1.Name: Morgan Sophronia

2.Age: 17

3.History: Many years ago, a demigod son of Hades, Aaron Sophronia, wandered to the Lethe river to remove his memories permanently. At camp, after a quest where everyone but him had died battling a titan loose in the Underworld, he was shunned by the campers. Going on another quest for revenge, the quest was again a disaster. Though they had defeated the titan, everyone had died except him again, and he could not bare being even more shunned at camp, so he self-exiled himself in the Underworld. Falling into a deep depression, after two years exiled in the Underworld, he decided to dip himself in the Lethe, so that he could start fresh, and forget all of the painful memories. However; right when he was about to, the goddess Lethe, who had been taking a stroll to think, and who was lonely, found him. Convincing him to keep his memories, Lethe and Aaron started to spend time together, and soon fell in love when Aaron turned 20, two years later after they met.

They were happy together, and a year later they had a child, Morgan, who they were very happy with. However, Lethe had attacted the eye of Thanatos, who wanted her for a bride. She refused everytime. Again and again Thanatos courted her, until he became so filled with rage, anger, and envy over the demigod who had dared stopped Lethe from loving him, he decided to put matters into his own hands, and have revenge on both Lethe and Aaron.

When Morgan was a year old, Lethe left Aaron and the baby alone, as she wanted to resolve some unknown matter with Hades. While she was gone, Thanatos killed Aaron, and kidnapped baby Morgan. For years Thanatos raised Morgan, and molded her into the perfect destroy Lethe. When Morgan asked about her heritage, Thanatos lied to her, saying that her mortal mother was killed by Lethe, sparking Morgan's hatred for her. When Morgan was 15, Thanatos sent her off to fight and kill Lethe, armed with the scythe Υπενθύμιση Πόνος, and well armored. Thanatos didn't expect her to win. In fact, all he wanted her to weaken Lethe so he could kill both Lethe and Morgan.

At the river, Morgan challenged Lethe, and they began a fierce duel. Only when, during the high point of the fight, when Morgan's helm fell off, did Lethe realize who she was, and fell to her knees, sobing in despair. When Morgan asked what was wrong, Lethe told her the truth about who Morgan was. At first, Morgan didn't believe it, but just then Thanatos came, eager to slay both of them. Looking into his hard eyes, Morgan realized Lethe was telling the truth. Full of rage over the immense lie Thanatos had told, Morgan foolishly attacked him. Beat back, Thanatos prepared to kill Morgan, but Lethe attacked Thanatos, saving her daughter. On the shores of the river, Lethe and Thanatos battled it out, their powers crashing together every strike. Finally, Lethe was able to force Thanatos to flee, though he seriously wounded Lethe too.

Lethe had to go back in the river to heal from her wounds for a long time, so, unable to care for Morgan, she gave her her sword χαμένες μνήμες, and the enchanted water pouch full of water from the Lethe, and told her to seek shelter from the mortals on the surface.

Morgan escaped the underworld, and in Los Angeles, tried to find someone who would let her stay inside. However; no one wanted to help Morgan, and the only place left to go was a brutal orphanage. After two days of absolute torture, Morgan fled Los Angeles, slowly making her way west.

Unfortuantly, at every town and city she went people rejected her, forcing her to live on the streets (She avoided orphanages after her time at that horrible one). As she was refused help by more and more mortals, Morgan's hate for them grew more and more and more. Morgan started to hate the gods too. Every night she prayed for their help, and every day no response, not one little sliver of help. By the time she got to New York, her hatred of the gods and mortals was so absolute she planned on destroying them herself.

While in New York, she ran into a bunch of CHB kids on a quest. Seeing her as a lost demigod, they decided to try to bring her to camp. Angered that they had the gall to try to bring her to camp, and the fact that the leader of them was a child of Thanatos, she savagely attacked them, injuring them and forcing them to flee. Her thirst for vengeance at the gods even worse now, she formulated an insane plan: To destroy the gods herself. Heading to the Empire State Building, she was only stopped by agents of the BC, who told her that the BC that could help her have her vengeance. She agreed to go with them, and once she got there she applied for Opus Superum immediately.

