Personality: Andrea is a selfless, loving and intelligent young woman. She grew up in an atmosphere where everyone was supportive and close and she wanted to have that for herself as she helped raise two beautiful children. Andrea would do anything to protect her children and wanted them to have the best lives possible. She also loves families and children from her own experiences in her family and as a babysitter and the reason why she became a family therapist. She is sweet and friendly and enjoys talking to people as well. Because of her husband's death, she is still heartbroken and mourning however once you get to know her, she is the most genuine and happy person to be around.

Andrea Gianna Ricci was born in Florence, Italy to Luca and Arabella Ricci. Her parents were the epitome of love as they met when Arabella went to study abroad in Luca, to them as they said many times to their daughter, it was love at first sight. Subsequently, Giovani Ricci and Isabella Ricci were born four years and six years later respectively.
She grew up in a loving and big family where she learned lessons of respect, love and support. Often, her parents hosted get togethers or dinners where her extended family members would also visit and because of this, their family was tight knit and close. Her parents would take her and her siblings to the farmer's market and other fascinating locations in their city. They had a vacation home in the Tuscan countrysides as the children enjoyed the beautiful landscape. As a teenager, Andrea babysat for her parents and when it proved it a success, their friends also wanted the young girl to babysit for their children.
Andrea was a bright girl and wanted to pursue the American dream and applied to many universities in the United States. She wanted to become a therapist- especially working with families and marriages because she believed that she could change lives. One day, she opened her acceptance letter to New York University and her family cheered because they were happy that she achieved her dreams.
New York City was a wonder to the young Italian girl because of the busy and crowded atmosphere. The City that Never Sleeps was the perfect description of the concrete jungle. Her college was the perfect choice because it was in a city with many opportunities and she worked hard for the next few years to receive her degree. Andrea also worked at various internships as she gained experience before opening her own office.
Andrea was wide-eyed as she watched her friends drink shots after shots at her 21st birthday. Her friends thought that the celebration should be at the local bar. Uncomfortable, she went to spend her time in the corner as she took little sips from her cup. A handsome man named Todd Reynolds walked up to her and she felt something when they touched, knowing that they had to meet each other again. They exchanged numbers and they talked everyday on the phone whenever they were not busy. He had something to tell her, he had twins with his ex-girlfriend when he was eighteen. Apparently, his girlfriend dumped him and his children and ran away to California with her lover, leaving him heartbroken. She healed his heart as he made hers bigger and she knew he was her one and only. She met Mariana and Charles and accepted and loved them as her own, her dreams of having a big family were completed. He proposed in Tuscany when he planned a special picnic near her childhood vacation home.
They married in Florence as his American family and her Italian family cheered as the two kissed after their vows. Their little family lived in a comfortable apartment in New York City where Todd worked as a lawyer and Andrea as a family and marriage therapist.
It was happily ever after yet Todd forgot to mention a little thing to his wife. That specific "ex-girlfriend" was Aphrodite, the goddess of love and Todd himself was a child of Themis. Andrea found this out when a harpy ambushed their family when they went to Central Park. Andrea's jaw dropped when she watched her husband's signature bow-tie transform into a celestial bronze sword. She almost fainted when his sword sliced the monster into powder. He had to tell her afterwards as she was a clear sighted mortal and despite the fact that she was angry and disappointed, she loved her family enough to deal with the crazy world of Greek gods.
The twins were turning twelve and their parents were worried about their futures, deciding that they should go to Camp Half Blood. They drove to Long Island as though it was another family vacation. Suddenly, two hell hounds appeared and thrashed into the car. Glass flew everywhere as everyone screamed in terror. Immediately, Andrea formed her arms around her two children as her husband attempted to kill the monsters. The hell hounds overpowered the lawful demigod, killing him. Andrea cooed and quieted her children, protecting them at all costs. She closed her eyes as she shielded them and acted as a sacrifice for their lives.
Two demigods and a satyr came from a distance as they killed the monsters and brought the family to Camp. Quietly, Andrea cried as she hugged the body of her late husband and prayed long and hard for hope. Hera was listening to the mother's prayers and was proud of her lifetime dedication to helping marriages and families along with her heroic actions when protecting her children. In a dream, Hera asked the women to become her priestess and she agreed since she wanted to watch over her children.
