Micarrison [ Micah | Harrison ]

  • Harrison: It wasn't often that the two of them were able to go on dates so, whenever they did, Harrison always made sure to cherish them. It wasn't because they had an aversion to them or anything, just neither minded anything more than being in each other's company. Having gone to the heart of New Athens for a meal, the two were now strolling in the town's park, taking in the fresh air. "You would've thought the Gods could've made this place a little warmer," Harrison said with a little laugh, "It's still too cold."
  • Micah: While Micah loved nothing more than staying home and spending quality time with Harrison, he couldn't deny that he also loved going out with his boyfriend and acting like a normal couple for once. Thankfully, New Athens provided that kind of normal lifestyle outside of camp life and what the pair were accustomed to on Olympus. Walking through the park at night, fingers intertwined with Harrison's, there was a faint tingling in his heart due to the curse Psyche placed on him so long ago. What was once a crippling pain, was now barely noticeable and really only served now as a symbol of the love Micah had for the mortios. "You do realize winter basically just finished right? That and it's night time, why would you expect it to be warm?"
  • Harrison: Harrison always made sure to give Micah's hand that was held in his own a soft squeeze every now and then; years of being tormented with being so close to him yet so far had made the mortios a little protective of his lover. "Because I like being warm," Harrison said with a shrug, "Maybe it's the mortios in me, but I hate feeling cold. It's too... morgue-like."
  • Micah: Like clockwork, with each time that Harrison squeezed his hand, Micah reciprocated it and even rubbed his thumb against the Harrison's. "Well that took a very morbid and dark turn." Micah responded with a slight laugh. "You could just reference I don't know... the winter? A bit less dark."
  • Harrison: Harrison smiled a little as Micah showed him the micro acts of affection. It was a nice reminder that they were together, especially after all they had been through. "I could and, if I was an ice or snow spirit, I might've," Harrison said with a shrug as he looked at Micah and smiled. "You know death is a go to thought of mine - kinda comes with being a mortios."
  • Micah: "Trust me, I know death is your go to. That's why I balance you out so much, you know, give you some light spirit thoughts and whatnot." He said teasingly, "Maybe that's why we're so perfect together. I get to cheer that gloomy mind of yours up a bit with my light personality."
  • Harrison: "Maybe that's what you do," Harrison said with a little laugh before shrugging, "I don't really know." He listened along to what Micah said, rolling his eyes a little as he laughed again. "Don't big up your role too much there."
  • Micah: "Are you trying to say I'm not that important to you? That's so rude to be honest." Micah humphed jokingly, giving Harrison's hand a squeeze just to reassure the mortios that he was joking. "Maybe we could go to the park for a little bit? I have a blanket in my backpack, we could lay in the grass and watch the stars for a bit."
  • Harrison: "If you weren't that important to me, would I stick by you all the time?" Harrison asked with a raised eyebrow before he laughed, squeezing Micah's hand back. "Oh, that works for me," He said with a smile, "We could see a shooting star or something - don't mortals find that cute?"
  • Micah: "That could be true, or it could all just be one elaborate ploy crafted by you. Who's to say that isn't the case?" He said, having fun teasing the mortios. "I mean, I guess so. But I've never done it before so I guess it'll be a first for both of us."
  • Harrison: "You know I don't have the patience to stick to something that long for the sake of a joke or something," Harrison said with a laugh, leaning into Micah slightly. "Oh? You never watched the stars? I thought you were the one teaching me how to not be so... macabre."
  • Micah: "I know that, but you also go to any length to tease me so I wouldn't put anything passed you." As Harrison leaned against him, Micah leaned into him as well in order to properly balance himself and Harrison. "I am here to teach you how to be less macabre, but that doesn't mean I've experienced everything."
  • Harrison: "I mean, that is true, but can't I just enjoy your company for once without plotting to play a prank?" Harrison asked with a smile, leaning up and pecking Micah on the cheek. "Oh. That's true. Did you never watch the stars at all then? Not as a young mortal?"
  • Micah: "I guess you can, it'd be nice for me to not have to keep my guard up trying to look out for your next prank on me." He was joking, really. When he was with Harrison his guard couldn't be any lower and his sights were solely focused on the mortios. "Nope, though I didn't really get the chance. I was drafted young and, you know..." He said as his voice trailed off, the subject of how he died still really touchy for Micah.
  • Harrison: "You sound like you quite enjoy worrying about when I'll strike next," Harrison said with a laugh, "Sleep with one eye open tonight, babe." Harrison's mood seemed to darken a little, much like it did whenever they spoke about the historical event the two had in common. Between it intrinsically being the reason of his creation and what had killed Micah, Harrison often felt strongly about it. "I see." He pursed his lips for a few seconds before exhaling, not wanting the mood of their entire date to change. "I guess that means we'll both need to imagine how mortals do it, huh?"
  • Micah: Micah nodded his head, seemingly understanding that his boyfriend didn't want to bring the mood down with the topic. In order to try and bring the mood back up, Micah jumped back in with his cheerfulness. "Well it shouldn't be that hard. It's just laying down in the grass on a blanket and looking up at the stars."

