Madeline Beauregard is not aligned to anyone. While she might reside with the Broken Covenant, she only decided to do this base purely off the fact that she believes it the most beneficial place for her to be. She trust no one and for the most part, while she can keep a decent conversation, keeps everyone at arms length. However, this distant nature should most definitely not be mistaken as a weakness, for she might be scare to let anyone close to her heart, Madeline is a fierce women who would defend herself and the people who have managed to break past her walls with everything she has.
(Will develop the rest in Rp tbh)
There was nothing special about the meeting of Hades and Marie Beauregard. Marie was a mortal blessed with the true sight, having the potential to become an oracle at that, and because of this - Hades pursued her. With the goal of bedding the women, weather it be for love or lust, Hades made his way to the mortal realm and let just say, he used some of his magic and in less than four months, Madeline was born. Of course, just like any other story, Hades left, leaving Marie with an explanation to who he was and what their daughter would turn out to be. Though, even Hades wouldn't know what destiny had in store for his daughter.
After the departure of Hades, Marie obviously chose to keep her child but, unlike the god - Marie had fallen madly in love and missed him dearly. So much so that she became obsessed with a mission to find him once again and be his wife. Of course, that'd never happen and through the years of Madeline's growth - she was forced to watch her mother slowly drift away. In health and in a mental state. It even went to the point to where Marie hired a maid to watch after her daughter and take care of her. This maid taking Madeline to school and field trips and anything else you might think of. Madeline was forced to grow up without her mother and in a way, it slowly tore away at her - making her feel saddened. It wasn't until the demigoddess 12th birthday that Marie stopped her search for her divine lover and chose to pay attention to Madeline. Though this was mainly based off the fact that Madeline was beginning to show signs of seeing futures - an ability Marie herself had to some extent and also the fact that her daughter had been attacked by a harpy at this point.
It was when Madeline was on a field trip with her Nanny. The beast showed up out of no where and while pour little Madeline had no idea what was happening her so called Nanny, Julia, did. Julia had summoned a Celestial Bronze bo-staff and with ease, she fought the beast off - turning it into a pile a golden dust. Madeline, who had a vague dream of these events, was shocked, to say the least. Though, didn't she see two monsters in her dream? and almost on Q, another harpy swooped down from above Julia and struck her dead, though not before Julia could get her hit in as well and killing off the second Harpy. The daughter of Hades was devastated to see her nanny, who so happened to be a cloud nymph, die right in front of her. What in the world was going on and why hadn't anyone stop and try to help? Did they not just see a women get killed by a horrific beast? or perhaps the just witnessed a young lady being taken away by policemen, perhaps they only saw a crime seen that was already there and everyone was trying their best to avoid it. Either way, Madeline was asked no questions and in the end was taken home as if nothing happened, which both angered and saddened the girl.
It was here that Marie began care for her daughter and told her the truth of her true heritage - even explaining her potential as an oracle, though that wasn't something set in stone. Madeline didn't care for any of the information though, all she cared for was her mother and that she was now paying attention to her. While no one would be able to replace Julia, Madeline's own mother was pretty close to do so. It took years and years but, her and her mother finally mended things and while they were attacked by the occasional monster, Madeline with the help of her mother was able to get by them.
Things took a turn for the worst though when Madeline reached her 17 year of living. It was yet again another monster attack but, this time things weren't going so well. The beast was something known as a cyclopes and it was far to much for the two of them alone, at least at their skill level and as a result, Marie was killed. Just like before, Madeline was heart broken and more so since she saw the details play out in a dream the night before. She had just wrote it off as another bad dream but, now that bad dream was a reality. It took what seemed like forever for the battle to end and Madeline hadn't even killed off the beast, she simply found a way to out run it and get away - leaving her mother's dead body behind.
In a blur of desperation and anxiety, Madeline ran home, gathered her things and went on the run - leaving her old life behind. It was here that she met someone that she'd yet again grow close to and who knows, perhaps she'd lose him as well? His name was Jared Montgomery and he too was a demigod, though he was more highly trained than Madeline do to going to camp ever summer. He was a son of Ares and the two met somewhere along the way, the detail not being important the only thing needed to know was that the two decided to travel together.
Exactly one year later, Madeline and Jared had been traveling here and there but, made it back to New York - Madeline finally deciding to give Camp Half-Blood a chance. For the time being though, to duo had decided to set up campin the woods and make the rest of the journey in the morning. However thing didn't go exactly as Madeline had planned. You see, despite what you might have assumed, Madeline and Jared hadn't done anything sexual with each other. For Madeline this wasn't a problem considering she saw Jared a close friend but, seems for Jared that wasn't enough. Despite protest from the daughter of Hades, the ares child forced himself upon her and stole her virginity -leaving her behind just after. Madeline was more angry that sad, how dare he think that was him to take. Rather than feel sorry for herself, she instead wanted revenge and sought it out by follow him but, Jared was no where to be found. Instead, Madeline came across a BC member who convinced her to join they're ranks.
It was here that she told them of her abilities and was made the Oracle of Oropos, being handed down the power from the previous oracle who decided to step down and leave.
