Elliot isn't like most children of Melinoe. Most Melinoe kids enjoy the company and thought of ghosts, while Elliot is completely terrified of them. The mere thought of ghosts gives him goosebumps. He's pretty much afraid of all things supernatural, and sometimes a majority of things that aren't supernatural will scare him. Aside from the fact that he is a complete scared of all things paranormal, he is an extremely hyper and energetic person. Who'd normally overreact to the smallest thing.

Adding on to him being scared of any paranormal thing, he is also very in tune with his emotions. Not being one to hide them from someone, or hide himself from someone for that matter. You can always tell the emotions he is feeling, whether it be the way he acts or by his facial expressions. Elliot is also a very gentile and caring person, only hurting someone's feelings when he is put into a position where he has to do something.

His time in the Underworld was hard on him, but it did teach him to always be cautious around people. Due to his experiences in the Underworld, he never trusts anyone unless they give him absolutely no reason not to. He isn't afraid to speak his mind about how he feels about someone, normally being able to pinpoint someone's personality immediately.

Human Life

Maeng Seung-Yeob and his wife Seul-Gi always had tried to have a child. After several attempts nothing seemed to have been working. After many years of trying, they finally managed to have a child in 1897. But luckily for them it wasn't just one child, it was two. When Seul-Gi had given birth to the two children, they named the oldest Woo-Hyun and the youngest of the two Byung-Chul.

Not long after the birth of Woo-Hyun and Byung-Chul, Seung-Yeob and Seul-Gi decided to move to England from their home in Seoul, South Korea. Upon the families arrival to England, they moved in with some relatives of Seul-Gi's until Seung-Yeob had gotten a job. Byung-Chul had lived a somewhat normal life alongside is brother Woo-Hyun. He was always the one getting in trouble out of the two. Normally liking to prank people more out of the two, often dragging Woo-Hyun into the mischievous mess he caused.

As Byung-Chul and Woo-Hyun reached the age of fifteen on January 7th 1912, Seung-Yeob and Seul-Gi surprised the twins with four tickets for all of them to go aboard the R.M.S. Titanic in April. When the day finally came for the family to board the boat, both Byung-Chul and Woo-Hyun were ecstatic for their upcoming voyage.

When the Titanic began sinking on April 15th, Byung-Chul and Woo-Hyun had both left the ship in one of the lifeboats. With Seung-Yeop and Seul-Gi getting onto the boat that left after them. While Byung-Chul and Woo-Hyun's boat setting off before their parents, there was a large distance between them and before Seung-Yeop and Seul-Gi had gotten onto a lifeboat, a large wave had managed to capsize Byung-Chul and Woo-Hyun's boat. With only the pair managing to get back onto the boat before getting taken away by the wave, they were left to find their own way back to mainland.

As the twins bickered on who should be the leader and who was right about the direction they were going, their lifeboat ended up drifting away further from the mainland. And with the cold air coming off of the North Atlantic waters, the boys were both slowly freezing. Woo-Hyun already being sick from a flu he caught before coming on the Titanic, was feeling the worst out of the two. As they continued drifting further away, the state that the boys were in was getting worse.

Eventually Woo-Hyun had frozen to death, with Byung-Chul not too far behind. As Byung-Chul managed to get the lifeboat on the right course, the cold ended up getting to him and he too froze to death. Eventually the deceased twins' lifeboat ended up getting washed ashore, and with both Seung-Yeop and Seul-Gi already trying to find their boys, they were the first two to stumble upon the lifeboat that held what was their sons.

Demigod Life

As Byung-Chul and Woo-Hyun reached the Underworld as souls, Melinoe saw the two deceased brothers and since she was told by Hades how they had died, she took pity on the two boys and captured their souls. While Seung-Yeop and Seul-Gi were grieving over the loss of their sons, Melinoe approached the couple with an idea when they arrived back in England.

