Rhett is owned by Tobias(Toby) Falan.
Rhett is named, well, Rhett.
One day in Camp Half-Blood, Tobias was throwing rocks into the ocean, when a dog came up to him. They immidiately hit it off, and it seems that Festus is also quite good at sports.
