Sapphire Linn ~ Head Counselor of Themis
SapphireL
Sapphire's WB.
Character's Bio

Age: 17  Height: 5'6  Weight: "Ahem, what was that?"
 Sexuality: Lesbian  Relationship Status: Single
Birth Place: Bern, Switzerland  Main Weapon: Trio of CB Javelins, CB short sword, light CB shield
 Accent: Swiss/Estonian mix
 – "My only destination is each and every station, so let me pave the way."

Character's Powers

Powers of a child of Themis: (3/6/9 Month Powers Unlocked)
Offensive

  • Children of Themis can cause someone to forget their current morals and act savagely for a short time, leaving them vulnerable to attack.
  • Children of Themis, after receiving a wound, are able to use the justice of vengeance to power their next attack. This empowerment results in the attack having enhanced speed and strength.

Defensive

  • Children of Themis are capable of forcing everyone near them for a short time into a state of lawful peace, where no one can fight. After the effects subside, it cannot be used again for the rest of the fight. The user is also unable to fight due to the lawful peace.
  • Whenever a child of Themis takes part in a fight, a law automatically comes into existence, and its' purpose is to forbid enemies from attacking them. After this law is broken substantially, the user can create a field of energy that would imprison the opponent for a short time. The energy field would serve as a punishment for breaking the law. The target cannot escape in anyway, but also cannot be attacked while the imprisonment field is active. This power can only be used twice during a fight.

Passive

  • Children of Themis can see a few seconds into the future; allowing them to possibly predict the actions of others, but also hindering their sight at times.
  • Children of Themis are able to detect any lie and know if someone's telling the truth or not, though it doesn’t always work. This works much better if the lie is directly related to a law or rule being broken
  • Whenever someone is around a child of Themis, they’d feel at least slightly guilty for their wrongdoings. They can shut off this ability for a long time if they wish to do so.
  • Children of Themis can sense whenever a crime is occurring in a 10-meter distance, whether it’s illegal or just morally wrong. The user cannot sense crimes being committed against themselves.

Supplementary

  • Children of Themis can create a rule and can make someone follow that rule for a short period of time, as long as the rule does no harm and doesn’t completely stop an opponent from fighting, as well as a suitable punishment if the rule is broken. Possible punishments are substantial pain inducement, banishment (via instant teleportation) from the surrounding area, power/weapon negation (only one weapon or power) for a short time. All punishments subside after a short time; only one rule may be enforced at a time.
  • If an ally is wounded, Children of Themis are temporarily empowered to achieve justice for them towards the one who wounded them; this effect greatly increases the strength and speed of their attacks until justice is achieved.
  • Children of Themis are able to turn even the most un-ordered situations into well organized and properly structured systems. An example would be a chaotic battle, where movements and emotions are wild and erratic: the user would cause the battle to stop or organize it to become more calm, precise and well thought out.

3 Months After Character is Made

  • Children of Themis have the ability to lawfully force another person to follow their will for a few minutes, forcing them to follow their commands as long as they are not going to be forced harm themselves. The person will remain under the control of the law forcing for a few minutes or until control is relinquished, the longer the control is kept, the more energy it drains.

6 Months After Character is Made

  • Children of Themis can create paradoxical laws that allows the user to affect reality in illogical ways. For example, they can splash water on an opponent and cause severe burns and get hit with a hammer and it will just tickle. Only one reality-warping law can be implemented at a time and it will only be in effect for a short time. Afterwards, the user will be substantially drained. The power cannot be used to implement a law that would cause severe damage, such as breathing or blinking would cause their brains to explode.

9 Months After Character is Made

  • Children of Themis can become an embodiment of order for a short time, giving them the power to immediately judge a person according to their intentions. They are immune to all attacks. The user can implement up to 5 laws at once in this state, but not those that bend reality. (The laws should be similar to ones created and possess penalties like Supplementary 1) The user emits an aura of duty and respect for authority, so the person will be more likely to follow the laws created. This ability only lasts for a short amount of time. Once the child of Themis exits this form they are drained for a moderate time and cannot move until they are rested. Additionally, the more they do in this state, the greater they are drained, sometimes they may even faint.

