- Only one character per user, and a user may not use one that has already been taken by another user.
- Judging will be based on creativity, accuracy, and realism. So no changing their actual histories so much so that it's not them anymore, or having them do unrealistic feats.
- Entries must be in by the 29th in order to qualify.

Shady - Taylor Swift, Daughter of Apollo[]

History: Andrea sat at a bar one night after a fight with her husband, Scott. After a few drinks, Andrea noticed Apollo sitting a few chairs down from her. She was drunk and decided to go and flirt with him. After a few more drinks Andrea and Apollo went back to her hotel room and made love. The next morning Apollo was gone and Andrea couldn’t remember anything that happened the night before. So Andrea went home where she found Scott worried sick about her. He said that he was sorry and they made up.
A few weeks later, Andrea found out she was pregnant with her first child. The couple was over joyed about the child, and later that year, Taylor was born. Taylor grew up on a Christmas tree farm with her parents and her brother, Austin along with a few horses and ponies which she rode in horse shows. At the age of nine, Taylor turned her attention to musical theatre and performed in Berks Youth Theatre Academy productions of Grease, Annie, Bye Bye Birdie and The Sound of Music. She travelled regularly to Broadway, New York for vocal and acting lessons. However, after a few years of auditioning in New York and not getting anything, Taylor became interested in country music.
When she was in fourth grade, she won a national poetry contest with a three-page poem, "Monster in My Closet". At the age of eleven, after many attempts, she won a local talent competition by singing a rendition of LeAnn Rimes’ “Big Deal”, and was given the opportunity to appear as the opening act for Charlie Daniels at a Strausstown amphitheater. She spent her weekends performing at local festivals, fairs, coffeehouses, karaoke contests, garden clubs, Boy Scout meetings and hospitals.
She travelled with her mother to Nashville for spring break to leave a demo of Dolly Parton and Dixie Chicks karaoke covers with record labels along Music Row. She received label rejections and realized that everyone in that town wanted to do what she wanted to do. So, she kept thinking to herself, I need to figure out a way to be different". Taylor began performing the “The Star Spangled Banner” at many sporting events, hoping she would be offered a recording contract. On one occasion, an eleven-year-old Taylor high-fived Jay-Z after singing the national anthem at a 79ers game in Philadelphia.
At the age of twelve, she was shown by a computer repairman how to play three chords on a guitar, inspiring her to write her first song, "Lucky You". She and her parents began working with New York-based music manager Dan Dymtrow. With Dan's help, Taylor modeled for Abercrombie and Fitch as part of their "Rising Stars" campaign and had an original song included in a Maybelline Cosmetics compilation CD. Taylor then recorded a second demo of original songs which caught the attention of RCA Records, who offered the eight-grader an artist development deal.
Taylor was staying after school one day practicing in the music room when her music teacher came in and turned into a harpy. Taylor screamed and slammed her guitar into the harpy, making the harpy screech in pain. Taylor dashed out of the school and ran to her home but, the harpy followed, gaining quickly on her. She dashed across a street and a bus slammed into the harpy making her turn to dust. When she got home she told Andrea about the monster and Andrea believed her because Andrea believed in monsters. So Taylor and her family moved to Nashville.
In Nashville Taylor was discovered as a singer and started singing for radio stations, tv shows, and concerts. Taylor is now one of the biggest singers in the world and has acted in many tv shows including CSI Miami. She has won many awards including 10 American Music Awards, 6 Grammys, 13 Teen Choice Awards, and 6 CMT Music awards.
Minx - Eva Longoria, Daughter of Aphrodite[]

History: Before having Eva, Enrique had 3 other daughter with a woman named Ella. With the struggle of handling 3 girls, Ella and Enrique's relationship began to suffer, until they eventually temporarily separated to stop any further problems in their relationship.
Being Roman Catholic, Enrique and Ella didn't plan on seeing other people, but when Enrique ran into Aphrodite at a bar, her beauty caused him to forget the true purpose of his and Ella's separation, so when Aphrodite approached him, he slipped his ring off and charmed her with his charismatic personality.
After a few drinks, the couple went back to Enrique's hotel room and made love. Aphrodite stayed with him until she conceived Eva. After Eva was born, Enrique raised her for a few weeks and then went back to Eva.
