History

David Carleson was a mortal that can see through the mist whom was well aware of the world of demigods thanks to his family .He swore never to get into the demigod business until he attended a party with his friends. He was with his friends playing truth and dare oblivious of those around them. The game went on as usual when suddenly one of them dared him to kiss the first girl he saw. David bravely accepted the dare and went out and kissed the first girl he saw. Afterwards he explained and situation and offered the girl take her out to show how sorry he was. While they were out the girl introduced herself as Anna and they realized how much in common they had thus talked to each other for hours. Both enjoyed each other’s company as they began to see each other for months before deciding to take it to the next level. Sadly for David that was the last time he saw Anna whom left him afterwards. David was devastated thus to cheer him up his friend brought him to Black Lagoon's Bar out of town where they had more than a few drinks. While they were drinking someone suddenly started a bar fight thus both david and his friend exited the bar. Both extremely drunk noticed a police car and one of the police car's door was open so they went up to the police car, hot wire the car and drove off with Tora still inside. It didn't take long for them to notice the extra passenger, and once that happen he began to sober up pretty fast. Since it dawned on him that he had now just kidnapped a kid. David then asked Tora where her parents were. Tora refuse to tell him, since she wasn't allowed to talk to stranger. David did get annoyed, but he got an idea and then introduced himself by telling her a fake name. Which Tora didn't by it, and after several attempt David crack and told Tora his real name, which at this point she told him her name. At this point when David asked where her parents were, she told him everything about being an orphan and how the orphanage was planing on transferring her to another one. He felt bad for the girl, and David new that they had to get rid of vehicle, and leave the town with the girl as he hoped she can fill the void of Anna leaving him. David was wrong as after 9 months Anna did came back but with a baby. Anna explained that she was actually Persephone and couldn’t stay.She also told David everything and asked him to take care of the baby whom he named Joselyn . David did his best taking care of both until he met up with his family. He and his family decided to split them up for safety. They decided they would each take their own children and move away from each other. They made this decision to keep them safe. The parents did not want to lose their kids, so they decided not to send them to Camp. The family gave their hugs and said their goodbyes and went their separate ways, trying to get as far away from each other as possible. David brought both Tora and Joselyn to Toronto, Canada where he started a business there in hope for a brand new start .For the next year after separating from his family he tried his best to forget everything by pushing the thought in the back of his mind and concentrate on both Tora and Joselyn. Both Joselyn and tora grew up happily together until Joselyn’s powers started to show. David was worried about this as he thought that this might endanger Tora as he was unaware she herself was also a demigod thus decided to give her up for adoption. David convince himself it was for the better and started to train young Joselyn in controlling her powers by selling his business and buying a farm a bit far from the city. David took a few workers which unknown to him were demigods. Joselyn adapted well to it and loved being with there being surrounded by everyone that loved her until someone moved into a house nearby David’s farm. David trying to be nice took joselyn to visit the new neighbor but they were shunned. David taking the rejection moved on but joselyn whom never heard of the word no all her life continued to go. Each time she went the new neighbor continued to shoo her off ignoring everyone’s words whom told her to stop. Soon enough after much try the stubborn neighbor finally gave up and open her doors for young joselyn. She was a prickly old woman whom was suffering from heart failure and dementia who didn’t want anyone to bother her as she slowly rot away as she wanted a peaceful death. Sadly her plan didn’t go well when joselyn entered her life where she actually made it brighter. Joselyn brought soo much to her life that she even gave her the nickname joy as when her eyes was failing her she was the one to give her some hope. Reunion In the reunion the Carleson family was telling each other stories about their lives, jokes, and playing around. It did not stay happy for long, when a crazy lady walked slowly from trees and started to attack Matieus. Tora ran up to them and pushed the woman off who then attacked Tora. The lady killed Tora and then it seemed like she came to her senses and she ran away. The family was shaken up and did not know what to do about Tora and Matieus. To make matters worse a group of Scythian Dracanae came out of the trees and started to attack. The adults started to fight them off with weapons that had morphed from watches, rings, and pens, but the kids had no idea what to do. The adults were holding them off but not doing much. A shadow then passed over head. Above them were Pegasi! When they landed teenagers jumped off and started to fight. After about 10 minutes there were many piles of golden dust. The teenagers told the kids they needed to get to Camp Half-Blood. So they took them to camp were they were now reside. They found out that the woman who attacked them was Maya Jenson, a past camper.

Powers Offensive Children of Persephone have the ability to shoot multiple rose thorns out from their hands which can inflict pain on their opponents and distract them. Defensive Children of Persephone can turn inanimate objects into a flowers for a short time, this can be used for a multitude of purposes. The larger the object the more draining it is. Children of Persephone have the ability to create a massive wall of flowers, roughly two to three times the size of the user, as a shield, although will instantly begin to die away following its creation. Passive (Spring/Summer Only) They are able to communicate with animals. (Fall/Winter Only) They can communicate with the dead. Children of Persephone have the innate ability to talk flowers to life, either making them grow more quickly or bringing them back from a recent death. Can create flowers from nothing, but they only last for a short time, and the larger the flower the more drain on the user. In the Fall/Winter Months only they are able to travel into the Underworld freely, as their mother resides there Supplementary In the spring/summer months they can create travel roses, in the fall/winter months they can shadow travel. 3 Months After Character is Made Children of Persephone, can summon ivy in order to bind others within their embrace for a short time. 6 Months After Character is Made Children of Persephone are able to manipulate the growth in a small area around them/near them to suddenly become over grown upwards of 2 to 3 times taller than the size of the user, this can be used to conceal themselves from an enmy or to hinder an enemies advance 9 Months After Character is Made Children of Persephone can summon large plants in the vacinity to come alive and either attack or traps someone within their embrace, the hold over the plants only lasts for a short time and the user is incapaciatated while they are controlling them Traits Children of Persephone retain a youthful appearance for longer than most, this starts around the age of 12 Children of Persephone are generally happier in the spring and summer months, and more solemn/melancholy in the fall and winter months.

She's a happy go lucky kid and goes everywhere with her camera,She loved to make people do funny poses and say wierd words.She also have 3 Camera's that been altered by her father's worker(whom is a child of hephaestus) one is an isntant camera (that she love) which can give you photo's instantly, Her digital camera and her photograher camera.After taking the photo she will gives you cookie crazy coments like "you should do this etc" but will keep the photos.She never heard the word no in her life so if you do say it to her she'll hear the words "ok later" rather than "no". She trust people soo easily and she will believe anything that people say.She will also tell a few lies without she knowing it herself as her dad's workers somewhat told her stufft. She's quite laid back but knows when to take responsibility.Has a very positive outlook on life and nothing can stop her even if you give her bad coments as she lives in her won terms on making each day worth it.If she's is in any problem she'll change her perpective and ignore those harsh coments.She's pretty smart and can speak a few language...