Mina Blackbourne ~ Daughter of Pandia
MinaB
Mina's WB.
Character's Bio

Age: 18  Height: 5'9  Weight: "Excuse me?"
Sexuality: Homosexual  Relationship Status: Single, not really looking
Birth Place: London, England  Main Weapon: CB Sword and Dagger set
 Accent: British
 – "There are lots of people I admire and respect, but I don't necessarily want to be like them. I'm too happy being myself."

Character's Powers

Powers of a child of Pandia: (3/6/9 Month Powers Unlocked)
Offensive

  • Children of Pandia have the ability to form weapons out of pure moonlight which can be used for combat; however, only one weapon can be conjured at a time and it cannot be bigger than the one who conjured it. Non-combative objects can also be made out of this, but cannot generate any electricity as moonlight does not have any working parts.
  • Children of Pandia have the ability to focus an intense beam of moonlight which will burn anything it touches.

Defensive

  • Children of Pandia have the ability to create a protective dome of pure solid moonlight which will defend them from attacks for a short time.
  • Children of Pandia have the ability to bend the moonlight around them, concealing them for a short time. If the child attacks while in this state, it automatically wears off. So the power is purely defensive.

Passive

  • Children of Pandia can see perfectly at night as if it were day.
  • Children of Pandia are innately stronger at night.

Supplementary

  • Children of Pandia have the ability to generate moonlight to shine so bright that it can blind the beholders for a short period of time or just light up areas for allies, depending on how bright it is. They can create sources of moonlight from a distance and command them to maintain it’s form for a moderate time, but the light cannot be bright enough to harm anyone’s eyes to exist that long.
  • Children of Pandia have the ability to use the gravity pull of the moon to slow down enemies giving them a high chance to avoid an opponent’s attack or prevent an opponent from avoiding one of the user’s attacks.
  • Children of Pandia are able to telekinetically move water at a high rate, since the moon has power over the tides. The larger amount of water used, the more energy it drains.
  • Children of Pandia have the ability to Moonlight Travel, to merge with natural moonlight or moonlight they created themselves and teleport to another source of moonlight. The further the distance traveled, the more energy is drained.
  • As their mother was the goddess of the nourishing dew, children of Pandia have the ability to force the temperature within a 15 meter radius of them to reach dew point, condensing all the atmospheric water vapour into water droplets and drenching those in the vicinity. The user is immune to the attack, but their allies are endangered.

Cassandra Cryar ~ The Maze Runner
Cassie Cryar

"Every maze has an exit."
Cassie's WB
Character's Bio

Age: 14  Height: 1.66 m  Weight: Why are you asking?
Sexuality: Straight  Relationship Status: Singe, not looking
Birth Place: El Paso, Texas  Main Weapon: Labyrinth-shaped ring/Celestial Bronze spear
 Accent: Texan
 – "Logic is not useful in mazes and life in general."

Character's Powers

 1.Offensive

-Children of Ariadne have the ability to cause someone to believe that they are trapped inside a labyrinth, disrupting their senses into seeing anything else for a short time. While under its effect, they become more vulnerable to attacks.

-Children of Ariadne, while a labyrinth is summoned, have the ability to create 1 to 3 lesser monsters (those classified as “easy” in the Monster Encyclopedia) nearby them within it; these monsters, however, will not be controlled and will attack anyone they see.

2.Defensive

-Children of Ariadne have the ability to create a large portion of a labyrinth wall to protect themselves until it corrodes after a short time. The walls can be created at all directions to create an absolute defense, but drains more energy from the user. Conversely, this can be used to imprison enemies.

-Children of Ariadne can cause a person to feel/be lost, as if they don’t know how to reach their desired destination and wander off aimlessly which may induce distress, confusion and loss of concentration, for a short time. The effect can be used on a larger number of people, but drains more energy.

