According to the wiki, User Level rises the longer you've been active. I've been online since September 10th, but my user level hasn't changed. My first character's been claimed, and I'm in an active roleplay too. I'm confused.

No you are not doing anything wrong nor has nothing change with the leveling up system. This mistake/problem falls onto the admin team, who for the most part, are very inactive at the moment. Considering i happened to pop by and see this i'll take care of it for you. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience and hope you choose to continue to be active on the wiki c:
