I am on almost everyday, and if I do not post, I try and check what is going on to be updated. I am not submitting because I feel deserving, I am submitting because the wiki can use more contributions, which I think I am making a fair amount of. I also get a lot of confidence from users who say I make great amounts of edits in so little time. I am currently trying to guide new users, and I bring up lots of ideas for the wiki, and I hope to continue doing so, and being an admin will help me reach that goal. The only actual time I will not be able to frequently check the wiki is the month of July, in which I am visiting New York. I've got rollback rights, I currently have around 1130 edits and I at least have half of the wiki's respect (I hope and think). I also have never vandalized in my whole wikia life. Though some wikia contributors might make some really bad edits, I always take a diplomatic approach and, for example, tell them to please stop making bad edits. I also tell the admins when I go for a vacation and try not to miss any of the happenings on this wiki if I can help it. I also haven`t got any official warnings. We've got many admins who are extremely active. But it might help if there's one more to cover the other admins when they're not on. I say this because I've noticed that many users are on during the morning, at noon, and at night, while only sometimes are there users around during the afternoons. This is where I come in, 'cause my operating time is during the afternoons and I'm there for a lot of the time. Also I try to be nice to all of the users on this wiki (especially the admins) and try to greet as many of them as possible. Finally, I'd like to say that this is the last long speech I will ever make/edit because they usually come to no avail. Peace out!!!!

I'm honestly surprised to see so many negative votes here. Fire has not only been willing to help but showed incredibly self assertiveness and initative when proposing, and then proceeding to develop, the chariot racing game. On top of this he's active daily, in chat frequently, and provides opinions on a variety of topics. We've let RBs in for a lot less and I think he's very much deserving of the position. Well I haven't been around for the past two or three somewhat days, but from what I know about you, I'd say no. You've been helpful and that's awesome and all, but you're also kinda reckless. Maybe you should become better friends with the b-crats and some other admins and understand what responsibly they hold. To be honest, he's been doing the best he's could, and has contributed much more than some other rollbacks who were brought into the team, and I feel like he has much potential, and deserves to be in our team. Well, depends were you live. I live in England where the time is a few ours behind. E.g if you live in Washington DC and it was 6:15 AM it here would be 11:15. I vote no. Partly because, in my opinion, we currently have more than enough rollbacks, and partly because I haven't seen you do anything that makes you deserving of a rollback position.
