1.Name Djer the Fourth
2.Age 18
3.History Djer the third was a powerful magician was a powerful magician in the hosue of Life under Ramses II. His power came from a book he found a s aboy, a book written by a follower of Hecate. The spells in it were Greek, and from it Djer gained great power. His power grew so great Hecate herself took interest. Taking the form of a mortal she spoke with Djer. One thing led to another and a night of passion ensued.
A few months later, Djer had a baby appear at the foot of his bed. A latter lying with it explained the nature of Hecate, and that the child must be watched carefully, for he would grow very strong. Djer named the child Djer the 4th, and took him as both son an apprentice.
The younger Djer grew in mind and stature. He was trained in hand to hand combat from a young age, as well as taught about all things philosophical and scholarly. At age 10 he was introduced to magic, a subject he soon wielded great power in. It became clear that the power of the father ran through the son.
At age 13, the boy was at home, resting, when a hellhound busted through the wall, roaring with bloodlust. Fortunatly, his father sprinted in, and cast a quick flame spell, which killed the beast. Djer the older realized that his son was in danger due to his half-god nature, and soon invented a spell which muddled his scent. This ward combined with the fact that most monsters lived in Greece led to there only being a single attack on Djer before he turned 18. This was by a duo of harpies while he went for a walk, and since he was 15 and already very skilled at the time, he was able to slay them.
By age 18 Djer possessed more power than any other magician in the house, as well as hand to hand combat skills to make the very guard of Pharaoh jealous. It seemed all would be well for him, but his pride brought about downfall.
A drake attacked Egypt in those days, and in pride Djer faced it alone. However his feeble attempts did nothing to it, and as soon as their eyes met he was petrified by its power. At the last second, his father galloped in and cast a shield spell over Djer, warding off some of the flame from a blast from Drake (although much of it slipped through and ravaged Djer's body.) His dad threw himself upon his son and teleported them away.
After the armies of Egypt and its magicians had finally defeated the Drake, all the magicians came together to save young Djer's life. His mind was torn apart by the Drake's, and his body was nearly dead. And so they put him into a healing trance and laid him to rest in a tomb, for they knew the process might take centuries.
It took millennia.
When Djer awoke, it was in modern day Atlanta. He was lying on a table in a science institute. Archeologists had come across his burned body in Egypt and thought they'd discovered a new type of mummification. However once the spell had reached its climax, his body healed all at once, and he awoke with a start.
In that moment Hecate looked upon him, having pity, she gave him the only gifts she could: The ability to speak, readf, and write English, along with a pair of modern clothes which appeared upon him.
Djer was in a panic, he tore apart the lab and sprinted down the streets, frantically yelling and searching. He was soon spotted by a demigod named Billy, however. Billy was a retired BC member, and sensing not all was well with Djer, took him in. He explained all about history as he drove him to BC HQ. Djer has resided their for three months. He is currently 18.
4.Personality Djer is kind and a goofball around his friends, but is absolutely brutal to all who stand against him. He is also moody at times when he broods on his past.
5.Weapons Khopesh, staff, spear.
6.Appearance
7.God parent Hecate
8.Mortal Parent Djer the Third
9.Species demigod
10.Why they want to join the BC Billy took Djer to BC. Besides BC better embraces his desire to fight the gods who "failed" him.
11.What faction you desire to be a part of to see an overview of each faction, go here, your choices are: Opus Superum, Liberi Superum, Ortu Justitiae, Veritum Unitum or Civitas Popularis. Ultimately to whichever faction you wish to join, it will be up to that faction leader if they choose to accept you. Veritum Unitum
12.Why should you belong to that faction, what are your core beliefs, why does their ideology suit your personality/beliefs? I do not hate the mortals like some, but instead despise only the gods and what they have done. I believe we have the power thye do, and that they are not as superior as we are lead to believe. I believe we have the strength to destroy them, and I believe that the fall of Olympus is at hand. Information to give for Existing

It doesn't really seem to me that Djem suffered that much betrayal at the hands of Hecate that would lead him to want to join the BC and Veritum in particular.
