Personality: She is extremely detailed oriented and charismatic, but is often hypocritical of others decisions and actions despite the fact that she might have done something similar. Bellatrix can come across as very judgmental and irrational to others especially if she is just meeting the person for the first time. She possesses an air of superiority, but often lacks true knowledge and understanding of some predicaments. Although she is outspoken and critical, she is initially shy and calm.
History: Euphemia Morgenstern was an immigrant from Germany who came to the United States in hopes of a better life and education. She enrolled at a local university in San Fransisco to become an astrophysicist. One night, she traveled up Mount Tamalpais during the Second Titanomachy when the god Atlas was released from his burden to hold the sky. Euphemia was hoping to stargaze that night along the mountain side and observe the various planets, but instead she meet a wounded man stumble towards her in an effort to get to get down the mountain after being brutally attacked. When she attempted to call for help, he yelled at her, insisting that he was perfectly fine. Euphemia hurried and grabbed her medical aid kit. She stitched his wound together and bandaged it.
After Euphemia was done assisting the stranger, he revealed himself to be an astronomer named Jericho who was also an immigrant, but from the country of Greece (was guise as the god Atlas). The Titan knew that he couldn't take his revenge in this generation and predicted the fall of the Titans. Atlas knew that to Olympian's strength came from their children, the demigods who acted as heralds to both the mortals and immortals. He schemed to enact and test this theory. 'Jericho' managed to entice Euphemia into having an intimate affair with him. When Atlas noticed that Euphemia was sound asleep, he left her to join the other Titans in an effort to destroy the Olympians.
As an effort to rid herself of shame and embarrassment, Euphemia sought to get an abortion as soon as she discovered she was pregnant. However, many of her friends and family persuaded her otherwise and nine months later, she bore a daughter who she named Bellatrix after the star.
Life for Bella was rather difficult. At a young age, her mother was so busy teaching astronomy at the University of Southern California that she barely even saw her or made contact with her. When Bella turned seven, Euphemia died in a plane crash traveling to Memphis, Tennessee. Bella didn't think her mother's death would effect her directly since they hadn't really harbored a firm relationship as mother and daughter. However, as the months trudged along, Bellatrix started to grieve in her own way. She became cold and callous to those close to her and lashed out on anyone.
Her current guardian (Bellatrix's aunt, Pamela) who was a trained psychologist suggested that Bella should be involved in an activity to clean her mind of the negativity. At the age of nine, Bellatrix became fascinated with the stars and constellations. She began to visit the library and read various books and magazines about the solar system and planets. A year later, she also became intently interested in violin playing and bought her own. Consequently, she joined her school orchestra although she was a beginner. She soon became interested in a myriad of activities such as: comic book reading, writing, drawing, and archery.
Bellatrix published her first science fiction novel at the age of thirteen called, "War on Titan." After the novel's success, she produced three more novels which were all separate her original series. It was around this time when Bellatrix encountered her first monster attack at the Smithsonian Museum in Washington D.C..
Bellatrix and Pamela (adoptive guardian) visited Washington D.C. for their joint birthday (they're birthdays were on the same day). They took a tour of many museums in the area and visited the Smithsonian National Space and Air Museum on the last day. Their, an Empousa disguised as a tour guide attacked the two. Pamela attempted to fight off the monster (thinking it was an mugger), but ended up getting stabbed by its sharp talons after she irked the Empousa and bleed to death. Meanwhile, the monster chased Bellatrix through the museum until she cornered her. In a burst of emotions, Bellatrix's skin ignited and released a shattering force that caused the Empousa to dissolve into a pile of green ash and smoke.
A nymph lurked out of the shadows and applauded Bella for acknowledging her heritage as a demi-titanness. Oreithyia, the nymph, explained that she was a daughter of the Titan Atlas who whose burden was to hold the sky. She went into further detail and told her that she was born for one specific reason. To entice revenge upon the Olympians and their children. After her talk, Oreithyia gave Bellatrix a sword named Orion forged out of Celestial bronze and instructed her to destroy the demigods that were coming to aid her as some sort of wicked initiation. As Oreithyia finished she disappeared in a dazzling light.
She tried to escape the museum before they arrived and escape her faith, but as soon as she reached the first floor of the building, three demigods appeared at the doorpost. She cautioned them to stay away from her, but they insisted on helping her. They picked her up and placed her inside a chariot. The group was off in the sky in no time. As they neared Camp Half Blood, Bellatrix grew more anxious. As she started to sweat from the immense heat, her skin began to glow an orange hue. Her eyes widen knowing what would happen in a matter of seconds (she was beginning to loose control of her powers). The more she panicked, the brighter she shined. In a matter of seconds, she ignited and released the same force that caused the Empousa to dissolve. After safely landing in a lake, she swam to shore and searched for the other demigods, but couldn't find them. Devastated, she ran in the woods.
Two days later, she was found by a member of the Broken Covenant near the Sanctuary. He insisted that she come with him. Bella refused his offer at first thinking that the BC was similar to Camp Half Blood. He explained to her that there, she wouldn't have to serve the gods, she could plot to destroy them. After much consideration, she agreed to journey with him back to the BC headquarters.
Faction Reason: It was clear to my father that the only way to defeat the Olympians is not to demolish them with the seer force of Titans alone, but with the aid of their children as well. After observing their children for many years, the demigods, he insisted that he to have his own in an effort to enact his revenge against the Olympians. I was to act as his personal servant. I paved my own path and faith. Knowing that I am the superior race encompassing the best of both worlds, I shall conquer and reign eliminating any threats or oppositions.

I don't think that her aunt would even see the empousai in its true form and I also don't think that the empousai would even bother trying to kill her.