When Enrique came back with Eva, Ella was furious. She demanded to know who her mother was and Enrique, feeling horribly guilty about committing a sin, told no lies. Ella not wanting to get a divorce, forgave Enrique, but their relationship was never the same after.
Enrique and Ella told their other three children that Enrique had adopted Eva while he was away, though his other girls were reluctant of accepting her, they welcomed her with open arms. Though as they grew older, Eva became an extreme subject of jealousy to the girls. Eva being a daughter of Aphrodite, was extremely beautiful and entered in talent shows and dabbled in modeling. While Ella's daughters lived rather normal lives.
Eva lived a glamorous life up until she reached the age of 15. On her 15th birthday, while she was conversing about her career with an agent, the agent's dog turned into a hellhound and the agent turned into a harpy. Terrified, Eva sprinted out of the office and down the hall. While she was running, the hellhound bit at her dress and tore the piece off. Angered, she turned and kicked the hellhound in the jaw. The hellhound whimpered in pain, and the harpy continued pursuing Eva. The harpy picked up her speed and grabbed Eva by the hair. The sudden stop whipped Eva back, causing her and the Harpy to fall to the floor. Luckily, Eva landed on the harpy's chest knocking the air out of her lungs. Seeing this as an opportunity to escape, Eva ran out the building and called her father to pick her up immediately.
When Eva spoke to her father about the attack, he took her word for it and sent her away to live with her uncle in Kingsville, where she would receive a degree in kinesiology. After graduating college, Eva entered a talent show that took her to Los Angeles, California. An agent took a liking to her beauty and signed her off, knowing she was destined for great things.
Today, Eva has had a main role in one of ABC's most popular series, Desperate Housewives. She has also wrote a book, guest starred in shows like George Lopez and Children's Hospital, and has also been nominated and won several awards.

History: María Eva Duarte de Perón was born in Los Toldos on May 7, 1919, a rural area of Argentina. She was the youngest child of 5, and the only demigod of the 5. Her mother, Juana Ibargure had illegitimate children with a man named Juan Duarte. Duarte was a wealthy rancher from a town nearby called Chivilcoy where he had already had a family and a wife. It was not uncommon to see a wealthy male with multiple families, but illegitimate children and the mothers of the illegitimate children were frowned upon by the Argentine law, especially by the upper and upper middle class. However, Juana had conceived beautiful Evita from Eros under his disguise as Adriano Fernandez. He had met Juana one night after Juan had left to go back to his family in Chivilcoy. Juana had sewed and made clothes for many of the townspeople; which barely got the family by after Juan left. Adriano has walked through town, looking for someone to fix his shoes. That's how they met each other. The same day they met each other was the same day they had conceived Evita. Once the rumor was spread around, Juana's business had declined and her family went from lower middle class to extreme poverty. When Evita was a year old, Juana and the children had moved into a one room apartment in Junín to start over; getting a much better life than before.
Evita has spent most of her childhood in Junín, Argentina. Juana and Evita's sisters had worked as cooks in the houses of the local estancias, large and rural estates. With the help of the eldest brother, the family moved into a larger house that later became a boarding house. While living here, Evita began showing interests in acting in middle school. Juana wanted Evita to marry a local bachelor and though Evita was very beautiful; she wanted to become a famous actress, not wanting to be attached or chained by anything or anyone. After she scored a small role in a her high school production of the emotional, melodramatic play called "Arriba Estudiantes" (Students Arise), her determination for becoming an actress had grown stronger than she ever imagined.
Evita had then turned 13 years old, the unlucky number for demigods. She began seeing strange monsters everywhere throughout the town though no one had believed her. Luckily, she was not attacked nor chased down by any monsters. That is, until she turned 15 years old. It is rumored that Evita had traveled to Buenos Aires on a train with a famous tango singer named Agustín Magaldi. That however, did not happen. Evita was a huge fan of Magaldi but she did not run off with him, at least did not intend to anyway. Magaldi had many family members in Junín, and decided to put on free shows for them. Evita obviously went to them, since money wasn't a problem. After his last song that night in the diner, Evita had walked home alone. On her way home, she noticed an old lady who claimed that she needed help getting somewhere. But once the old lady and Evita were alone, the old lady turned in a harpy and tried to attack Evita. Evita ran as fast as she could as the harpy had chased her down through the town that night. She was unconsciously running to the train station. By then she lost it, but was unsure as to where to go from there. Magaldi had noticed scared little Evita in the train station, wandering around. He asked her if everything was okay. She said she wasn't sure, and told him about the monster that tried to attack her. Magaldi believed that Evita was either crazy or drunk and felt very sorry for Evita. So he decided, on a coin flip, to take Evita with her; realizing that she may not be safe there. Luckily, Magaldi was going to the very famous and well known city of Buenos Aires. The second largest metropolitan city in South America.