Saeto [ Aito | Saeryun ]

  • Saeryun: After a night of escapades, Saeryun woke up early in the morning. That was unusual for him, given he was often a heavy sleeper, but attributed it to being aware of the other presence in his room. Standing up, clad in boxers, he walked to the window and looked outside. He didn't aim to wake up Aito if need be and, instead, decided to take some time for himself as the other stirred - whenever that would be.
  • Aito: This was maybe the third time Aito had fallen asleep in Saeryun's bed since they started sleeping with each other. For some that may be a red flag, but for Aito it didn't mean much. He enjoyed the company and benefits Saeryun provided and if Saeryun enjoyed Aito being with him as well, he saw no reason why him spending the night was a bad thing. About thirty minutes after Saeryun had woken up, Aito began to stir himself with the sun shining in and violently attacking his eyes. Groaning, he hid under the blankets.
  • Saeryun: Saeryun enjoyed the peace and quiet, tending to some of the plants in his room. When he heard the other groan, he cracked a smile and laughed. Though he didn't make any movement towards the bed, he lent against the windowsill. "Not wanting to get up?"
  • Aito: From underneath the covers, Aito shook his head. He was certain Saeryun wasn't going to be able to see it, but regardless he did anyways. "No, no I do not want to get up."
  • Saeryun: Whilst Saeryun couldn't see the exact head shake, he figured from the rustling of the bed sheets and what little movement he could see of the blankets, he figured as much would be happening. Laughing lightly as he made his way back over to the bed, sitting on the edge, he smiled. "That's a little lazy, huh? Especially when it's midday..."
  • Aito: Hearing that it was midday was rather alarming to the son of Oizys, evident by the way he shot up right away. Hair a touch messy in just the most handsome of ways. "It's midday?" He asked, clearly shocked. He wasn't sure if he was surprised more so that he slept that long, or that Saeryun let him sleep so long in his bed. "Why didn't you wake me?"
  • Saeryun: "You always get annoyed at me when I wake you up early," Saeryun said with a shrug as he was a little started at how quickly Aito reacted. "I thought you didn't want me to do that?"
  • Aito: "I'll have you know that you've only had to wake me up a couple of times. I'm just not a morning person, but I'd be lying if I said waking up and seeing a handsome guy didn't help smooth things over."
  • Saeryun: "First of all, it's been more than a couple of times that I've had to wake you up," Saeryun said with a laugh, shaking his head. "Second of all, glad I can be some good eye candy for when you wake up - I aim to please."
  • Aito: "Who's keeping count? I know I'm not." Aito said dismissively before reaching out for Saeryun to join him back in the other's bed. "What's the point in just being eye candy when you can be so much more than that?"
  • Saeryun: "Maybe I am," Saeryun mused with a hum as he took Aito's hand and let himself be pulled onto the bed. "That's very true but I do have duties to fulfil...."
  • Aito: Smirking at being able to get Saeryun back in to bed, Aito gave Saeryun's lips a quick peck. "I have duties to fulfil as well, but I also have needs to be fulfilled." For the most part, Aito was joking, but he also wouldn't say no to anything that would arise.
  • Saeryun: Saeryun kissed Aito back before rolling his eyes slightly. "You're so predictable," Saeryun said as he booped Aito's nose, laughing a little. "You can have your needs fulfilled later - first I need to get ready for the day..."
  • Aito: Aito couldn't help but smile at Saeryun kissing him back, not noticing the son of Demeter rolling his eyes. "And what about it? You haven't complained about it before." Aito quipped back as he sat up more and looked at Saeryun longingly. "Does that involve you getting dressed? Because that would be a real shame."
  • Saeryun: "Unless I want to go and give an address to Alexander and the other counsellors in my boxers then, yeah, it means I need to get dressed," Saeryun said with a little laugh, flashing a smirk at Aito. "Ever think about anything but sex?"
  • Aito: "I mean, that'd be kind of hot if you ask me. You just walking around in your boxers? I think everyone would thank you." He paused for a second, feigning thinking about his answer. "Not really, is that a bad thing?"

Ryeau [ Ryder | Beau ]

  • Ryder: Having come back to Camp from their honeymoon, it'd been a while since Ryder had seen Beau out and about on camp grounds. Between training the new campers and working out the logistics of defence with Alexander, he had barely any time to himself. That afternoon, however, he had some hours to kill and texted Beau to meet him at the lake. With him, he had a small basket full of small finger foods and just wanted to enjoy time with his husband.
  • Beau: Beau not nearly as busy as Ryder was to say the least. Granted he wasn't in charge of defence like the Ares cabin was, so really he just had to keep his cabin in line and make sure nobody got into trouble. Relieved when Ryder was finally able to spend time with him, Beau made his way to the lake as fast as he could to meet Ryder. "You finally made time for your husband, huh?" He teased as he bent down behind Ryder to hug him from behind.
  • Ryder: "It's either I take some time away from you now and have Camp be safe or, next time we're attacked, we all die," Ryder said with a little laugh as he placed his hands over Beau's, keeping his husband close. He turned around and let his arms swing loosely around Beau's neck. "I could take this time to sleep but, no, I'm spending it with you. That should mean something."
  • Beau: "It means everything obviously, why else do you think I actually showed up?" He responded before moving so he could sit down beside Ryder. "How did the camp security meeting go? Is everything alright?"
  • Ryder: "You say that as if you wouldn't show up anyways," Ryder said with a little laugh, resting his head on Beau's shoulder as his husband moved down to sit beside him. "Good, nothing too much to worry about. New campers being inexperienced is a pain but, hey, what can we do? Gotta train them somehow."
  • Beau: "I absolutely would have shown up anyways, and what about it?" He responded in a similar fashion to Ryder before laughing alongside him. "So it sounds like any other day really." Beau said before giving the top of Ryder's head a gentle peck. "I hope them needing to be trained doesn't take you away from me more often though."
  • Ryder: "Hopefully not," Ryder said, though his tone seemed to be devoid of optimism at that scenario. "I just need to make sure they know the basics - then I can send them to their own counsellors and have them be trained on powers and stuff." He shrugged. He didn't mind doing it but it did impede on his personal life. "And this is before summer rolls around too..."
  • Beau: Beau sighed a bit at Ryder's last sentence, he couldn't really complain because it was the other's job. It just kind of sucked when all Beau wanted to do was spend time with his husband. "Then you'll have to train the new summer batch as well which is going to suck..."
  • Ryder: Ryder contemplated it for a bit before he lent in and planted a soft kiss against Beau's cheek. "Maybe I can offload some of the work onto Theia? I'm sure she wouldn't mind..."
  • Beau: "I think Princess Theia can handle a few extra tasks here or there, I'm sure she'll manage. She seems like she'd be a romantic who would want us to spend time together." He was joking, for the most part, not knowing Theia really he was more hopeful than anything.
  • Ryder: "I'll ask her about that," Ryder said with a chuckle, leaning against Beau slightly, "I'm sure she wouldn't mind - I know she takes pride in being one of the more... competent lieutenants I have. I'm jealous you have a great lieutenant."
  • Beau: With Ryder leaning against him, Beau reciprocated and met the other half way. Leaning his head against Ryder's, Beau went through some of the food Ryder had prepared till he found something he wanted. "I lucked out with Vicki, but we've also been working side by side since Cybele's cabin was built so we've ironed out any issues that may have come up."
  • Ryder: "That's true," He mused with a hum, "Sometimes I wish I was that lucky but, I think, Theia's the best one I've had so far." He shrugged and sighed. "In any case, I'm sure she's fine with me taking some time off to spend it with you... She better be, at least."

"If she doesn't want to step in for a bit so we can spend time together, I'll just scare her into it by showing up on Ares' cabin door step as a lion."
  • Ryder: "Maybe that's the gauge us two need to have with how competent my lieutenants are; how much have I complained about them to you?" Ryder laughed, thinking that it wasn't a bad way to do things. "That sounds like a good plan - though you look extra cuddly when you're a lion, but that could just be me..." He laughed again as he moved in to cuddle against Beau, sighing contently.
  • Beau: "I mean I think that makes the most sense as to how we should rank them. You've complained so much about some past ones that it's only fitting we use that to rank them." Rolling his eyes jokingly, Beau nudged Ryder gently. "That's just because you've never seen me get angry as a lion."

Rian [ River | Cian ]

  • River: One of the favourite dates that he and Cian did - and among his favourite activities they did prior to them becoming lovers - was movie night. There was something so warming and wholesome about snuggling up to the person you liked, eating popcorn and sweets as you watched some movie. River, obviously, was partial to some musical or comedy but, so long as Cian was there, could watch pretty much anything. He hummed as he pottered around Cian's room, making sure everything was where it should be. Remote? Check. Popcorn? Check. Confectionery? Check. All he had to do was wait for Cian to return with their drinks and things could get started.
  • Cian: While still being something the pair did just as friends, Cian had to admit that movie nights post becoming boyfriends was a lot different. For one, while the pair cuddled regardless and thought nothing of it romantically, now there was a lot more meaning when River was in Cian's arms. Having brought his mattress, sheets, and blankets closer to the television in order for it to give off more of a cinema vibe, Cian returned with drinks. A sprite for himself and a fanta for River. "I know I already said it before I left, but we really don't have to watch a horror movie if you don't want to. Just because I like them doesn't mean you have to watch with me."
  • River: River shrugged as he smiled warmly at Cian. "I don't mind!" In all honesty, River abhorred horror films but had learnt to exhibit a sense of numbness when it came to them. Some of the things he experienced himself topped whatever the films had to offer and he had to remind himself that sometimes. Moving closer to Cian so he could get his fanta, he shrugged again. "You watch dumb musicals for me, so I can watch some horror for you."
  • Cian: "Are you sure? I don't want you to be scared for the entire night again like you were last time... You know how bad I felt when you couldn't even sleep without getting scared." Cian truthfully couldn't take another musical this week, they'd watched three already and it was only Wednesday. Cian couldn't do another, but he also didn't want to scare River to death again.
  • River: "I'll be fine, we're staying here tonight, right? I'll just cuddle you and force you to cuddle back," River said with a cheeky smile. Sure he was worried that he'd be scared for a week straight but he knew how much Cian disliked musicals and, after all, a relationship was about give or take. "I should be fine."
  • Cian: "Yeah we're staying in." Cian responded before rolling his eyes teasingly. "Oh please, as if you have to force me to cuddle you back." Making sure he was comfortable so they could start sooner rather than later – knowing the darker it was the more scared River would get — he patted the bed beside him for River to join before grabbing some of the snacks. "I'll protect you of any ghosts, don't worry."
  • River: River looked apprehensively at the spot next to Cian. It took him a few seconds before he sat down next to Cian and smiled, resting his head on his boyfriend's shoulder. "That's true... you do like all your cuddles. And thanks, make sure they eat you first."
  • Cian: "You have nothing to be scared of, trust me. This one is my psychological rather than ghosts or anything like that, so there might just be some jump scares. But don't worry, I've got you."
  • River: River nodded as he snuggled into Cian a bit more, wrapping an arm around the other's midsection. "As long as you make sure nothing's gonna get me then I'll be fine," He said as he nuzzled his face into Cian's neck, "Otherwise you'll need to get me ice cream as an apology."
  • Cian: "I can promise you, nothing's getting passed me to get to you. If anything does try it, I'll just blast them in the face with some ice or snow or something." A few seconds later, Cian had clicked the TV remote button to turn it and subsequently the movie as well. Once setting the remote down on the nightstand, Cian pulled River in closer and moved in to whisper into River's ear. "I'll get you ice cream regardless."
  • River: "That's a very menacing threat," River said with a laugh, "A snowball to the face." He was only joking; he knew how deadly it could be... a few play fights with Cian had taught him that. With being shuffled closer, River was content despite what they were watching. "Wow, so nice, what did I do to deserve you, hm?"
  • Cian: "Hey, all I'd have to do is put a little ice into that snowball and it could easily break somebody's nose. I think that's pretty threatening." He knew for the most part that River was joking, but he wanted to seem comforting and strong in front of River. "I don't know, maybe it's just because you're so damn cute that I feel the need to spoil you."
  • River: "That is true..." River said as he mulled on the words for a bit before smiling, "But you're too nice to do that to anyone, so..." He laughed before rolling his eyes as he nudged Cian. "I'll have you know that you're the damn cute one here."
  • Cian: "I'm nice to you. You've seen me get pretty mad playing video games, I feel like I could easily flip that into protection mode and bop someone in the face with an ice ball." With being called cute, Cian purposely tried to look tough. "I'm the hot e-boy type," the words felt gross saying. "You're my cute baby of a boyfriend."
  • River: "Maybe you can," River said with a shrug, "But that involves them riling you up as much as Isabelle killing you in Smash Bros." Upon seeing Cian toughen up slightly, River laughed as he nudged him lightly. "Hot e-boy? Never say that again if you want me to continue being your cute baby of a boyfriend." He was joking but, really, he could go without hearing Cian say it again.
  • Cian: "Listen. It isn't fair that she can just use her fishing rod and yeet you off the platform with no chance of recovery." Just talking about it got him annoyed, remembering the countless times River has just abused the fishing rod move on him. "I'll keep that in mind though."

Dakota & Erin [ Dakota | Erin ]

  • Erin: Erin had gone to the Poseidon cabin at the request of Dakota. The two weren't dating officially but had been pretty much exclusive for the longest time. She had little idea on what he wanted - presuming it was nothing more than their regular mini-dates in his room - and thus she had no reason to suspect that there was anything amiss. Knocking on the door of the Poseidon cabin, she bounced on her feet slightly.
  • Dakota: For the most part, Dakota and Erin were dating. Once Erin had a toothbrush in Poseidon's Cabin there was no way Dakota could deny they were unofficially dating. It was just a matter of them making things official. Which was in truth, frighting. Especially because it wouldn't just be making things official between him and Erin but also between him and Erin's sons. The idea was scary to Dakota and truthfully why he had pushed it off for so long. Having finally decided he should grow a pair however, Dakota invited Erin over. Having been in the common area of the cabin, Dakota was quick to open the door for Erin.
  • Erin: Erin was a little shocked at how quickly Dakota opened the door for her, evident by her smile and airy laugh. "That eager to see me?" She asked, a toothy grin on her face.
  • Dakota: Laughing a bit at Erin, he shrugged. "I guess so. It definitely didn't have anything to do with the fact that I was only a few feet away in the common room." He laughed again, stepping aside so Erin could come inside.
  • Erin: "Again, eager much?" She giggled as she walked inside. She'd been inside of the Poseidon cabin so many times that it seemed a second home. In her opinion, at least, it was much more homely than the nymph sanctuary. "I guess I'd be just as eager too."
  • Dakota: "Would you have rather me let you stand here waiting for five minutes while I fumbled around unprepared?" He challenged jokingly, knowing Erin was just joking around with him as well.
  • Erin: Erin laughed a little before shrugging. "It'd be funny to see, that's for sure." She couldn't remember many times where Dakota was unprepared so, as it were, seeing him fumble around could be amusing.
  • Dakota: "That's where you're wrong though," he said as the pair were walking towards Dakota's room. "You wouldn't get to see it because you wouldn't have been let in as early as you were. See, when I put it into perspective me being fast was a good thing."
  • Erin: "I think you're just trying to cover yourself at this point," She said with another laugh, smiling at Dakota. "One day I'll catch you unprepared, just wait."

