Kylie is a daughter of Apollo and has been at Camp since 2012. She is currently the lieutenant of the Apollo Cabin as well as the Infirmary Head. She can often be found wandering around Camp in her free time. She's heterosexual and is currently dating Kevin Blazer.
Personality
Kylie's the type of person who likes to think before acting. She works quietly and is not one to complain. Despite her great skill in the arts and in other fields, she doesn't like to voice out her achievements, opting instead to blend into the background and letting others take the spotlight. She can be sociable when she wants to but often times prefers solitude. In addition, Kylie's not one who can be easily angered nor offended. She's a generally nice person whom you can count on to be there for you when you need her.
History

Jasmin Shay was a professional beautician who worked for famous singers. She was in a small cafe near her house when Apollo, who was posing as a hairstylist named Anthony, approached her. Jasmin was entranced by his beauty and agreed to date Apollo when he asked her. They ended up having an intimate relationship.
One year later, Jasmin gave birth to Kylie. However, Apollo had to leave right after Kylie was born. Jasmin tried to raise Kylie with the help of her friendly neighbors in a small subdivision in New York.
Kylie grew up to be a quiet girl since she didn't have that many friends in school. Her ADHD and Dyslexia started showing itself when she was in 4th grade, making it harder for her to study and keep her grades up. Jasmin didn't understand why she had ADHD or Dyslexia since Apollo never told her the truth.
During her 9th grade, she and her mother went to visit some relatives in the next town. Since she wasn't that comfortable around people, Kylie decided to explore the town while listening to her favorite song. She returned to their temporary residence after the sun had set. Kylie found her mom sitting on the couch, reading a letter, a few tears escaping her eyes.
Jasmin explained to Kylie what was in the letter and said that they were going somewhere. Kylie didn't complain nor ask any questions despite her curiosity. She took her still packed things and was ready to go in mere minutes. As she passed by the living room, she saw the envelope which contained the letter her mother was reading. It said, "To my dearest Jasmin and Kylie; From: Anthony".
Her mother called her and she quickly got in the car, putting the letter in her coat pocket. That night, Kylie and her mom drove all the way from New Jersey to where camp was located. There, at the foot of the hill was where Kylie and her mom parted. Kylie was then led by another demigod to the Hermes cabin were everything was explained to her.
Over the course of the week, Kylie trained with the Hermes cabin and found out that the best weapons for her were a bow and arrows. Durig campfire, on that week's Friday, she was claimed as a daughter of Apollo.
Journal
Upon arriving at Camp, Kylie instantly became friends with a number of people, easily learning her way around Camp and settling into the daily routine of a demigod. As time progressed, she got over her initial shyness, learning to be the person she is at the moment. Despite the loss of her first love, Michael Mendes, she still stands strong, moving forward for the sake of others. Her confidence in herself grew even more when she earned herself the chance to meet with her father, Apollo, as well as when she first garnered the position of Lieutenant Counselor and then Head Counselor shortly afterwards. She has witnessed many things in her time at Camp, some good, some bad, but most of which had contributed to the person she is today.
Kylie's position for the Head Counselor of the Apollo Cabin was challenged and, unfortunately, she lost. Still, she keeps on going. Recently, she managed to attain, not only the position of lieutenant counselor of the cabin, but the position of Infirmary Head as well. Currently, she's leading a quest and will, hopefully, be back home soon.
Children of Apollo have the ability to focus intense beams of light from their eyes which will burn through objects and melt through regular metals.
Children of Apollo can create solar flares that come off their body, and essentially act as ropes of intense heat and plasma. These ropes can act as extensions of themselves and used in a whip like manner.
Defensive[]
Children of Apollo have the ability to create a very large protective dome of bright light and heat around them. No one can enter their dome without feeling intense dehydration, and have the ability to faint. People cannot look into the dome so the user can effectively conceal themselves in plain sight.
Children of Apollo are able to foresee potential future attacks, allowing them a short span of time to prepare for these attacks.

Supplementary[]
Children of Apollo can teleport themselves by manipulating light photons. Essentially, it’s them moving at the speed at which light travels, but using the light itself to help them travel and travel through objects that light can pass through. They need to be careful to not attempt to travel anywhere that has something that blocks light, because it will immediately halt their travel.
Children of Apollo have the ability to create multiple temporary light sources, like sparks of bright light, which act as flashes that can either temporarily affect someone’s vision, or distract them.
Children of Apollo can curse someone to sing loudly for a fair amount of time, the target can fight and operate while singing. But they cannot hide and could suffer from a sore throat over time.
Children of Apollo have a minor degree of control over diseases and plagues, and not to the extent that they can cause death. They also have minor control over infections, but not to the extent that they can cause death. They can cause a person to temporarily break out in hives, rashes, and boils. They can also cause a person to feel overcome with minor flu-like symptoms such as nausea, congestion, sore throat, etc for a short amount of time.
3 Months After Character is Made[]
Children of Apollo can create massive waves of heat and radiation that can span a large area around them. This can cause people to get heat stroke, dehydrate quicker, and if close enough to the user, cause hallucinations. The longer this power is used, the less hot it becomes, until the user simply runs out of heat and energy.
6 Months After Character is Made[]
Children of Apollo are able to manipulate music in their head to play outside of themselves, and amplify it in different places in the surrounding areas, so much so, that they create shock waves from those areas. This essentially allows them to create miniature music explosions capable of blowing people away. They have to be able to visualize the area in which they're sending the music. No one is immune to the sound so this could cause potential danger to themselves and their allies. The more they use this power, the more exhausted they become.
9 Months After Character is Made[]
Children of Apollo have the ability to shed their flesh and turn into a bright purely plasmic state for a short time and while in this state, the user is granted flight, immune to all attacks, receives a boost in their already existing photokinetic abilities and anything they touch is intensely burned. Due to their brightness, looking directly at them is extremely painful. Once the user changes back they will be extremely drained, nauseated and immobile for a long time.