After Evita was out of her emotional shock, she wrote a letter to her mother as to where she was and she began living life in Buenos Aires, though it was difficult because of how over populated Buenos Aires was and how she had no former education or connections to anyone. Since little Evita had finally turned 15 years old, she began using her power without even realizing it. This lead Evita to score her very first role in her first professional debut in a play called "The Perezes Misses" at the Comedias Theater in March,
Afterwords, Evita had toured nationally with a theater company. She continued to use men to get her "needs", which lead her to become a model and lead her to get casted in a few B-list melodramas. Evita was finally making it big in 1942 when a company named Candilejas had hired for a daily role in one of their radio dramas called "Muy Bien", that aired on one of the most important radio station in Argentina during that time. Later on in the year, Evita signed a five-year contract with Radio Belgrano, which would assure her a role in a popular historical-drama program called Great Women of History. She played many roles, roles like Elizabeth I of England, Sarah Bernhardt and the last Tsarina of Russia. Still using men as a tool to gain fame and popularity, Evita had finally co-owned the radio company. By 1943, Evita had made five to six thousand pesos a month (which was around $1,000 to $2,000 USD), becoming one of the highest paid radio actresses of the nation. Evita also had a film career, but none of the films were very successful.
Evita had achieved some financial stability and it's benefits. She had finally lived in her own apartment, without using her powers to manipulate men for shelter, in a neighborhood called Recoleta (a very expensive neighborhood).
What made Evita extremely famous was the date January 22, 1944. A guy named Juan Perón, who was secretary of Labour, had started an "artistic festival" to raise money for the disastrous earthquake that had occurred the week before. Perón had invited radio and film actors and actresses to attend this event. All of the participants had met at a gala held at Luna Park Stadium in Buenos Aires. This is where Evita had met her future husband and the future president of Argentina.
Finally, Evita had stopped using her "feminine wiles" to gain men's attention and began a relationship with Juan Perón. They began living with each other shortly after meeting each other. Not only were entertainers and politicians seen as distinctive classes, but it was considered wrong for an unmarried couple to share a home together. Perón had allowed Evita to sit it on some of his private meetings with close advisors, which damaged Perón's career a bit.
While Perón's power was growing within the government, many began to worry. On October 9, 1945, Juan Perón was arrested by his opponents within the government who feared that due to the strong support of the descamisados (the workers and the poor of the nation) Perón's popularity might overcome the presidents. Six days later, 250,000 to 350,000 people had gathered around Casa Rosada ("the Argentine White House") to protest and demanded that Perón should be released.At 11pm that same day, Evita had arrived on the balcony of Casa Rosada and addressed the crowd while using her powers to sway the crowd unconsciously. This was extremely dramatic and powerful and is very important in Argentine history.
After Perón was finally released from prison, Evita and Juan had married discreetly in a civil ceremony in Junín on October 18, 1945 and in a church wedding on December 9, 1945.
Juan Perón had decided to run for president. Evita had campaigned alongside her husband. She used her weekly show, and her powers once again unconsciously, to deliver powerful speeches that would sway mainly the poor to side with Perón's movement. Though Evita was very wealthy at the time, she would use her own history for her arguments. Evita has also traveled every corner of the country, becoming the first woman in Argentine history to appear in public on the campaign trail with her husband. Since Perón was reaching out to the poor, those with wealth, the military and those into the political life were highly offended. Evita was very popular with the general public who knew her from her radio and motion picture appearances. Evita had also traveled to many places in Europe alongside her husband.