3.Passive

-Children of Ariadne have the innate ability to find their way through/around any sort of puzzle, maze or obstacle without any aid, as if they have a psychic compass within them. They are also able to perceive any kind of hidden obstruction, trap or dead-end within a 10 meter radius around them.

-Children of Ariadne have the innate ability to see in multiple directions at once, allowing their senses of sight to become more finely attuned to their surroundings.

4.Supplementary

-Children of Ariadne have the ability to create a real labyrinth which traps anyone inside it for a short time. The user has total control over the creation, such as altering and closing its walls or even expand the maze at any time. However, a larger maze will consume more energy from the user. The maze has a roof over it and cannot be teleported out of.

-Children of Ariadne can conjure a very durable wool string that can be used to navigate around a place, mislead or ensnare victims, bind or strangle enemies, hold or suspense things firmly, weave fine cloth or in any way possible. The longer the string, the more energy it drains. The string can also be conjured from the ground or from any surface.

-Children of Ariadne can increase or decrease a person's passions, whether the purpose is to weaken one’s will to fight, or to motivate them to do a certain hobby or to love, etc. The longer this state is maintained, the more energy is drained from the user.

-Children of Ariadne are able to teleport themselves through the mazes they created. The further the distance traveled, the more energy drained.

Roleplay

Delilah and Zeta

Zeta: It's been sort of calm as of late for Zeta. She debated doing some time in the Training Arena, but what's the point, really. So she's working out in the gym. Lifting weights at that. She is a daughter of Ares after all, so why not?

Delilah: She was wandering around and saw a girl working out. Come on, Delilah, here's your chance to make friends, she thought. "Hi! What's your name?" she said, coming closer.

Zeta: She turned her head to the girl who approached her. "Oh, hi. I'm Zeta."

Delilah: She smiled. "I'm Delilah. So... you like working out or you're just bored?"

Zeta: "Nice to meet you. Is both a valid answer?"

Delilah: "It sure is. Probably it's the most popular, too. I don't really like it, but I'm bored, so I'll join. It could save my life when facing some monsters... I think so... Even though I'm an archer rather than a swordfighter."

Zeta: "I could probably teach you a thing or two about archery, if you'd like."

Delilah: "That would be nice. We can practice in the training arena, too, if you want."

Zeta: "The arena is like my second home, which sounds cliche if you consider that I'm a daughter of Ares."

Delilah: "Don't worry, my mother's Melinoe and I've literally lived next to a graveyard back at home, so... in comparison with that it's not cliche at all."

Zeta: "Oh wow. Isn't it weird living near a graveyard?"

Delilah: "No, not really. It's just like living next to any other thing, and this one had trees and everything, so from my bedroom on the second floor it kind of looked like a park. I miss Idaho a lot. Could've lived in a much worse place. Also, I wanted to ask... your name doesn't sound American. Where do you come from?"

Zeta: "I don't know, living near a graveyard would be weird for me." Pause. "I'm from Denmark, but my name technically is anything but Danish."

Delilah: "Oh, right. I'm technically of Scottish origin, and everyone expected my father to name me something like Aileen or Coira, so... I understand it very well."

Zeta: "At least your name doesn't quite sound as off as mine."

Delilah: "Maybe. I'm not a Danish name expert, but I like yours. It's unique. Anyway, maybe we should train in the arena in some time? It'd be cool."

Zeta: "I'd love to, although, no promises I'll go easy on you." There was a small playful hint in the last bit of her remark there.

Delilah: "All right, so we'll meet there."She smiled ironically. "Let's see who'll have to go easy on who."

Zeta: "I'll tell you now, just being in the arena makes feel at home. But I look forward to it, no doubt."

Zeta: Some time later, and Zeta was already in the arena, a steadfast stance gracing her as her spear stood beside her, in her hands.

