Casey enters the arena swiftly, hiding amongst a large number of trees. It’s overcast, so the amount of clouds cause a decrease in shadows found in the arena. Around his torso awaits Casey’s longsword, sheathed and ready to attack. Protecting said torso is his metal chestplate, he also wears leather gloves and a red-G shock. Sealtiel quietly follows Casey into the thicket, minding that his twin unsheathed swords don’t create any unnecessary noise. Due to the compacted clouds light has difficulty passing through their location, making it even harder to detect them. He stands the opposite direction of Casey’s range of vision to look out for the other team, and also scout for possible resources they can use. He wears the standard celestial bronze chestplate, with leather accessories to protect his hands, knees and elbows.
Adam casually strolls into the arena with his pick in his hand and his shield on his back, if you missed hovers over the field Adams almost unable to see his hand in front of his face. He tightens his grip on his Pick and moves to a vantage point in a tree.he is wearing light celestial bronze armor to protect his side's and legs mostly. Alexander pulls his scarf up to cover his nose, the light chill of the arena getting to his face. He traded out his cloak for a regular flannel top and jeans, but they were hardly seen beneath the light armour that he donned; A hard leather tunic, combat boots, and bronze greaves and arm guards. His black puka shell necklace stood out against his oddly pale skin, unbeknownst to his opponents, and even his ally, that it was in fact the only solid weapon he kept on his person, ready to morph into his celestial bronze fireknife at a moment's notice. He stood on guard under the tree Adam surveyed in, his eyes flitted around , trying to make out even the slightest silhouette of a person, though it wasn't happening.
Battle Phase I
A few minutes pass with no significance, except for the gradual decrease of light caused by the overcast. Casey has grown fed up, taking his leave from the thicket. He begins to crawl through the tall grass. Sealtiel follows suit and begins squirming across the blades as well. This goes on quietly for about three minutes, all the while he bobs his head up and down to get sight of anything or anyone in the vicinity. After covering a fair distance from their starting point, he raises his head again, only to barely catch a glimpse of Alexander a few meters from them. He pokes Casey at his leg, trying to get his attention. “Psst, calling your attention, sir,” he whispers. Casey turns to him and nods, aware of their presence. Alex seems to get suspicious, starting to look around. “We need a distraction..” He whispered back. For a moment Sealtiel’s face lights up with an idea. He replies softly, “Oh, I just know what to do!” He crawls a full feet backward, then concentrates by looking intently at Alex. A few seconds later another Sealtiel, an illusion to be precise, stands near their opponent with one of his swords drawn. As soon as his phantasmal self forms, it charges for Alex with the blade aiming for his leg to disable part of his mobility. Adam looks down, using his guitar pick to transform into it’s bow form. As he allows two arrows to fly, Alex pulls off his necklace and it turns into his trusty fire knife. As the son of death takes his first swing and the arrows fly through the illusion. Casey took the chance to stab behind Alex’s left leg with his freshly drawn sword. As an arrow flies past his shoulder and leaves a cut, Casey stuns Adam and causes him to fall to the ground. Alex manages to cut Casey in the arm, causing him to grunt in pain. The two face off, the fact that Casey is empowered by the chaos allows him to take the advantage. As Adam gets up, he attempts to shoot Casey in the back but Sealtiel quickly cut his left shoulder with one of his dual swords. The son of deceit is quickly met with a light beam to the knee.
Without immediate movement caught in Alexander's field of view, he figured the foes must be elsewhere in the arena. Alexander loosed two ghosts from the depths of the underworld, commanding them to scout the arena as quickly as possible for any sign of their opposition. After another agonizing few minutes no response, one of the ghosts returned, detailing the duo on Tiel and Casey's exact position. WIP