Evita has often been credited for giving the Argentine women a right to vote due to her radio addresses to women's suffrage but the actual ability was way beyond Evita's government power. Evita was also responsible for creating the Female Peronist Party, which was the first largest female political party of Argentina. The combination of female suffrage and the organization of the Female Peronist Party gave Juan Perón an advantage with a large majority (sixty-three percent) of the vote in the 1951 presidential elections.
After deciding not to become the nation's vice president due to controversy, Evita's past finally crept up on her, as her health slowly decreased due to her being diagnosed with cervical cancer (cancer of the vagina). Though many had believed that she died of the cancer, she actually didn't. It was a dark night, after Evita and Juan had left from a very formal party that was a block away from their house. Then, an old woman wanted to speak to Evita in private. Evita had followed the elderly woman behind Evita's house. The old woman was actually a harpy. The harpy attacked Evita with its talons, and Evita fell to the ground unconsciously. Thinking that Evita was dead, the harpy flew away. Juan had found Evita on the ground, unconsciously and losing a lot of blood. He immediately rushed Evita to the hospital. She died within hours due to severe blood loss. Juan had no idea how Evita died, so he told the public that she died of her cancer.
Today, Evita is one of the many popular icons in Latin American culture. She's been the subject of many articles, books, stage plays, and musicals like the musical production of the movie Evita starring Madonna as Evita, who won the Global Globe Award for Best Actress in a Musical. Evita is the perfect popular culture icon for our time because her lifestyle had foreshadowed on what was becoming very common in the late 20th century.

History: It was a rainy day in Ireland, and Maura had just got off from work. The previous night she'd had a fight with her husband, Bobby, and had yet to smooth things over with him. It had been a long day, and she wanted to put off talking to him as long as she could. She decided to go to a local pub to eat dinner, instead of back home.
As she walked into the pub she was struck by the young man performing there with his guitar. He was handsome and his voice seemed to her like an angel's. She ate dinner and stayed after, just to hear him play. It was almost midnight and most of the people had left the pub when he began packing up. Maura went over and complimented him on his music. He thanked her and started up a conversation. She fell in love with his twinkling eyes and laid-back air on the spot. When he told her he'd be playing again the next night and asked her if she'd come she immediately agreed. Once she arrived home, Bobby confronted her about why she was out so late and the fight eventually escalated to the point where Bobby ended up sleeping on the couch and they didn't talk to each other at all the next morning.
After work the next day, she again went to the pub and listened to the man play. Just as the night before, they ended up talking late into the night. Still mad at her husband and intensely attracted to the musician, Maura ended up sleeping with him. When she returned home the next morning, her husband said he was sorry about his overreaction and didn't want the fights to affect their son Greg. He proposed they carry on as usual and try not to upset the other. She agreed, feeling secretly a little guilty about the night before. Bobby's plan worked, and they managed to avoid a major argument until Maura found out she was pregnant with Niall. Bobby had some suspicions that the baby was not his but kept them to himself. When Niall was born, they were confirmed. Niall looked nothing like his father or older brother. Instead, he looked like the musician from the pub.
As Niall grew older it grew more and more apparent. Bobby finally told his fears to Maura and she reluctantly told him what had happened at the pub. Their fights increased again, and when Niall was 5, they were divorced. He and his brother moved around between their parents home for a few years, until they both decided to stay with their dad. His mom remarried, and didn't tell Niall the truth about his real father. Niall soon discovered his musical talents. He began performing in his school's choir and traveling around his homeland as a support act for Lloyd Daniels. It was at one of these concerts that he met his first monster.
He was backstage when a beautiful fangirl came up to him and began talking about how much she adored his music. Stunned by the girl's looks, he didn't refuse when she asked him if she could kiss him. Right as their lips were about to touch, Niall's cue came to get ready to go on stage. He apologized to the girl, and told her he had to go but she just grabbed his arm; her eyes flickering red. "You're not going anywhere until you give me that kiss." she growled, her skin growing pasty and her teeth-now fangs-shining. Niall struggled out of her grasp and began to run in the direction of help. He tripped over a rope holding up some stage equipment and moved out of the way just in time to not get flattened. The empousa however, was not as lucky. He never told anyone about the attack; afraid people would think he was crazy. At 16, he got on the show X-Factor and became a part of the band One Direction.
Currently, Niall is 18 and touring the globe with One Direction. The constant traveling has thus far thrown off any more monsters that might be tracking him.