Priya and Sapphire

Priya: She came into her cabin, noticing Sapphire was there too. "Good morning, sister! How are you?"

Sapphire: She was lounging around, again, looking dreamy eyed at the moment, but she offered a smile as she said, "Morning. I'm fine, a little tired, but otherwise fine."

Priya: "Oh, I see. I was just wondering if you could tell me more about our mother. I don't really know what to think of her. Have you ever met her?"

Sapphire: "Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance. I want to meet her some day, but until then, I'll just keep being me."

Priya: She smiled. "Good idea, maybe I should try living like that too. Anyway, congratulations to our new Head Counsellor! Even though I barely know you all, I'm so proud! Are you celebrating somehow?"

Sapphire: She offered a polite smile in return. "Thank you. And no, I'm not the type to go around bragging that I'm the new Head Counsellor." She laughed a bit at her own remark.

Priya: "That's clever. It would probably be a little annoying if people were just going on and on about their position." She paused and smiled. "But I'm still happy for you."

Sapphire: She'd nod. "I promise, I will not disappoint."

Priya: "Of course you won't! It's so good to have a counsellor that you actually know, for a change. I still haven't even talked to that guy who was counsellor before."

Sapphire: "I might make it a priority to know everyone, because for one, I don't want to be that Counsellor that no one knows about."

Priya: "Yes, it must be nice to know many people here. I'd love to meet some more... I've got to try talking to everyone. I think I'll try with Athena's Cabin. They're quite nice, right? Or did I confuse them with somebody?"

Sapphire: "If I am being honest, it depends on who you ask. I've never met a child of Athena yet, so I wouldn't really know."

Priya: "I see. Well, I'll just have to check who's worth talking to here." She laughed a little. "My, it's good to have teen people around. I was homeschooled all my life, and it's amazing that I'm finally able to have some non-adult friends."

Sapphire: "I went to school when I still lived in Switzerland, so I can't quite relate, but it does feel good to know there are others close to your age around."

Priya: "You were lucky then. I was probably the most bored teenager in the States, as my dream was to go to school."

Sapphire: "There is always college and university, but that's way harder."

Priya: "That's true... I'd like to go to university. And to stude anything but law. That would be cliche."

Sapphire: "I mean, they don't say that we know the law like it's our life for nothing."

Priya: "Yes... anyway, anything but law. I'm not going to be like my father. Something in the stem would be nice."

Sapphire: "Ooh, STEM is interesting. Anything in particular that interests you?"

Priya: "I don't really know. I've always liked mathematics though, so maybe geometry or something to do with it... Architecture would be interesting, too."

Sapphire: "Architecture is very cool, and very rewarding if you master it."

Priya: "Yes, and it's a so-called creative job too. I'd really like it."

Sapphire: "Not to mention, architecture work lasts a lifetime."

Priya: "It does appear to be one of the jobs that won't be getting unnecessary in a few decades."

Priya and Zeta

Zeta: It was a rather calm afternoon, but the sun was getting close to setting, and Zeta was out by the beach to see the sunset. She'll admit, the sunsets here are far different than the ones in Denmark, but still pretty, no doubt.

Priya: She was just walking around aimlessly, admiring the views. She noticed another girl looking at the sunset on the beach and came closer. "Good evening. I'm Priya, what's your name?"

Zeta: She turned her head briefly to see Priya as she said "Zeta. Nice to meet you, Priya." She turned to face the sunset once again, as she remarked, "Sunsets are such beautiful things."

Priya: "Yes, they surely are." She paused. "They're different here."

Zeta: "That, they are. It truly depends on where you live. Everywhere, there is different kind of sunset."

Priya: "I've noticed that too. The sunset's different here, it was different back in New Jersey, and it was different in California when we went on holiday with my father when I was a kid... But still, this one's one of the prettiest I've ever seen."

Zeta: "The sunsets here and in Denmark have such difference, that it still surprises me sometimes."

