 ====Offensive====

  1. Children of Ariadne have the ability to cause someone to believe that they are trapped inside a labyrinth, disrupting their senses into seeing anything else for a short time. While under its effect, they become more vulnerable to attacks.
  2. Children of Ariadne, while a labyrinth is summoned, have the ability to create 1 to 3 lesser monsters (those classified as “easy” in the Monster Encyclopedia) nearby them within it; these monsters, however, will not be controlled and will attack anyone they see.

Defensive

  1. Children of Ariadne have the ability to create a large portion of a labyrinth wall to protect themselves until it corrodes after a short time. The walls can be created at all directions to create an absolute defense, but drains more energy from the user. Conversely, this can be used to imprison enemies.
  2. Children of Ariadne can cause a person to feel/be lost, as if they don’t know how to reach their desired destination and wander off aimlessly which may induce distress, confusion and loss of concentration, for a short time. The effect can be used on a larger number of people, but drains more energy.

Passive

  1. Children of Ariadne have the innate ability to find their way through/around any sort of puzzle, maze or obstacle without any aid, as if they have a psychic compass within them. They are also able to perceive any kind of hidden obstruction, trap or dead-end within a 10 meter radius around them.
  2. Children of Ariadne have the innate ability to see in multiple directions at once, allowing their senses of sight to become more finely attuned to their surroundings.

Supplementary

  1. Children of Ariadne have the ability to create a real labyrinth which traps anyone inside it for a short time. The user has total control over the creation, such as altering and closing its walls or even expand the maze at any time. However, a larger maze will consume more energy from the user. The maze has a roof over it and cannot be teleported out of.
  2. Children of Ariadne can conjure a very durable wool string that can be used to navigate around a place, mislead or ensnare victims, bind or strangle enemies, hold or suspense things firmly, weave fine cloth or in any way possible. The longer the string, the more energy it drains. The string can also be conjured from the ground or from any surface.
  3. Children of Ariadne can increase or decrease a person's passions, whether the purpose is to weaken one’s will to fight, or to motivate them to do a certain hobby or to love, etc. The longer this state is maintained, the more energy is drained from the user.
  4. Children of Ariadne are able to teleport themselves through the mazes they created. The further the distance traveled, the more energy drained.

3 Months After Character is Made

  1. Children of Ariadne have the ability to construct paths out of materials found around them that they can use to take them anywhere (up into the air, over trees, etc.) but as they move along the path, the path behind them slowly corrodes. The longer they use the energy required to make a path, the more they are drained.

6 Months After Character is Made

  1. Children of Ariadne have the ability to enchant a localized location into becoming an illogical, yet illusory, maze which traps anyone inside it. With this ability, the user can cause a building’s passageways to lead somewhere else such as an upstairs flight lead to the basement, a closet room lead to the rooftop, lead a door back to itself, and so on and so forth. The larger the area of effect and the longer it is held, the more it drains the user.

9 Months After Character is Made

  1. Children of Ariadne have the ability to materialize a shadowy form of the Minotaur into existence which is capable of both fighting and dying under their control, in a sense; afterwards, it will vanish and drains the user extensively. However, the Minotaur conjured is weaker than its real counterpart would be.

  1. Children of Ariadne have an excellent sense of direction, and are able to navigate and locate any location with ease, rarely getting lost.
  2. Children of Ariadne are typically willing to help others, even to strangers.

Urban Arena

Urban arena
  • This arena is essentially a small abandoned city, overgrown with vegetation and some of the buildings crumbling in decay.
  • Located in the middle of the arena is a small abandoned park, with a pond
  • This arena has all the typical things you'd find in an abandoned overgrown city, everything from flat surfaces to small buildings to tall skyscrapers, some crumbling, some still standing, lots of dark places to hide, including an underground subway tunnel. There are abandoned cars, and things can still be found within the buildings, perhaps even a few stray cats or dogs, or some smaller creatures such as rats and spiders.
  • The arena is open to the sky and elements
  • This arena also possesses a more rural arena, possessing large mansions, estates and houses.


Adelaide: Even though she knew that she would lose any fight, Adelaide found her way into an arena and pulled out her sword, which was in a katana form

Cynthia: She had never actually fought another person only ever monsters. But the training arena had an open slot which she had signed up for and ended up getting a reply from a girl named Adelaide. She entered the arena and looked around at the space a soft smile forming. The ruined city was beautiful. She walked until she spotted the girl and frowned. Calling out to her she tried to get the girls attention, "Aren't you a little young to be here little girl?"

