Now on to new business, so I noticed today that Wind doesn't have any less active status on the user/char list (semi or officially), and I can't see anything on his user page. If he hasn't talked to you , I just realised that he hasn't made a single edit in 12 days, and not only that but in 33 days he's only made like 20 dept edits, and an active bcrat is supposed to have, what like 2o/25 per week minimum? So I think based on just that lone we could put him up for demotion vote, so not sure if we should go ahead or wait the 2 days for him to hit 14. I know once he hits 14 he'll lose any lt/head counsellor spots and any bc lt spots. As far as who should take over AD as Crat, I think Brock is the next best qualified, andI know he's been prepared to take it in the past if need be. I'm going to message wind just to see if he answers back tonight, I'm also messaging brock to get in touch with me asap so we're prepared.

yea >.< wasn't sure how fast it would go or if I'd get in touch with Brock last night. Also, as of 5-May if wind still hasn't edited he loses all his lt/head/bc lt spots. I think Hydro wants opus lt, but he'd have to ask float who owns opus head, cuz it's up to the head of the faction who gets lt

1. rated pg13 obviously, no straight up smut even if it is "time skipped" (like people using that just to have the sex bits or some shit, if that makes sense)

2. any chars used not owned by the writer must have permission from owners

3. as it's not an rp, gods can be mentioned/used but OP rules apply just like in rp's (like someone can't write about Poseidon raising their demigod child)

4. stories main focus must be on the characters on the wiki, no going back 20 years to write fan fics about the books, if a char from the books is mentioned, it must be brief and past tense
  +
5. as that's not the main focus, users can't come and only write stories, they have to rp/create characters, writing stories would simply be a way to either fill in boredom when there's no one to rp with or to round out/immortalise an rp that did happen in story form

so

6. stories can either be based on an rp that did happen and the story is just like a journal/way to tell the entire rp in one place or just in general stories about the characters

7. any quests that are written about do not count as quests led for challenges, if someone were to write about a challenge happening that didn't really happen officially it wouldn't count, so like basically you can put old rp's into story form that did happen, but you can't like write a story where your char takes over the Broken Covenant and have it be "true"

8. Poems are fine as long as they are relevant to a character

9. collab stories are allowed, so it would be sorta like a longer version of a roleplay any way (and honestly on some roleplay forums I've been on the length of one post would be like a chapter of a story compared to the short posts lengths on this wiki xD)

What do you think? I mean we've done contests/special events that involve writing and it's always been fine. And we aren't a full on "rpg" site, we're more a roleplay site. The difference being we're more writing than actual "game play" (like a table top rpg that would have dice involved and more rules/structure to the game, like if you attempt a hit in a table top rpg, how/what you do is up to you, but whether it hits and how much damage is up to the dice, not the other user's imagination). It would give users (like me >.<) something to do when there's no one to rp with, and a way to close rp's that sorta end up dying and leaving me/users screwed. I could probably even get wikia to add a new namespace for it, or we just make a page called like "Writing" or something and use sub pages off that. Idk, what do you think? (or what does anyone think stalking this page, cuz seriously, feel free to edit and tell me what you think, if most people are die hard this should always be roleplay (short posts back and forth, nothing more) that's fine, but I just figured it might be nice to have a bit more options of what to do here and to even get to immortalise awesome rp's like me and Pers had wanted to do with Jordan/Laryl. I mean not everyone may want to write out their rp's in story form, but some may. And there's so many times Wonder would be more than happy to let me finish one of our started rp's in a short story as long as I stuck to our agreed upon end result xD

So, just to see if I understood all that, you're proposing that we create something similar to the roleplay forum page but, instead of it being roleplay where two users (or more) take turns posting stuff while in character, this one would purely be fan fiction, something similar to writing up a plot to an rp (that may have happened in the past or may not have even happened at all) minus all the dialogue in the hopes that doing so would either relieve boredom and/or finish up an rp without actually roleplaying it? Did I get that right? .-.
