Name: Ashtyn Phalix
God Parent: Nyx, Nemesis, Hebe
Mortal Parent: Jackson Phalix
Appearance: Ashtyn is 14, stands at 5’3, and weighs 120 lbs. She has a slightly pale complexion, and has a flawless face. She has soft brown hair, naturally curly hair that she can never keep down and ends at her shoulders. She has a fit body from all of her cat training. Her eyes are a soft hazel with a bit of amber around the edges.
Personality: Ashtyn is a child of the dark. Since her father abandoned her, she has been taught by cats. She is basically a cat that talks. She is sly, sneaky, cunning and manipulative but, she can also be a big softy. She hates when her softy side comes out and will deny if it does. She has a huge soft spot for animals and will protect them at any cost. She thinks fighting with weapons is unfair so, she doesn’t often use weapons.
History: Jackson was an intern at a free women’s clinic. That was the only internship he could get in the medic field. One day, the most beautiful woman he ever saw walked by the clinic. He immidietly took a liking to her, and took his break early, to chase her.
As soon as Jackson caught up to her, she declined his offer to go out, and continually declined, not wanting to start a relationship. Jackson, however, was very persistant. Finally, she decided on one drink, which turned into a few more. Soon, they were at his apartment, doing the deed. In the morning, Jackson saw that the beautiful woman was gone, which he thought was a tad strange.
For the next nine months, he continually looked for her, asking everybody but, no one saw her. He didn’t give up until he found a baby at his door step. He read the note attached and nearly had a heart attack. He was still in College, interning! He couldn’t raise a baby. So, he gave her to his mother.
His mother, however, tried to give the baby back but, it was impossible to convince her son, so, she raised the baby but, only for the first few years of her life. She didn't even bother naming the baby and just called it, baby. The grandmother, rather disdainfully, made her breakfast and dinner. Lunch wasn`t important to the grandmother, seeing as how she ate at 4, so, Ashtyn just usually got bread and processed cheese to make a (disgusting) cheese sandwich.
The small girl made cereal, and ate cold waffles for her food, which soon got boring. She started to go for a walk, her grandmother didn't really care though. She soon saw a cat and followed it. The cat didn't like that. It, as well as it's family started to attack her, until, the "leader" of the cat's clan came. The leader decided that the human kitten was of no threat, and, the cats decided to use her as a play thing.
For the next few years, the small girl raised herself at home, eating whatever she could reach to feed herself. However, the Child's Services soon got involved. She was put in an All-Girl's Orphanage just down the road, for her protection. This, however, didn't stop her from visiting her cat clan.
When she was 10, she was attacked by a huge dog. She had no clue how to beat it, so, she just began to run. Suddenly, a boy came and tried to attack it. Her cat family soon came and helped the boy beat the hellhound.
It began to happen more frequently, happening almost once a month. She soon asked the boy what his name was. The two became good friends and he was their in her times of need. Suddenly, on her fourteenth birthday, the dog didn’t appear. A Minotaur, however, did. She didn’t know how to fight it, so, she just kept dodging it, using the cat-like reflexes she had learned from her cat friends to dodge.
Soon, the only nice things she ever owned, her two white barrettes which her mother gave to her when she was born, fell out of her pockets mid-flip. She, instinctively, reached out to grab them and as soon as she grasped them, they turned into daggers. She began fighting and, soon, her friend came, and he revealed he was a satyr.
Together, they beat the Minotaur but, not before it crushed the life out of her friend. She was overcome with grief for a short amount of time. Suddenly, a young woman appeared in light. She explained that Ashtyn was a demi-god and that she, herself, was her mother, a Goddess. Ashtyn was still slightly overcome with grief so, she started to yell at her mother. Saying that it was all her fault that the Satyr died and that she had had a horrible life.
The Goddess understood her grief and took all that Ashtyn had to insult her. Finally, Ashtyn just broke down and started crying again. The Goddess explained all about Camp Half-Blood. Ashtyn knew she had to go there. She didn't want anymore mortals hurt because of her. Her mother, instead of giving her directions, gave her a drachma and told Ashtyn what to say. After the Goddess disappeared she said the words and threw the drachma on the street. The Gray Sister's Cab soon appeared.
The cats tried to insist on coming but she, knowing how to speak cat, talked them out of it. She did, however, take the smallest, youngest kitten with her, to prove that even the smallest, could be strongest.
The Grey Sister's hesitantly let the cat come into the cab.
Weapons: Two small daggers that change into barrettes when not being used given to her by her mother.

I don't think a baby could physically be picked up by an alley cat, I mean they don't eat much, so they shouldn't have the strength to pick a newborn baby up. Also, I'm sure the baby wouldn't be completely silent. Someone else could've noticed it. Claws Out 21:34, May 28, 2012 (UTC)
Who in their right minds would go in a back alley to a fast food joint, especially if weird noises were coming from there. (And I changed picking up to dragged.) Little Unusual Me 21:53, May 28, 2012 (UTC)
A cat could not drag a baby, unless it's a large cat, like the size of a lynx. Also, there is no way an alleycat could give a human baby, what it would need to survive, and it would die.
OK. Fixed it. Is that OK? --Little Unusual Me 21:24, May 29, 2012 (UTC)
Goddesses wouldn't need ultra sounds to see if they are pregnant, they wouldn't even go to a regular doctor for that to begin with, they are goddesses
Fixed it. Is it OK now? --Little Unusual Me Forget Those Who You Can Not Forgive, Forgive Those You Can Not Forget 16:04, June 2, 2012 (UTC)
You can't have the kid raised in any shape or form by cats, it's entirely absurd
Fixed it so the cats are just her friends instead of her family. Little Unusual Me -Forget Those Who You Can Not Forgive, Forgive Those You Can Not Forget 22:18, June 3, 2012 (UTC)
Her instincts wouldn't lead her to camp, she doesn't even know where camp is or what it is. ~ What'sNewOwlz? 05:13, June 4, 2012 (UTC)
How old was she when she started feeding and caring for herself? Obviously, if it was around 6 or 7, it's unlikely. (My younger sister's 7 and she wouldn't be able to make any lunch or dinner for herself. Breakfast, maybe.) Actually, it`s not that unlikely. Whenever I woke up in the night and I was 7, I just grabbed whatever I could reach. Dry cereal, bread, juice boxes, veggies. But, I`ll change it a bit. Wouldn't she get just a little hungry for lunch though? Being around little kids most of my life, I know that they can get hungry quite a lot. But dry cereal is more breakfast, not really suitable for lunch or a break-time snack. Dance like nobody's watching, Sing like nobody's listening ~ Elfie 01:39, June 6, 2012 (UTC)
Well, when she was littler, like A day old through age 5, she took naps at that time. And fixed ages 6+. Little Unusual Me - Forget Those Who You Can Not Forgive, Forgive Those You Can Not Forget 20:09, June 6, 2012 (UTC)