With the couple being surprised that someone would approach them and tell them that she could bring their kids back, both Seung-Yeop and Seul-Gi were in shock. As Melinoe explained her plan of bringing back both Byung-Chul and Woo-Hyun as newborns. The plan would involve Melinoe taking Byung-Chul and Woo-Hyun's souls and turning them into babies inside of her, once they started developing she would then place the two unborn children inside of Seul-Gi. With the plan getting put into action later that night.

As Melinoe transformed the two souls into babies, she felt that something had went wrong. When she had placed the two unborn babies inside of Seul-Gi, and in that moment she noticed that the baby containing Woo-Hyun's soul was not as strong as Byung-Chul. Figuring it would eventually become stronger she ignored the issue and kept tabs on Seul-Gi and Seung-Yeop. When Seul-Gi reached three months of being pregnant, she had found out that she had miscarried one of the twins, being Woo-Hyun. Leaving Byung-Chul as the only child inside of Seul-Gi.

Eventually Seul-Gi gave birth to her new son on the day of January 12th 1913, and since they lived in England both Seung-Yeop and Seul-Gi decided to name their new son Elliot. As Elliot grew up, Seung-Yeop and Seul-Gi kept what had happened to him a secret. Keeping every bit of information they held about his past on a document hidden in their safe.

As Elliot reached the age of nine, he started having nightmares about ghosts coming to find him and dragging him to the underworld. As Seung-Yeop and Seul-Gi were informed that Elliot would be a demigod via Melinoe, they were confused as too why he would be having dreams of ghosts attacking him when he himself was a child of the goddess of ghosts. When Melinoe caught wind of Elliot being haunted by ghosts, she confronted Epiales, the god/spirit of nightmares. Melinoe eventually found out that Epiales had been forced into giving Elliot nightmares of ghosts by Hades, who was angry that Elliot cheated death.

Melinoe then informed Seung-Yeop and Seul-Gi that the nightmares would most likely continue until Hades found someone else who had cheated death to punish. Elliot's nightmares continued, and started becoming more realistic. As the nightmares continued, Elliot would wake up screaming, saying he was seeing faces of skinless people, or people with half a face. Eventually it got worse and the "faces" became full bodies and they started physically torturing him. Soon Melinoe caught on to what the ghosts were doing and she commanded them to stop. Only for a pair of new ghosts to continue these antics the next night.

When Melinoe figured out that Hades was behind all the things going wrong in Elliot's life she confronted him and bargained with him. Making a deal that Elliot would serve Hades whenever he died. Hades agreed to the deal and finally left Elliot alone. Little did she know his death was slowly approaching them.

Elliot was twelve when he had his first and last monster attack. Never being told that he was a demigod, Elliot had no clue was a hellhound even was. That is until his chest was been ripped open by one. As Elliot bled out in their backyard, Seung-Yeop and Seul-Gi comforted their dying son, all the way up until his final breath.

When Elliot had been killed he was instantly sent to Hades to become his servant. Much to his disliking however, Hades forced him to do everything. He spent seventy one years as a ghost who had served under Hades. During the last five years of his service however, he plotted a way to get out of Hades' realm. Luckily for him he learned how when Hades was drunk and let Elliot know everything about his past. Shocked and confused, Elliot got the idea to ask Melinoe to repeat the plan she had to get him reborn the first time. Behind Hades' back Melinoe took the soul of Elliot and planted him in her stomach on July 17th 1996.

Melinoe managed to convince Hades with the help of Hecate who had owed Melinoe a favor, that Elliot had managed to flee the underworld. When in reality he was right in front of him inside of Melinoe.

Second Demigod Life

Melinoe fled to Olympus and met up with Demeter and Persephone who was enjoying her time away from Hades, while on Olympus Demeter and Persephone helped Melinoe give birth to Elliot again. Hades eventually caught on to what was going on and cursed him to be terrified of the same thing that once haunted him, ghosts. This curse remained a secret, and with the Melinoe took Elliot to a foster home. The curse had set into motion when Elliot had turned four on July 19th 2000. He woke up late one night screaming, claiming that a ghost was trying to drag him away.