Adelaide: "I'm 9. Demigods can be any age. Isn't your hair to weird to be normal?" Adelaide replied back to the other girl in he arena, while she saw every direction, looking for spots she could fit into and the other girl couldn't.

Cynthia: ​She grabs a lock of her own hair examining it. "I guess my hair is a little weird isn't it. But its pretty so i dont mind." She smiles and shrugs. "So you think you can handle yourself in the arena. I won't treat you like your age." She forms her Rapier and enters her fighting stance. "Let's have a glorious battle shall we?"

Adelaide: "I never expect you to. My parents never went easy on me when they were training me so you shouldn't." Adelaide put her sword back in her backpack and grabbed out her knife, the blade being 14 inches and triangle shapped. Adelaide then ran as fast as she could at the other girl, going low and aiming to cut the girl's shin.

Cynthia: ​A brave girl. And apparently one trained in the art of combat. That knife looked like it would leave wicked wounds so she would need to be careful. As she realized the girl was aiming low for her shins she knew she would be out of commision quickly if she took this girl lightly. She leapt over the girls smaller frame as she was already low to the ground and formed one of her daggers throwing it at the girls exposed back.

Adelaide: Not being able to get he other girl, Adelaide kept running, sidestepping once she saw the other girl throw a knife at her. Once out of the way of the knife, she started heading towards an abounded building.

​Cynthia: ​Once her feet were on solid ground again Cynthia retrieved her knife and watched Adelaide enter the abandonned building. The building was clearly on the verge of collapse if one or two supports were knocked out inside. But Cynthia was still weary. This girl was small and would be able to hide inside of the building easily while Cynthia wandered around. Returning all of her weapons to their nuetral forms she approached the building with caution. Maybe taunting was her best choice here? "Oh the little girl wants to play hide and seek? How cute. I'll count to ten okay?" She felt sick to her stomach treating the girl like a child but she was not willing to enter the building if there were alternatives. So she started counting down from ten.

Adelaide: "I can never get lost and see in every direction, so I would always win." Adelaide yelled at the girl as she entered the building, finding a hidden door to a basement and going down to it, closing the door to the basement and taking out her flashlight once she got to the floor of the basement, shining the torch in every corner of the room.

Cynthia: ​The red head groaned in frustration. This girl was not going to make things easy for her. Cynthia had not expected ease but neither had she suspected this level of difficulty. She had no choice. She strode into the building trying not to look too frightened by the thought of trying to find the girl in the decaying building. Forming her dual daggers she moved through the building slowly at first but then forming some bravery she started to move quickly searching each floor carefully for the girl.

Adelaide: Adelaide heard the older girl moving above her, so Adelaide put herself under a table with a cloth hanging over it to hide her if the girl came to her, and made a labyrinth covering the first three floors, the path the girl was on heading outside into the pond.

Cynthia: ​As she ran along her path she blinked on a step and opened her eyes quickly at the feeling of water up to her shins. How had she ended up in the pond some twenty feet from the building? She groaned softly. This was an Ariadne child how could she have forgotten. Turning to the building she took a deep breath,. She had been close the labrynth had ended at the fourth floor in the pond so therefore she was somewhere in the first three floors. Dashing back inside she became more determined to locate the girl. She searched the first floor and found the hidden door and smiled. The girl had been under her all along and was now trapped inside the bottom of the building. "I think I've found your hiding place Adelaide! I'm gonna find you and then it'll be your turn to seek." She smiled and took to the steps being prepared for any traps she could have laid out for her.

Adelaide: Adelaide heard the other girl come down to the basement and start talking, so instead of staying and fighting, she made her labyrinth enlarge to cover to the basement, the floor where the other girl was standing turning into a slide that finished at a window on the third floor and Adelaide teleported to the their floor.

Cynthia: ​As the stairs below her turned into a slide Cynthia released a small shout of alarm. Her premonition showed her ending falling out a window so instinctively she turned and prepared to grab the ledge of the building. As she reached the end of the slide she saw the side of the building and latched on to the sill of the window. She couldn't go back up because the labrynth was still occupying the space but at least she hadn't fallen three stories and broken a bone. Looking down she thought for a moment about how to proceed and made her decision. Allowing herself to drop she fell towards the ground but grabbed the sill of a window on the second floor. Breaking said window she swung herself into the building and took several deep breaths as the sound of shattering glass had almost triggered an episode. As she regained her senses she looked around herself at the room she had ended up in preparing a plan to get from there to the girl. She would have to restart her search because she could not get back down to the basement without going for a slide.

