Ellie has always been a very prim and proper young lady, always showing poise and grace in everything she does. Years of being on Olympus as one of the musicians for their parties and festivals, Ellie learned to show the best side of herself at all times as to impress those around her. As a seasoned musician, that also leans itself to Ellie's poise and properness. It is very rare that Ellie doesn't act in a composed and proper manner. It would be incredibly rare to see her like this, as she hates letting people see her flustered.

History
Anthony Shin, a famed violinist in his youth, had struggled for years to settle down prior to retiring from his steady career of touring. Having wanted to start a family some three years before even retiring at the young age of twenty-nine, Anthony was now thirty-two and still had no luck in the field of women or family. His own parents had long passed and with no siblings or family living in Brighton, England alongside him life was rather mundane and boring. Having taken a job in real estate upon retiring from being a violinist, Anthony was hopeful at some point in time he'd stumble head first into a relationship.
Low and behold when he was attending a benefit concert where his old orchestra was performing, Anthony just so happened to stumble into the relationship he'd been hoping for. To provide the minimal backstory that had taken place that night, Anthony was in fact asked to play something near the end of the concert, and it was then that he caught the eye of the goddess of harmony and concord herself Harmonia. Towards the end of the night, Harmonia had even approached Anthony to spark up a conversation. Suffice to say the two hit it off right away and had spent much of the night at a coffee shop. Before going their own ways at the end of the night, Harmonia was very forth-coming with the information that she was a Greek goddess. Anthony not only being a musical genius but an avid fan of mythology, was skeptical to believe such a claim but was compelled to believe the woman and her truth.
The year itself was 1987 and Anthony was madly in love with Harmonia, she had even rekindled his love for the violin and thus was moved to come out of retirement and begin touring the world once more in her honour. While his relationship with Harmonia was more so that of the quick variety, his love for the woman knew no end and even when they parted ways under the knowledge of her having to return to Olympus, Anthony was never upset due to the gift he had received from her. Before leaving, the pair had conceived a beautiful baby girl by the name of Elisabeth.
Elisabeth like her father and mother, was proven to be a musical prodigy at the young age of five. Taking to learning the piano rather quickly despite very few lessons and travelling the world with her dad while he toured. It wasn't long until she had managed to also pick up on the violin just by watching Anthony play. As Elisabeth reached the age of seven, taking on the nickname of Ellie in the meantime, Anthony decided it was only fair to settle back down in Brighton so that he wasn't dragging Ellie around the world with him and she could have a rather normal childhood. He resumed his job in real estate while Ellie had gotten accepted into a school for the musical and performing arts.
It was at her school where she found a love for the harp and the beautiful music she was able to play with it. Of course she maintained her skills in instruments such as the piano, violin, and guitar. But she had since spent her time perfecting the harp and learning the instrument for three years. While the academy had a dormitory, Ellie and Anthony lived close enough to the academy that she walked to and from school everyday. Having done so for the three years she attended the school thus far, Ellie began walking home on a normal day as she would any other. With her headphones in as she listened to some music, she was unaware of a presence lurking in the shadows of the tree line behind her. As a harpy followed close behind, Ellie had no time to react when the harpy leaped from the trees and tackled the young girl to the ground. Her screams were heard by many and soon all she could see was a whirlwind of feathers as something clubbed the harpy off of her. Looking to her left, all she saw was an arrow pierce the harpy seconds before it was going to lunge back at her, turning it into dust.
Needless to say Ellie had blacked out seconds later, having hit her head during the initial tussle. When she woke up she heard a woman's voice accompanied by her father's. She was at home, that much she knew, but in her haze of a memory she couldn't remember much of what happened or how she had gotten there. As she sat up from her position on the couch, her dad and the woman made their way into the living room. She saw goat legs on the woman, which only added more confusion in the given moment. Anthony having already known about Ellie being a demigod, was in talks with what Ellie found out to be a satyr for months and thus it was time for Ellie to go to somewhere called Camp Half-Blood. Reluctant at first as she didn't want to leave her dad, he assured her they would see each other again and with that she was off to Manhattan, New York.
Ellie remained at Camp Half-Blood year-round until she was sixteen, having learned how to utilize war fans nearly as quick as she did the many instruments she had learned over the years. After her sixteenth birthday was when she only attended camp during the summer months. Returning home to Brighton to visit Anthony during school months and then coming back to camp afterwards. Any monsters she had encountered throughout the months she was back in Brighton stood little to no chance, and pretty soon Ellie had stopped going to camp altogether. Having instead invested her time in playing the harp after graduation, Ellie had caught the eye of the Greek gods who were amazed by her musical skills. Bringing her up to Olympus, Zeus made her an immortal at the age of twenty-two if she promised to play for the gods at parties and solstices.
Being up on Olympus and meeting her mother for the first time gave Ellie a sense of accomplishment that playing at no theatre around the world could have ever given her. Having started her post as one of Olympus' musicians in 2009, Ellie played for years with as much joy and pride as one could have in their life. In the year 2017 was when Ellie met Seth Hwang, an imprisoned demigod in Olympus who she had become smitten with near instantaneously. Having spent a year in the limbo stage of having to sneak about with a relationship neither were sure the gods would approve of, the pair were eventually caught by Hermes, Seth's father. The God's were actually not too upset by the news of Ellie and Seth being an item, and Zeus said as long as Ellie kept up with her duties she could remain on Olympus.
Unfortunately, Ellie had began to neglect her duties on Olympus, spending too much time with Seth to the point where Zeus had become angry with her. By the time summer of 2019 had come around, Zeus had had enough and was ready to banish her. Harmonia did what she could to convince him otherwise, but it was too late and Ellie's fate on Olympus was sealed. Zeus had even cursed Ellie for going against his wishes, linking her life to the harp she had once played so if it were ever broken Ellie would die a horrible death. As Ellie was leaving Olympus, Harmonia did her a final favour by shrinking the harp down to a size easier to travel with, making it easier to protect. After saying final goodbyes, Ellie was sent down to the mortal world without a final goodbye from Seth. She didn't even know if he was alive after Zeus had banished her, and without word from her father despite multiple phonec alls on her end, Ellie thought the only safe place for her to go would be Camp Half-Blood.

- Children of Harmonia have the ability to amplify their physical strength for a short time; however, they suffer from a sort of withdrawal once the effects have subsided.

- Children of Harmonia can make a pact with a single person at a time, making it so that each of them receives a lesser effect from every wound; however, any wound that one of them receives, the other receives as well, to the same lesser degree.

- Children of Harmonia have the ability to slightly calm the minds of everyone near them, no matter what side they are on.

- In her spare time Ellie can normally be found working on her singing and music, different clothing designs or painting, all of which tend to calm her down and let her escape the harsh world around her.