Priya: "You come from Denmark? I always wanted to go to Europe, but my father wasn't that eager to travel..."

Zeta: Zeta nodded. "Mhm. I loved Copenhagen... and still miss it sometimes."

Priya: "I see. Well, I can't say I understand as I don't really miss home, but I know most campers do."

Zeta: "It really depends on how close to your heart home is. For me, it's very close."

Priya: "That must be nice. For me, it's rather far. Antarctica-type far."

Zeta: "Home troubles?"

Priya: "I wouldn't call it troubles. It was rather no interaction at all."

Zeta: "Ah. I can't say that I understand, because I really don't. I was a bit close with my mother and she took care of me and I'd never give it up for anything."

Priya: "Yes, sometimes I regret that I don't have a mother that's more... usual."

Zeta: "I take it you're the daughter of a goddess?"

Priya: She nodded. "Themis. Divine law and order... I don't feel like I know anything about my own mother at all, and it can be quite sad. But... enough about me. You said you had a good relation with your mother... who is your father then?"

Zeta: "Ares. God of War."

Priya: "Oh. I suppose that means quite a lot of stereotypes."

Mina and Cassie

Mina: Mina was ever so casually passing by the Strawberry Fields, although, had it not been for the fact that strawberry season was over for now, she might have stayed a bit longer that she did.

Cassie: She was sitting on the ground, even though it was cold. She was thinking about how it all might look during the summer when she saw a girl walking by. She waved. "Hi!"

Mina: She offered a small smile, as she waved back. "Hello there."

Cassie: She looked at the girl, smiling. "So, I see I'm not the only starwberry maniac hanging around the fields when the season's out."

Mina: She'd giggle a bit, as she said, "I'm not even close to being a maniac, but I do so love strawberries."

Cassie: "Got it. Well, unfortunately I'm a maniac, but at least I'm unique." She laughed.

Mina: "To each their own."

Kara and Hope

Kara: Kara was in the training room of the Spire. She was taking a small break to rest her hands predominantly, and was looking at a picture of herself with her girlfriend whom she left behind on what to her was a just cause. It brought a tear or two to her eyes, and secretly, she was hoping no one particularly important would walk in on her like this.
Hope: Hope walked into the training room to practice some archery, but surprisingly someone was already there. When she noticed that the girl was looking at a photo, nearly crying, she was slightly moved, but not very much. It was hard to make ker really moved anyway. "Am I interrupting something?" she asked, confident again.

Kara: She hid the photo immediately when Hope spoke. She wiped off her tears, as she returned with a neutral, "No, not at all."

Hope: "Well, that's good, 'cause I don't think they appreciate blubbing here. Are you here to practice or just hide from the rest of the world?"

OOC

Omg, we've both been promoted. Or rather our chars were. So awesome! :3

Dirael (talk) 17:15, November 6, 2017 (UTC)

That, they were :D But now they have new responsibilities as such.

Feel Your Heart Beat ~Sophie

Do you want to bring in more characters/start more RP pairs, because I do have more than just the two beans listed :D

Feel Your Heart Beat ~Sophie

Sure, my new char had just been claimed. So let's add more :)

Dirael (talk) 22:52, November 10, 2017 (UTC)

Yay for more beans and even more RPs. I don't know about you, but I am quite liking our RPs as they are :D (ps. I left one as TBD so you can pick whom you wanted to RP with ;))

Feel Your Heart Beat ~Sophie

As you can see, with my new word bubbles I used the same template you use. Just found it pretty and useful :P Dirael (talk) 16:05, November 11, 2017 (UTC)

The aesthetic is the only thing that matters ;)

Feel Your Heart Beat ~Sophie

Sorry for not RPing lately, I'm super busy because my two chars were just claimed and I'm working on a new one, so my activity is a char page mess currently. Hope I'll write here soon. Sorry again.