Rocky & Tatiana [ Rocky | Tatiana ]

  • Rocky: Rocky bit his lip a little as he and Tatiana was led out on a blanket, watching the stars overhead. With one hand holding her's, he felt truly content in the world. Still, there had been something that had been playing on his mind. What would happen if they did have a child together? The very reason that they had tried to be removed from one another's life before. He always wondered and, now as they stood the Matriarch and Patriarch of the love nymph species, the curiosity had double-folded. Still, he never knew how to bring it up. Wanting to say something, he instead sighed contently, just enjoying what was going on.
  • Tatiana: Tatiana was always the observant type. It was her specialty really, observing those around her and picking up on the slight mannerisms they displayed. For being someone that was created rather than born, she was smart. But then again she's had decades of experience as well as the help of Athena. The romantic atmosphere surrounding her and Rocky was enough for anyone to be lost in the stars, but the second Tatiana heard the sigh coming from Rocky she turned her head. "Is everything okay?"
  • Rocky: Rocky shrugged as Tatiana asked him, unsure on if he should come clean with the thoughts he had been having for the past knows how long. "If I said something, you'd promise to take me seriously - right?"
  • Tatiana: Figuring something was up with the way Rocky was acting, Tatiana sat up and looked at the other. "Of course I wouldn't... What's on your mind?"
  • Rocky: With the affirmation that he'd be taken seriously, Rocky nodded as he bit his lip. He sighed as he finally mustered the courage to say what he wanted to say. "Have you ever thought.... what would happen if we had a kid?"
  • Tatiana: Tatiana was at first taken back by what Rocky had asked. Followed by a look of minor confusion growing across her facial features. "As in a kid like us?" She asked, meaning in reference to that of their very own species, "Or like... a baby?"
  • Rocky: Rocky shrugged, a little unnerved by the look of confusion on Tatiana's face. "Either or... I guess." He didn't know the details of them having a child. Could they? Or were they incapable?
  • Tatiana: After thinking about it rather briefly, Tatiana shrugged nonchalantly. "I can't say I haven't thought about it before... I don't know it's kind of something I've never imagined being plausible. I don't know if we even could."
  • Rocky: "I mean... are we physically unable to?" He wondered if that was the case. It wouldn't surprise him; Aphrodite could be thorough when she wanted to be. "Or like... do you not want to?"
  • Tatiana: "I'm not sure, I'm not necessarily sure what Aphrodite would think of it seeing as we're meant to the the patriarch and matriarch for everyone else like us..." She thought for a second, wondering about the possibility for a few moments. "I'd want to don't get me wrong, but is it even possible?..."

Enzo & Lexi [ Enzo | Lexi ]