4.Personality:She is truly vengeful, manipulative, angry girl, though she usually doesn't show this side of her. Usually, she acts calm, collected, and in control, able to torture a person one minute and seduce someone else the other munite, which she does with ease, using her powers.

6.Weapons: Her sword χαμένες μνήμες, or Periit Memoria (Lost Memories), and her scythe Υπενθύμιση Πόνος, or Dolor Oblitus (Forgotten Pain). The sword's edge is made out of permanently frozen water from the River Lethe, so that whenever it strikes someone, that person slowly starts to become absent-minded and oblivious to everything around them. The scythe can make enemies dully feel old pains when getting hit by it (Ex: an enemy broke his leg a long time ago. When the scythe hits not only does his arm feel pain but his leg does too, though to a lesser extent). She also has a water pouch that holds water from the Lethe that she can use, and it is enchanted to refill with water from the Lethe once it is empty, though it takes a few minutes to refill.

7.Appearance: See Picture

8.God parent: Lethe, the Goddess of Forgetfulness and Oblivion

9.If the god parent has a cabin at camp, you will get their powers from the list there, if the god parent you want doesn't have a cabin at camp you will need to provide of lists you feel are appropriate for a demigod of that god, but faction leaders will have the final say if they are too OP or adequate.:

Powers from being a daughter of Lethe:

  • She can make things disappear from reality by saying or writing their name. However; the bigger the item is, the more energy Morgan must use, and it will stay in oblivion for only so long before snapping back into reality, and she cannot do it to people or monsters. Also, she can only make things go into oblivion one at a time.
  • She understands all languages, though vaguely
  • If she wants, she can make messages and pictures she sees disappear permanently.
  • Her touch can cause the affected person to forget things, how much and how long is up to how much energy Morgan uses when she uses this power, of course; the more powerful the effect the more she gets tired and weak.
  • Can control the waters of the Lethe. The water in her pouch has the effects of making people lose their memories, though to a much slower extent (basically, its takes a lot longer for the same effects that would happen in the normal Lethe instantly to happen when using this water).

10.What faction you desire to be a part of to see an overview of each faction, go here, your choices are: Opus Superum, Liberi Superum, Ortu Justitiae, Veritum Unitum or Vardia Enotitus. Ultimately to whichever faction you wish to join, it will be up to that faction leader if they choose to accept you: Opus Superum

11.Why should you belong to that faction, what are your core beliefs, why does their ideology suit your personality/beliefs?: Other than my mother, all of the gods ignored me like filth, and Thanatos...don't even let me get STARTED with him! When i sought shelter with the mortals, they did not help me either! They dared refuse me refuge and help! They and the gods will pay! I will crush them under my heel!

Morgan (the man in the photo is her father)

how is the time power applicable to a child of Lethe?--BachLynn(Send an Owl!) 18:59, August 13, 2011 (UTC)

Also, you can't have Thanatos "teach" her powers, just, no, and some of the other powers are a bit op, it needs to be dialed back.--BachLynn(Send an Owl!) 01:01, August 14, 2011 (UTC)

Ok, I took away the powers from Thanatos, they were OP, as well as the time thing. Oblivion26 18:46, August 14, 2011 (UTC)

the first one is still an issue By taking away memories or manipulating them she could make someone an entirely different person. Drive them to suicide, anything. The 4th is just about the same as the first one. Second one about making things disappear is still an issue because 'how complex it is' is very very vague --BachLynn(Send an Owl!) 20:23, August 14, 2011 (UTC)

Almost there, the disappearing one though there's still a lot of room for OP there, like making weapons/armour vanish, the ground beneath someone, the base of a tree so the tree falls, or a building, etc.--BachLynn(Send an Owl!) 23:54, August 14, 2011 (UTC)
