Dewy may be skeptical of the world, but at least he's good natured! Recently, he's had to make quite a few calls to his legal gaurdian to put him at ease, considering he almost sent out a task force to find him. His legal guardian kind of sucks, but so far the international barrier is working in Dewy's favor. He's having fun learning but really wishes he could actually face a monster, or any adversity really.
Children of Notus are able to use hot air itself to slice objects, focusing a current of wind to the point where it takes on a sharp edge, which the caster launches at foes. Although this attack does usually slashing damage, some users are able to focus it into single piercing stab like a bullet. The attacks will burn an opponent slightly on contact.
Children of Notus can turn hot air into weapons, they can only wield one air construct at a time. They can also coat their existing weapons in hot air for a short time, heating them up and enhancing their offensive capabilities.
Children of Notus have the ability to create a dome shaped torrent of wind, roughly two to three times the size of the user, which can be used to block attacks for a very short time.
Children of Notus have the ability to create gusts of hot wind which slow the movements of all affected by them as well as slowly burning anyone hit by the wind. The gusts can deflect projectile weapons.
Children of Notus are stronger in the warm summer months and on warm days.
Children of Notus have the ability to bring pure water to a boil at will using a hot breeze.
Children of Notus always emit an aura of heat, making others around them feel slightly warm. The user can shut it off for a long time if they choose to.
Children of Notus are incredibly resistant to the heat, including heat stroke and heat induced dehydration.
Children of Notus have the ability to hover or fly, however, the longer they fly the more it drains them.
Children of Notus have the ability to call upon the winds to speed their movements or attacks; this can also be used oppositely to slow the movements or attacks of others.

3 Months After Character is Made
Children of Notus have the ability to call upon a focused heat storm which burns a small area, drying out all plant life inside it. Anyone standing inside the storm may be scalded by the heat, and the longer they stand in the affected area, the worse the damage. The area can not be any more than two to three times the size of the user and doesn’t affect them.
6 Months After Character is Made
Children of Notus can temporarily cause the oxygen around an opponent to be extremely hot so that when they breathe in it causes minor to moderate burns to their throat. The power does not cause any severe or permanent damage. The longer this power is in effect, the more energy is drained from the user.
9 Months After Character is Made
Children of Notus have the ability to shed their flesh and turn into a state of pure steam for a short time and while in this state the user is granted flight, becomes immune to all attacks, their existing powers over heat and wind are enhanced and anything they touch is intensely burned. Once the user changes back they will be extremely drained and immobile for a long time, and they could possibly pass out from the experience.
Children of Notus are often ambidextrous, a trait they share with children of Boreas.

Donghun, aka Dewy, is your atypical overprivileged rich guy. Like most of his affluent counterparts, he has parental issues and lack of discipline or control. Unlike these counterparts, he’s never seen the world and has hardly ever seen society in flesh. The internet and those that work in privately owned building generally have taught him to be nice to others, but he has a hard time grasping other people’s problems and has narcissistic tendencies. Dewy has the general belief that the world was made for him, and he is the only real person in it.
Dewy loves wearing designer fabrics and is a creature of comfort, so much so his first day at camp was pretty much a culture shock. He’s almost the opposite of his dad who traveled around and lived in the grimmest places of the world. Unused to heartbreak and tragedy other than the artificial kind, he finds the idea of monsters to be exciting, and can’t wait to learn how to fight them off. More than likely, he will want to quit his first day of training.
The son of Notus is jealous of others who live hard lives because life is somewhat of a game to him, and he wishes his was as exciting. He’s also never been with kids near his age in person, so he’s still learning with how to treat and talk to them. Dewy has a hard time processing feelings or other people’s feelings, so likely emotion will seem really weird and dumb to him.
Two twins lead separate lives, one with a surfboard and one with a wife. Two twins came from the wind. With their father Aoelus, their mother had sinned. One lived the South Korean highlife. Nice car, nice house, business his only seen strife. The other roamed abroad. In Durban, he fell for a human facade. The two men loved like never before, 5 months in, he found a baby indoor. Notus had graced him with a son, even though all he wanted was fun. The twin set up shop on that South African coastline, and that should have been the end of a happy story time.
One day, while surfing in the waters, a great monster dragged him under mercilessly, as a shark to otters. What remained of his memory was his kid, living twin inherit him he did. He felt guilty for not protecting his brother more, not visiting, not keeping in touch to even a score. A man with all the money, he had the means to protect the boy. His means weren’t ethical and Donghun felt like a boxed up toy. Everything he wanted he received, besides the outside, which he aggrieved. The mix of demigod tech and human tech lead him to interesting beliefs. He knew of magic but didn’t see the myth so doubt of science became part of life’s motifs. It’s easy to think the other twin was at least a company, but the truth of the matter is he dumped him there culpably. “There” in Durban, his birth place, because a big business man has to save face. The media didn’t know of his brother and wouldn’t assume he was the son of another. His family was the building staff, his friends were the internet riffraff.
Dewy’s unhealthy diet of virtual got to him, the world’s problems were fake things that he had to trim. Living in a city living by the beach, his skin so white as if it were bleached. Life stayed monotone in the same melancholy, until a satyr applied for a job moving furniture on a dolly. The satyr put the idea of escape in his head, including stories making him believe one parent was not dead. It was a Christmas day that they ran away, amazing mist helping them reach Camp’s soiree. A boy at 14 and yet not a single attack to show, that’s why his privilege in camp surely did grow.
Rich and uncultured that he appeared, it’s lucky he wasn’t taken and sheared.