  • Enzo: With Camp beginning to warm up again thanks to summer, Enzo had been making the most of it. From training outside to swimming in the lake, he was happy to be out and about as opposed to staying in doors to shield himself from the cold. After having gone swimming in the lake, he made his way to the Aphrodite Cabin. Whilst he and Lexi were by no means dating, they had been close to it for the past few years. He hoped to ask her on a date and solidify things and make them official.
  • Lexi: The summer for Lexi meant more time to go to the beach. Sure she loved the cute looks she was able to display during the colder months, but nothing beat the heat at Camp Half-Blood. Besides she could only talk to so many campers about fall fashion before getting bored herself. Plus, during the summer most of the older male campers walked around shirtless which was always a treat. Despite looking at everyone, she really only had eyes for Enzo. Lexi was out on the porch currently watering the many flowers Aphrodite's cabin tried to take care off. She certainly didn't have the green thumb of a Demeter child, that was for sure.
  • Enzo: As Enzo approached the Aphrodite cabin and saw Lexi outside, he felt a little happier knowing he didn't know he had to go inside. Though he loved the cabin and appreciated it, he found that some of Lexi's siblings could be a little promiscuous and attempted to persuade him to do things with him instead of her. Though he was sure it was all in good fun, he could never be too sure. Walking up to her, he offered her a smile. "Giving the Demeter and Persephone kids a run for their money?"
  • Lexi: In her own little world, Lexi hadn't noticed Enzo coming up to the cabin and thus when he spoke up, she was startled enough to drop the watering can in her hand. After faking being overly scared and clutching her chest, Lexi turned to Enzo. "I'm doing what I can," she said in a calming tone despite how shocked she was. "What are you up to? Just going around scaring us Aphrodite kids?"
  • Enzo: Enzo laughed as he shook his head. "Only scaring one, and I succeeded," He said with a grin as he walked a little closer to her. "Mind if I can take you away from your flower watering duties for a few minutes?"
  • Lexi: "Well, that's rather rude and disrespectful of you if you ask me. You've got some nerve sneaking up on the counsellor of Aphrodite's cabin like that." Always one for the dramatics, Lexi picked up her watering can post drama production and set it down nicely by some of the potted flowers by the porch steps. "Honestly? Please do, I don't know how these Demeter kids do it day in and day out."
  • Enzo: "You say that as if the counsellor of Aphrodite's cabin doesn't mind it when I scare her," He said, going along with the two of them talking as if the counsellor was someone else. He smiled a little at her dramatics, finding it endearing before nodding. "I think it might be the natural affinity for it, y'know? I'm sure there's Ares girls who wonder how you Aphro kids put makeup on."
  • Lexi: "She does mind, otherwise she wouldn't react like she just saw a ghost in the middle of the night." She responded in a joking pointed tone, nudging Enzo gently in a playful and flirty manner. "You might be right, but if those Ares girls would just sit down and listen when I try and explain it to them the twentieth time, maybe they'll finally get it..."
  • Enzo: "She's never told me she minded, maybe you could get her to tell me," Enzo replied, carrying on with the joke and smiling when he got nudged. He listened along and laughed, "Are you saying all Ares girls are inept when it comes to makeup? I'm sure they'd ove to hear you say that."
  • Lexi: "Definitely not, some of them are very capable of makeup. But the ones that aren't also just refuse to listen to me when all I want to do is help... So frustrating, truly." Remembering that Enzo wanted to talk to her, she looked up at him. "So Sharky, why were you wanting to pull me away from my failed gardening?"
  • Enzo: "If only they could understand how wrong they are, huh?" Enzo said with a laugh before he offered her a smile. "Well, first to stop your cruelty to plants." He was joking, as evident by his tone. "But mostly I just wanted to know if you wanted to go on a date? Like, a date date to make things official."
  • Lexi: Feigning offence as she heard Enzo joke about her so called cruelty to plants, Lexi immediately jumped in without letting the other finish. "I'll have you know I'm not cruel enough to hurt plants, at least not purposefu-" she was stopped by what Enzo said next. Shocked even by what was said. Evident by her facial expression. "O-Oh... A date?" While she was obviously shocked, Lexi was excited about the prospect of going on a date with Enzo, not that she really showed it well. "Where exactly would you be taking me?"
  • Enzo: He smiled a little as Lexi went about replying back to him before stopping at the prospect of a date. Though the state of shock was one that he couldn't decipher as being of genuine surprise or excitement, he decided he'd go for the latter. "Maybe that retro restaurant in New Athens? Y'know, we could try it out? I heard it's really good."
  • Lexi: Listening to Enzo's idea, Lexi couldn't help but get excited the more she thought about it. "Is there a dress code? You know me Enzo, I can go a bit overboard on how dressed up I get. Even for the more... mundane of locations."
  • Enzo: Enzo smiled a little as he considered the dress code before shaking his head with a hum. "I don't think so? I wouldn't put it against you to have some fifties clothes but I, on the other hand, don't..." He paused before shrugging, "Shall we go for casual?"
  • Lexi: "I mean I certainly do have fifties inspired outfits..." She said, immediately thinking about the outfits she could wear had they decided to go with a theme. "But if you're wanting casual, I don't mind dressing casual. When were you thinking of going?"
