When she was around 10 she realized that she had a talent for solving puzzles and the little mazes on the back of the kiddie menus at restaurants. At the end of her 13th year of age was when her first monster attack came. She was supposed to be having a fishing day on Lake Michigan with her brother and dad, but had gotten bored and started to wander on the paths around the lake.

As Codie was walking she started to notice a couple large, crane like birds landing on the ground and in the water around her. She walked faster but they twaddled cole behind and seemed to be casing her. She ran and they frew after her. They were getting very close so she grabbed a tree limb laying on the ground in front of her and threw it backwards. There was a squeak behind her and she looked back to see she had actually hit a bird. It got itself out from under the tree branch and flew in the waddled in the opposite direction.

There was still another one chasing her, but it did not seem as sure of its self as it had a minute ago. She grabbed a few handfuls or rocks off the bank and threw one at the bird. It dogded, but when she threw the other one, she hit it square in the chest. Codie ran back as quick as she could to where her family was fishing, having pretty good story to tell when she got there.

This claim is complete but I do not know how to remove the WIP title from it...sorry :/

Name: Codie Lost

Codie again

Age: 14

Gender: Female

Godly Parent: Ariadne

Mortal Parent: Andrew Lost

Siblings: Caleb Lost, older brother by four years

Model: Paula Galecka

Appearance: Codie has long, wavy blonde hair and blue eyes. She is about 5' 9" (179 cm) tall. Her skin is pale and she has no freckles. She is kind of a tomboy, so she wears a lot of jeans, plaid, and boots.

Personality: Her most notable character trait is her shyness. She doesn't really talk much until you really get to know her. Codie is also is smart but just doesn't really care about grades that much. She almost always is deep in thought and has a sad look on her face. Her favorite thing to do is taking photographs of everything worth taking a picture of.

Weapon: Codie's main weapons are two short daggers that she keeps hidden in her belt. She got these daggers when upon her arrival at camp. They are made of celestial bronze with black and dark green hand grips. Codie is ambidextrous so the two daggers gives her a large advantage over her opponents.

History: Andrew Lost had always loved to go on adventures as a kid and that fascination continued with him as an adult. Andrew dropped out of high school became treasure hunter and went all over the United states trying to track down different ancient artifacts. He lived out of his van and barley had enough money to live.

At the age of 28, he settled down with a woman from his hometown and married her. Together they had a child, Caleb, though it did not go well after that. The woman did not want to live with a man that would be gone most of the year on "childish goose chases" and they divorced a year after the baby was born.

That whole ordeal forced Andrew to realize that he could not go on doing what he loved because he now had a whole person to take care of by himself. He took what money he had left after the divorce and bought an apartment in the suburbs of Chicago. He became a guard at the National Archives there while a nanny took care of Caleb.

One day a mysterious woman arrived that Andrew had never seen before arrived at the building and couldn't seem to look away from her. She walked up asking directions from him and he could barley talk so he just walked with her to where she needed to go. She also seemed to fancy him and they agreed to go on a date.

Andrew learned that her name was Ariadne and she was a god but he still loved her, she is the godess of passion after all. Together they had a child and Ariadne explained to Andrew that she could not stay and had to go onto other godly responsiblities. As soon as the little baby girl was born she left and Andrew was heartbroken, but they did have time to name the baby together, Codie.

Codie was always told as a child her and Caleb came from different mothers, but their situations were the same. She was not told about the godly part of her since Andrew did not want her to be put into any harm. Growing up with no sister or motherly figure did make Codie a bit of a tomboy, likeing contry music and cowboy boots.

Baa~! Since you've mentioned this is a WIP, you have until February 3 to finish this claim. As a helpful note, planning characters in sandboxes saves many users from the stress-inducing deadlines.
