Jane is regal, polite, friendly and calculated. Raised as a daughter of a noble in the 1500's, she was taught to carry herself in a graceful way and follow all the etiquette. She learned to speak different languages, court behaviors and was educated. She respects everyone she meets and is considerable towards them. Even though there is times where she wants to talk back, she just nods her head and puts on a smile. Before speaking or having to make an important decision, she thinks about the consequences and different variables, being very patient in this process. More of her personality would be developed through role-playing.
The clouds cluttered together, removing every trace of light in the sky. The waves were turmoil- swirling the ship violently. The sailors attempted to get the sail down as the combination of rain wind slapped them. The waves were unforgivable and had no mercy on the mortals, water filling the boat. Thomas yelled for his crew and all he could see was black. He woke up on an island and couldn't find his crew members, or anyone except for a woman and some pigs. Circe saved his life and used healing spells to nurse his health back. He fell in love with the woman and stayed with her for a while. Soon, she became pregnant and distanced herself from her lover until she gifted him a boat and their baby, sending them back to England.
In London, Thomas was welcomed back with open arms as King Henry VIII as he rose through court. He soon married Lady Elizabeth, a daughter of a duke and a widowed woman with a two year old. To avoid scrutiny and controversy, they presented Jane as their daughter. Jane and her step-sister, Isabel grew up together as they were home-schooled by a private tutor. They were taught mathematics, grammar, reading, spelling, writing along with domestic skills. Since she expressed in learning more, her tutor also covered different languages and cultures from other countries. Jane was 15 when her first attack happened when she was walking around her gardens, a harpy attacked her. Screaming, a knight who was a moon spirit, killed the monster and the young girl blacked out. When she woke up, her father spoke to her about her true origins and that Elizabeth was not her real mother. Jane was a demigod and needed to protection so Bernard, the moon spirit became her bodyguard. Despite the role of women in this time period, Jane wanted to protect herself and would practice sword fighting with the spirit during late nights. Her skills developed to the point that she would easily beat out her guard in duels and learned to control her powers.
When the Sutton sisters came of age, they were presented to the king at court. Jane was known as the intelligent and graceful one while Isabel was famed for her seductive and breathtaking beauty. Isabel, caught his interest and couldn't keep his eyes off her as she danced with the other ladies. Because of their close ages, Jane and Princess Elizabeth, the future queen of England became good friends and Jane became her confidant whenever her father would avoid contact with his daughter of gossip about her step-mothers. Isabel married an Earl named George however when he was repulsed by Queen Anne of Cleves, King Henry VIII took his attention towards Queen Anne's lady in waiting, Isabel. For six months, they had a love affair that all of the women in court gossiped about.
Her parents arranged Jane's marriage to an affluent courtier, Edward, a son of Zeus. She kept quiet about not marrying for love and wanted to please her parents as this elevated her parent's wealth and status in court. They were married at a local church and among the guests were the royal family. Edward, a friend of the king was gifted with various estates and riches as a wedding gift. Slowly as the days passed, she fell for the handsome man and was satisfied with her comfortable and happy life. She comforted her sister when her husband died. Fellow nobles plotted the demise of Edward- jealous of his popularity with the king. They gave false claims and Edward was about to be executed until Jane came to his defense, giving countless evidence and sufficient reasoning. Zeus saw this and was grateful of her intelligence and bravery, granting her immortality as a gift.
Jane was unable to become pregnant as Edward's desire for a male heir increased. Other men in court and the king also noticed that her beauty never seemed to fade compared to her sister's aging- Edward and Isabel were both jealous of the attention she was getting yet she still stayed loyal to her husband. Isabel was envious because the king grew tired of her and tossed her away like she was a dirty rag and that he found interest in her sister instead. Jane found her beloved husband in the grasps of her older sister and fled away to her dear friend, Elizabeth's estate. Jane still loved her husband and she couldn't divorce him because of the stigma in society.
Queen Elizabeth became her reign and the Golden age in England began after her half-sister's tyranny. Jane was extremely blessed and happy when her best friend finally had the chance to ascend the throne after years of being called an illegitimate child and being oppressed by her father because of her late mother. The Queen appointed her friend as the Mistress of the Robes, a senior position in the royal household. She played a crucial role in her coronation and was in charge of her clothing and jewelry. Her other duties included being in charge of the rotation of the other lady-in-waitings. Jane enjoyed this time period because of the growing nationalism, explorations and the flourishing of the arts, her favorite moment was watching Shakespeare's opening of Romeo and Juliet. Jane outlived her family members and her husband and served the Queen until her death. Queen Elizabeth's health deteriorated because of the deaths of her close friends and Jane gave her old friend's hand a tight squeeze as she passed away. When her senior advisor announced King James I of England, Jane knew that her time in England was over as she sailed away in search of a new life.
Jane traveled around the world and lived in one spot until she thought it was time to leave, battling monsters left and right. She worked as a cook during the Thirty Years' War, disturbed at the violence and massive amount of deaths at the cause of different religions. Watched the execution of King Louis and Marie Antoinette, Watched as men dressed up as Native Americans to threw chests of tea in the Boston Harbor, the defeat of England at Yorktown, the white army versus the red army, all these important moments in history. Her heart broke for the hundredth time, as civilians and soldiers died in both of the World Wars. Her distaste for Olympians grew as she saw millions die at the expense of them, poor mortals that had no idea, dying.
For the last few decades, Jane resided in New York City because of the rise of culture like fashion, business, music and high-tech. She lived quietly, doing extensive research on the Greek gods and practiced her swordsmanship whenever she was able to. One day, she received an invitation from Heinrich to join the Broken Covenant and become the leader of Ortu Justitiae, living for centuries while sharpening her skills and powers had made her a benefit.
