Fall Banner Contest

Rules[]
- You must be at least a level 5, or becoming a level 5 by 30 September 2012.
- Only entry per user
- Judging will be based on creativity.
- Entries must be in by the 29th in order to qualify.
- Entries should somehow represent fall-time at camp
Prizes[]
- First prize will receive a shiny new charie spot to be used for either BC or camp, as well as their banner being used on the main page for the entirety of summer.
- Runner-Up, will be allowed to adopt a character, although not one of their own, and have it count as a minor character.
