Personality[]
Jasper is a prideful person passionate about what he believes in. He's mischieveous and playful, loving to tease people. Jasper is glib tongued and a smart aleck. He's very much a leo in personality, arrogant at times but warm hearted. Jasper loves bright colors and a flamboyant person. Although, his personality is very subtle when first meeting him.
History[]
Parents Meet[]
His parents met when Meng ZiXia, his mother paid a visit to relatives in Brooklyn, New York. Zeus caught sight off her while observing the mortal world and approached her in the form of a handsome, blonde and blue eyed
young man. His mother has the ability to see through the mist and is the descendant of 2 demigods who are the son of Ares and daughter of Hecate. This led her to have a hunch on who he is. Meng ZiXia loves extreme sports and works as a lawyer, which is in line which one of the things Zeus rules over as a god. In times, the god helps his mother with her case and other times, does extreme sports with her. Meng ZiXia eventually fell in love with him.
Childhood[]
Jasper was born a little after Zeus left her and he was named JunYao because like Jasper himself, Meng ZiXia is a flashy person so she give a flashy name. His leave also solidfy Meng ZiXia's hunch on Zeus being a god, slightly accepting his leave in her heart. (Actually I'm a flashy person, that's why) As a child, he learns swordplay from his martial arts craze Grandfather and tai kwon do because of personal interest. Like his mother, he shows great interest in extreme sports. Jasper's childhood has been full of his mother and grandparents being overly protective.
First Monster Attack[]
His first monster attack is when he was 9 years old and at the time of the event, Jasper was carrying his family heirloom, a long sword made of celestial bronze named JunChi which came in handy. The sword is a weapon left by the demigod couple for later generations. It was an reptilian monster standing on it's hind legs. Jasper thought of himself as some hero from a xianxia novel and went head on to fight the monster. He succeeded in injuring the monster, but that's all. It only anger the reptilian, which Jasper came to realize. Before running away, he manage blinded the monster and escape afterwards.
Going to Camp[]
When he was sixteen, Jasper meet the satyr, Vines who informed him of his identity. At the time, he had just moved to New York 2 months prior. Vines convinced Jasper to go to Camp and he agreed thinking back to all those monster attacks. They were attacked half way however, by a harpy. The battle with the monster led Jasper to learn who his dad is by him killing it by bolts of lightning. From then, they got to camp safely.