During the nights that ghosts had visited him, he dreamt of a boy who looked identical to him. While dreaming however, the ghosts would always drag the boy away from Elliot. Things continued down this dark path for five years, and whatever he did, it'd always continue.

After Elliot had been involved in a car accident with his foster parents, an accident that killed a very noble daughter of Mnemosyne, she decided to bring back every memory Elliot should have from his past two lives. When Elliot woke up in the hospital he remembered everything. From his brother Woo-Hyun, to them dying in the aftermath of the Titanic. Although Elliot wasn't the one driving, Mnemosyne felt pleased with what she had accomplished.

Elliot realized that the other child in his dreams was his former brother Woo-Hyun, and after learning all the repressed memories due to his new curse, his dreams got more gruesome. Having Woo-Hyun become the ghost who wants to drag him away. After he had gotten adopted by a business man and his wife, Elliot was hoping for a new start, but that was far from what he got.

With Elliot moving into his new house at age eleven, he was overwhelmed by the amount of people he could here in his head, despite there only being two other people in the house. He could see figures nobody else could see, and whenever he tried to keep himself come, he always ended up panicking and freaking out. And if that wasn't enough, his new father Walter Hyridge was a raging drug addict. Whenever he was high he'd always physically abuse Elliot. Whether it be just simply smacking him across the face or beating him up till he couldn't move, Elliot never felt safe.

While coming home from school on his twelfth birthday, he saw what he thought was a dog at first. But when he followed it into an alley he discovered it was the same hellhound that had killed him in his past life. Not having any training in combat and with him not knowing how to defend himself in any way, Elliot ran for his life, only to be pounced on by the beast. If it wasn't for his mother Clarice Hydrigde who was a daughter of Hecate, he would have been dead in a matter of minutes. Clarice then took Elliot home and began informing him of what he really was.

Shortly after Elliot learned the truth, he went to bed to try and figure everything out. Much to his disliking however Walter was the only one home at the time due to Clarice having to go to night school. Just when Elliot was about to fall asleep Walter barged into his room and started beating him up to a point where if it continued, he'd kill him. Without Elliot knowing what he could do, he became intangible, stopping Walter from hurting him. While Walter was confused, Elliot fled the scene, only taking a few things with him.

With a twelve year old Elliot now running around the streets, he managed to get himself found by a satyr who then took him to camp. After only a year of being at camp Hades kidnapped him, taking him back to the underworld. This time however he didn't let Elliot roam around, he locked him away in a dungeon. Cursing him to never need food or water, but always feeling the effects of being hungry and thirsty.

Elliot spent five years trapped inside the dungeon. Always feeling weak due to him believing he needed food and water, however he never did. Hades would also check in on him every once in awhile to make sure he wasn't dead, and if he was close to it he'd put a spell on him to keep him in good health. It was on the day of his eighteenth birthday that Persephone finally caught on to what Hades was doing to Elliot and she saved him. Helping him escape the underworld so he could go anywhere he wanted on earth freely without having to worry about Hades. She promised to keep him away from Elliot and lifted all curses he ever put on Elliot.

Elliot was unsure where to go, and with very little knowledge on how to survive, he was fresh meat for any monsters nearby. While he was walking the streets of Hollywood, unsure where to go, he met a satyr who instantly pulled him all the way to an airport and got them both on a plane. Once they arrived in New York, Elliot managed to get to Camp Half-Blood due to him remembering where it was. When he arrived however he was stopped at the gate by a Cyclops. With Elliot finding a nearby sword, he managed to defeat the beast after being hit with it's club three times. Dazed and a bit loopy, he stumbled into camp, where he was found by two children of Apollo who then took him to the infirmary.
