History: Things in italics are told from Aerins POV

I grew up modeling. My father had grew up in the business, so I had my first cover on a childrens magazine at age 1. I grew up with him by my side, as we sat on the balcony of our high-rise apartment and looked at the stars. He was the one who got me a tutor so that I could be homeschooled and focus more on my modeling, which was my passion until very recently. I never really knew why I had no mother, because my dad just waved off the topic and told me to not be curious about it, until the day I turned 14.

My dad woke me up early, saying that he wanted to tell me something very special. I walked lazily through our large apartment (if you somehow manage to stay in modeling for long enough, it pays off.) I went into his bedroom and saw a picture of a beautiful woman on the mantel. He told me that that was my mother, and that she was a very busy woman who lived overseas, in Europe. He told me that he had met her in college when he was spending a semester in France as an exchange student. He said that he loved her a lot, but that she was offered a big job at a big company and was forced to leave him. He told me there was a very slim chance that I would ever meet her, and that if I ever did, she probably would not spend a lot of time with me."

My dad and I lived on an apartment that took up the entire top floor of our high-rise, which was 40 stories high. It was on Riverside Boulevard in NYC, overlooking the Hudson River. It was always amazing to go on our wraparound balcony and talk about things. But when I stepped out on the balcony on that day, plans for my birthday party in my head, I saw a frightening sight. A large hellhound sat upon the front ledge snarling at me. I ran inside and called for help, and when there was no answer, I attempted locking the door, but the dog barged in. It attacked me, snarling until I got up and ran feebly to the balcony. Then, i had an idea. With the little strength I had left, I hoisted myslef up onto the ledge and the dog jumped at me. I shifted a little and he fell into the Hudson River below.

My dad came outside, and I whipped around, scared that there was another monster. He turned pale when he saw my injuries, and told me to follow him. I was still shocked after my recent encounter, but I followed him back into his room and sat on his bed. The look on his face was one of pure terror.

"What did you just do?" My dad asked

"Nothing, I swear," I replied

He looked at me suspiciously, then sent me to my room so I could think. I tried to exit the thought of the recent attack from my mind and went to sleep.

I woke up 2 hours later, my dad was gone. I searched everywhere, but I couldnt find him. I called him, but he didnt pick up. I listened to the voicemail messages and found one from him saying that he had a last minute modeling job. I turned on the TV to entertain myself. The channel happened to be on the news, and turns out my dad was in a car crash on the highway. I was shocked and canceled my party, running out of my apartment and into a taxi to the hospital.

My dad ended up dying from his injuries. In the will, I got the apartment and all of his money. A woman named Celene Seren adopted me and moved into the apartment, for it was bigger than hers. I loved her as much as I loved my birth father. She got married to a man named Kenneth 3 months before my 15th birthday. Monsters did become a part of my life, but I was getting better and better and fending them off. My new parents were interested in archery and taught me how to shoot to improve my self-defense skills. They understood my circumstance much better than my dad did. They knew that I wanted to learn how to defend myself.

I did continue modeling, for it was how I honored my dad. Whenever I left a photo shoot, I thought of how happy he would have been. It made me sad to think of how he died, in a crushed car. It made me sad to think that he had died on a day that was very special to us, my birthday.

On the day of my 15tg birthday, I woke up to a pile of gifts outside my door. My parents hugged me and watched me open my presents. My favorite was a bronze bow and arrow, which my parents said could replace my wooden one.

I had my 15th birthday, and it was amazing. My parents pampered me and had set up a huge party. At the stroke of midnight, a hellhound ran inside. Everyone screamed and ran, but it had eyes only for me. I ran out of the party and into a dark alley. It followed me all the way there. I attempted to climb the fence, and broke my leg as I fell down. My parents were waiting on the other side, and they helped me up and brought me into their car.

Inside the car, they told me all about their pasts. They were demigods, children of Athena, who grew up together at Camp Half-Blood. They told me that my birth mother was a god and that I needed to go to the camp to meet others of our kind. They led me inside the grounds and introduced me to the director, who led me inside. I have been inside the camp ever since.

How old is she during her first attack? And a dragon is suicide. The moment it sees her and vice versa she's already dead, because it's really, really difficult to kill a dragon, even with a butcher knife. Or what you would mean in Greek myth, a drakon? Plus you need CB (Celestial bronze) weapons to kill off monsters. If her supposed boyfriend Vincent was a monster why didn't he just attack her earlier?

Cloudsies Riri Where the clouds are swimming? Special:EditCount/Riri25Cloudsies

Changed the dragon to a hellhound. Also, the blow did not kill him, it just made him fall into the river. Vincent didn't attack her earlier because he wanted a time that was more private. Royaldoggie (talk) 12:11, December 7, 2013 (UTC) Also it says in first paragraph that it was her 14th birthday when she first got attacked. Royaldoggie (talk) 12:19, December 7, 2013 (UTC) And changed weapons to CB Royaldoggie (talk) 12:32, December 7, 2013 (UTC)

She couldn't have possibly smelled the scent of a hellhound. Also, demigod scent can't be just transferred to anyone. So her dad getting attacked because he smelled like a demigod is a no no.

