♦ == Jordan Buttler == ♦

Name: Jordan Buttler

Age: 15

Godparent: Hades

Mortal Parent: Emma Buttler

Species: Demigod

Appearance: Brown hair and eyes. Skinny and pale body. (Photo)

Personality:

Jordan is often cold hearted when it comes to his demigod life. He can compare to a balance. You play nice, he'll play nice. He had a tough life, loosing his mother, living in the streets for a short, yet outrageous period of time and having a life full of monsters, hunting him every seconds. But deep down him, is a heart of gold, but he barely shows it.

History

One dark winter night, Emma Buttler was taking a double shift in a fairly crowded café. Out of the corner of her eye, she could see a mysterious man in black. He was pale, yet strong. She didin't pay much attention for him, until her work was done. Out in her dangerous neighborhood, there were two buff men. They told her to give them all her money, which she barely has. They were going to begin to abuse her, when, the strange man from the cafē showed up and nearly knocked them out in a flash. She thanked him and invited him to stay over at her apartment. They slept together and the next morning, the one who turned out to be Hades left, leaving a pile of gold that would last her years. There was a note saying that he was a god and that they were going to have a child named Jordan. He also wrote that Jordan was a demigod and that she needed to protecte him and let him go to Camp HB when the time has come. 9 months later came the jewel of Emma's life.

Jordan lived with his mother until he was 12. She could see through the Mist, as well as she could be attacked by it. One night, Jordan was attacked by a hellhound. Right when he was going to be attacked, his mother launched at it and killed it with a Celestial Bronze sword Hades gave her. She unfortunally died because of that incident. She knew this was going to happen one day, so a week ago, she made a letter that she wanted her son to be with her step-brother Mick, who was a harsh demigod of Ares and that she wanted to share his money with the lone Mick and her very own Jordan. She didn't have any time to wright that he should go to Camp Half-Blood. Mick lived far from where Jordan lived, Dakota, so it took some time. His oncle finally reached him and showed much passion for him.

He lived with Mick, who took him in and trained him to fight against the dangers of the mortal world and its monsters and told him he was a demigod... Mick was a former BC member who grew older and decided to retire. Aldo Emma wanted Jordan to go to Camp Half-Blood, but his guardian decided his fate was with the BC since Hades had done nothing to help his step-sister. He finally told Jordan about Camp and the BC, and that he should go to the Liberi Superum fraction. He quickly accepted, since he wanted revenge for the death of his mother, which Hades could've prevented being The Lord of hellhounds. But apparently, this one was out of control...

Before he left, he thanked his oncle for everything he done, and gave him most of the money left from Hades. His journey was safe, since they moved to Manhattan. There were no monsters on sight and he made it to the Sanctuary with his oncle's directions. He then entered, and made his way to the leader...

Weapon: A Dark sword given from his uncle to fend monsters off.

The Fraction He Wishes To Join and Why:

He wishes to join the Liberi Superum, for he wants revenge upon his father and the other Olympians and follow the footsteps of his oncle. He very well know he can't defeat the gods directly, so his strategie is to take them from they're source of power, the mortals. Jordan doesn't want to kill mortals, for he still has a heart and only wants them as slaves to our superior race.

You're kinda required to write a pragraph about his first monster attack. Being a son of Hades, that should've happened during the age of 10-12Smiley-sad055 Do you think about me? ★❣Broken❣★ Jap32

Fixed it. He had his first MA when he was 12.

When did he get a step brother? If he had a step brother wouldn't he just live with the step dad, or step mom since you said mick's god parent was ares. Why didn't mick just take him to camp so he would be safe? Who was the uncle and how did he influence mick. -- RAWR!! I'm a ferocious animalWait...No I'm not, I'm just AstridResized

Im sorry, but you didin't read it right. His mother had a step-brother, who is his oncle in law and a former BC demigod. Read it again. MICK is his ONCLE In law. Not his step bro. For the love of Pete, pls re-read.

Alright here are the things I see wrong with this claim right now. Firstly, Cancer is an incurable disease, meaning she wouldn't have undergone some big operation that would save her but would cost a shitton of money. Treating cancer is a long process. If Jordan's mom had come into possession of all this gold, why wouldn't she have put some into health insurance, and easily avoided some choice between going through cancer treatment and apparently leaving money for her kid. The choice itself makes no sense to me as she would have to be really dim in my opinion to think that was a better option for Jordan. If his mom had intended him to go to camp, she must have made this clear to him at some point since he was obviously old enough to be told about it and his powers would be starting to come in. Also, if she was arranging these instructions for the uncle, then she would have included the specific instructions about sending him to camp. I also have a lot of questions around the appearance of the Satyr when the hellhound attacks. Are you saying that the uncle stabbed and killed the Satyr? If so, it seems very odd to me that Jordan at his age wouldn't have become very scared and disenchanted with his uncle. If he didn't kill the Satyr, the Satyr would have done everything in his power to get Jordan to camp, especially if at any point he learned that the uncle was trying to recruit the kid to the BC. The idea of him wanting revenge on the gods for not saving his mother also makes no sense to me as dying of cancer is a drawn out enough process that his mother would clearly have assuaged him of these feelings and wanted him to find happiness at camp rather than trying to overthrow the gods.

Fixed. Btw, there's no Satyr anymore and Jordqn wasn't thinking straight since hi mom was DEAD. Her mom didin't know about the BC.

I would strongly suggest changing the mother's death to being killed in some way. This would make for a much more likely reason for Jordan's hatred of the gods and Hades in particular as he would feel that Hades had deserted them and wasn't there to protect her and as the god of death he should have done something about it. Also, when people die their wills are officially processed so when it became clear that the uncle was going to be the one to raise him, there's no way Jordan would have just been out on the streets for 3 days. If his uncle couldn't come get him at first, he would have been taken to his uncle by someone.

Fixed it. Her mother was killed by an out of control hellhound who wanted to attack his son. He was mad with his Father, being the lords of Hellhounds. He was immidietly picked up by his oncle.