Dirael (talk) 20:20, November 12, 2017 (UTC)

Don't worry, it's fine. I'm trying to work on new characters myself so I can relate XD Also, come around on Chat some time, so we can talk more :D

ACSEvieForSophieSig I knew it when I met him,I loved him when I left him ~Sophie

Okay, I somehow managed to post on all RPs except Delilah and Sapphire, sorry 'bout that.

Dirael (talk) 21:30, November 12, 2017 (UTC)

Don't worry, there's no rush for anything :P I'm a patient person, so don't worry if you must take some time before you post :)

ACSEvieForSophieSig I knew it when I met him,I loved him when I left him ~Sophie

Also, I'd like to ask, since the Champions of Othrys are back, are you planning on making one? :)

Dirael (talk) 15:31, November 15, 2017 (UTC)

Maybe, maybe not :P Depends on if I can be motivated enough and/or if the CoO are still accepting.

ACSEvieForSophieSig I knew it when I met him,I loved him when I left him ~Sophie

Well, we'll see then :) I hope they're accepting as I wasn't here when you could register. It'd be a little strange if they didn't now, half of the users who were interested back then are probably not active anymore. :P Dirael (talk) 17:53, November 15, 2017 (UTC)

Good news! CoO are still open, and I may well be considering joining in :D

ACSEvieForSophieSig I knew it when I met him,I loved him when I left him ~Sophie

I'd love to start rping my new char, Coira, and Mina. Would you like that? Dirael (talk) 20:21, November 25, 2017 (UTC)

We could do that, but I'm slacking as it is XD Perhaps another time? Also, some of the people on chat had wanted to talk to you, but you left too soon :o

ACSEvieForSophieSig I knew it when I met him,I loved him when I left him ~Sophie

Sure, I'm a little too busy now too. About chat, I didn't know! I just feel pretty uncomfortable there, people are talking to each other and I'm reading that, having no idea what it's about. Perhaps "unchatness" is my fatal flaw on the wiki :P

Dirael (talk) 16:40, November 27, 2017 (UTC)

Also, I'm preparing to lead a quest with Priya. I'd like to take Zeta if you agree, as Priya and Sapphire have very similar powers, and Priya and Mina never met. :P If you knew more people who could be interested, please let me know. I hope it'll actually take place. :)

Dirael (talk) 16:57, November 27, 2017 (UTC)

I suppose that sort of was to be expected XD It might feel weird the first few times, but don't worry, no one bites. As for the quest... if this were a perfectly normal day, I'd say yes, except... I planned for Zeta to lead a quest of her own, and also, while there's nothing officially out about it, the admin behind the CoO event has asked for quest stuff to hold on for the time being. In simple terms, there can't really be quests happening. At another point in time perhaps.

ACSEvieForSophieSig I knew it when I met him,I loved him when I left him ~Sophie

Oooomg! We're both going on the CoO mission! It's so awesomeeee!

Sorry, I'm a little too excited. It's the first mission I've ever been on, and I just can't wait. We should probably rp Hope and Kara later, if you'd like that. I won't mind if your posts are late etc. :)

Dirael (talk) 21:20, December 3, 2017 (UTC)

Hehe, I can understand the excitement. The whole CoO event is going to be an exciting thing. This is just the start. Despite not having a functional WB for Kara, I posted anyway, because that is the beauty of RP forums like these, that you don't need to use the WB to post.

ACSEvieForSophieSig I knew it when I met him,I loved him when I left him ~Sophie

Would you like to make the whole Zeta vs Delilah thing in the arena forum? It'd be cool. Also, if you decide to do it there, feel free to choose the arena. I don't want to be unfair and choose the Underworld one, so... Dirael (talk) 19:26, December 5, 2017 (UTC)

Doesn't really matter too much if I am being honest. Also, you're needed to post here :)

ACSEvieForSophieSig I knew it when I met him,I loved him when I left him ~Sophie

Oh gosh, thanks. In my inexplanable stupidness I couldn't find the mission page. :) Dirael (talk) 17:54, December 7, 2017 (UTC)