If she got attacked everyday, that would make her tired even if you say she got better and better. And well, getting attacked everyday while being a child of Aphro is a bit too much. It would make more sense if she were a child of one of the Big Three.

What monster did Vincent just turn into?

A hydra, and fixed the everyday part. Is a hydra okay, or should I change it.

Royaldoggie (talk) 13:19, December 7, 2013 (UTC)

I think a hydra is too much. Facing one is suicide. And it doesn't start off with nine heads. It originally has three heads.

I changed it so that he summoned a pit scorpion, if thats okay. Also read explanation at bottom of that paragraph.

Royaldoggie (talk) 13:35, December 7, 2013 (UTC)

How was he even able to summon a pit scorpion? 0.o

Sorry for no explanation, just added one. If its to vague just tell me

Royaldoggie (talk) 13:52, December 7, 2013 (UTC)

Also, fixed why the dad got killed and the hellhound scent thing

Royaldoggie (talk) 13:55, December 7, 2013 (UTC)

Your explanation about Vincent being able to summon a pit scorpion still isn't enough. Why not just keep it simple and say that she got attacked by a monster? Eh... even if he distracted the hellhound, it will still most likely focus on the demigod not on him.

I completely rewrote the dads death, and how she ended up at camp. Also, got rid of Vincent

Royaldoggie (talk) 14:31, December 7, 2013 (UTC)

Is there anything else I need to fix?

Royaldoggie (talk) 15:13, December 7, 2013 (UTC)

Please add how her parents met.

User:Bird of Winter/sigreal2

Added in second paragraph. Anything else?

Royaldoggie (talk) 22:40, December 7, 2013 (UTC)

How would a strike from a non-CB butcher knife be able to send a monster the size of a pickup truck off balance?

User:Bird of Winter/sigreal2

Changed it. Anything else?

Royaldoggie (talk) 23:07, December 7, 2013 (UTC)

When you say that her adoptive mother understood her situation better than her father ever did, do you mean the fact she's a demigod? If so, how did they understand better? Also, you mentioned that her father died in a car crash, then later in the claim you mentioned he was torn apart by a hellhound. Which way did he die?

User:Bird of Winter/sigreal2

Both that she is a demigod (specified in last paragraph) and that she wanted to learn to how defend herself, which I added to the proper paragraph. Also, fixed it so that it says that he died in a car crash

Royaldoggie (talk) 13:01, December 8, 2013 (UTC)

I will be gone for the week for school, please do not delete for inactivity.

Royaldoggie (talk) 20:36, December 8, 2013 (UTC)

It won't be :) Sorry, I just had a thougt about the logistics of the first hellhound attack. The balcony wouldn't have been that wide, so how did the hellhound even fir there? Also, with three demigods in one house there would have been significantly more monster attacks, and they would have tried to train Aerin to the best of their ability, not leaving it to the hands of human archery lessons.

User:Bird of Winter/sigreal2

The balcony is wraparound, so it is big enough. Also, made it so that the parents are training her. it says that monsters were a normal part of her life, signifying that she had to fend off a lot of monsters. The parents do nit help in order to not blow their cover as demigods.

Royaldoggie (talk) 22:36, December 12, 2013 (UTC)

Why did she never ask why she had no mother? Surely she must have been naturally curious, especially in such a superficial world as modelling where a lot of stress is placed on perfection, perfect look, perfect clothes, perfect life. How did she get up from the hellhound attack? Wouldn't it have pinned her down? How did she break her leg from climbing a fence? Did she fall? Finally, hellhounds often shadow-travel, so they wouldn't have needed to outrun the car, per say.

User:Bird of Winter/sigreal2

Fixed and took the changes into account.

Royaldoggie (talk) 22:28, December 15, 2013 (UTC)

How was she able to survive the monster attacks she had if she wasn't able to kill them? If a monster isn't killed, they won't stop hunting the demigod down. And in her case, she's untrained, she won't be able to survive.

Did her parents know that she was a demigod? If so, why haven't they brought her to camp when she was as young as 15?

I think a herd of hellhounds is too much especially for a daughter of Aphrodite.

About her parent meeting, how did they really meet? Was the story of what her father told her really how they met? I got a bit confused there since you've mentioned that it was a 'lie'. If that wasn't the true story, kindly put the real one.

Four penguinsSmile and wave, boys. Now that's the worst disguise ever. ~Alias KitMen-In-Black-psd71564 03:22, December 19, 2013 (UTC) Since the parents are giving her archery lessons, they are training her. I fixed everything. Royaldoggie (talk) 21:35, December 19, 2013 (UTC)

that model was already in use by other users on the wiki before you, so you won't be able to user her
