He smiles and gives a friendly nod to Michael as he walks in. "Too bad these things can't be settled on a surfboard, right bro?" Nemo then takes a moment to twist and stretch, making sure his leather armor is fitted properly and that the thin bronze plates covering the most critical parts of his body won't interfere with his movement. Satisfied with the feel of the armor, he picks up his sword and trusty diving knife and does a quick survey of the arena, taking particular note of the deep moat that rings the central platform.

"Good Luck Bro. This is nothing personal."

Michael: He sheaths his sword and draws his Scythe. He keeps distance from him and waits for him to strike.

Nemo: He sizes up the potential reach advantage of his opponent's scythe and realizes he is going to have to win this fight either through speed or by taking this to the water. He starts circling Michael, looking for an opening. "You know, if you are just planning to stand there the whole match, it doesn't really show why you deserve the spot more than I do."

Michael: He remains silent and quietly pulls two throwing knives from his pocket, using his shield to hide it. He waits for the right moment to strike and founds an open part of the armor on his back. He throws one aimed for that part and the other on aimed for his head. He keeps his shield close to him if ever Nemo finds a way to shoot it back.

OOC-LCT: Wait a second, isn't a scythe a two-handed weapon? Where did the shield come from? And how can he throw knives while holding something in each hand? Also, how is he aiming for Nemo's back if Nemo is circling him?

Nemo: He sees Michael's quick arm movement and a flash of metal. His battle instincts kick in and he hops to the side, out of the path of the knives. He then shifts to a more sideways stance with his sword arm towards Michael to present a narrower profile to any other ranged attacks that may be coming. He continues circling, waiting for Michael to either move towards him or back up towards the outer edges of the ring.

OOC: I'm sorry, I forgot to mention the shield but now worries, I'm just too depressed because something happened to me IRL. I'm withdrawing. You keep Lt. Thanks anyway.

I'm gonna forfeit. Nemo/LCT wins ands keeps the position.