Adelaide: Adelaide felt that the older girl was back in her maze so she opened a path in front of the girl leading down to the basement while Adelaide sat down on a chair trying to keep the maze going.

Cynthia: ​As she prepared to leave the room she felt something shift and opened the door to reveal the darkened basement with the slide leading down into its depths. Taking a deep breath to calm her agitation at this little game of labrynth spelunking Cynthia shut the door and turned back to the room she was in. She had to find a way to move through this building that Adelaide could not alter and confuse her with. She wasn't an Are's kid so she couldnt bust her way though everything. But she wasn't inherently frail and weak either. She remembered seeing another window on the third floor about six feet away from the original one. The building was made of brick which she could grip. She made her choice and climbed back out the window. Using her daggers she repeatedly stabbed them into the areas between bricks to pull herself up the building to the other window which she busted and climbed in through onto the third floor. One door to her right and one in front of her. She had another choice to make. She dove through the door to her right hoping she could get through before her presence was detected and the labrynth altered.

Adelaide: She felt the older girl move around her maze, going places where Adelaide didn't want her to go, so Adelaide decided to stop the labrynth and go head on. Adelaide got up from where she was sitting and let go of control of her maze, it disappearing, and got ready for when the other girl came for her.

Cynthia:​ She sensed the domain of her opponent finally drop and knew the building was back to normal. The girl was clearly nearby. Drawing her daggers she moved low and fast around the third floor looking for her opponent.

Adelaide: She started walking around the floor, watching all directions with her knife out when she saw the older girl a far distance behind her.

Cynthia: ​Sliding into a hallway she saw her opponent down at the very end with her back turned. She knew that Adelaide could see her so there was no point in trying to be sneaky. If she could see Adelaide then Adelaide could see her. "Found you! Guess hide and seek is over. Now lets play a new game hmm? I suggest tag." She switches her daggers for her rapier. "Your it." She entered a defensive stance waiting patiently.

Adelaide: "Who said I was playing?" Adelaide said as she turned around and made Cynthia feel lost before she ran straight at the other girl.

Cynthia: ​For a moment Cynthia felt completely and totally lost but focusing on Adelaide she read the girls mind carefully. She wasnt looking for strike pattern but rather trajectory. Seeing her plan Cythnthia quickly jumps up and over Adelaide flipping in mid air to land facing where she would end up and throwing a dagger. Shaking her head she cleared the feeling of being lost and glared at her opponent. "Cheap trick Daughter of the Spider."

Adelaide: Adelaide once again saw the dagger being those at her and moved out of its way. "Ariadne isn't even a spider. She was a princess of Crete before she was a goddess." Adelaide said as she quickly out her knife in her bag and pulled out her sword, it in the form of a gladius. "Why a Roman sword of all forms?" Adelaide said to herself.

Cynthia: ​Cynthia shrugs away the comment and pulls her Rapier into its true form. Holding it before her she prepares for the upcoming clash. "A Sword fight it shall be. Are you ready Adelaide? I will not be holding back." She dashed forward attempting a thrusting strike at her upper left shoulder.

Adelaide: "I'm always ready." Adelaide said as she made a labyrinth wall block Cythnia's sword before Adelaide rushed around it and jabbed at Cythnia's stomach

Cynthia: ​Her thrust was blocked by the labrynth wall and Adelaide came rushing at her. In the span of a second she formed her second dagger deflecting the blow so it slashed her top and not her body. As the girls momentum carried her forward Cynthia spun the dagger into a front grip and aimed to stab her in the shoulder.

Adelaide: Adelaide couldn't stop herself, only slightly move out of the way of the knife, grazing her shoulder. Adelaide put this to her advantage, and flopped on the ground and started crying, her sword still in her hand.

Cynthia: ​She saw the girl flop to the ground with a grazing wound to her shoulder from her knife. Deforming her dagger and turning on her heel with her back to the labrynth wall Cynthia pointed her rapier at the small girl. "Are you okay? I can call the Apollo kids to come and get you if you want." She wasn't unaware of the blade still gripped firmly in the girls hand.

Adelaide: "I'm ok. Just you hurt me and it is stinging really bad." Adelaide said trying to think of what she would do next, keep up the hurt little girl act or attack.

Cynthia: ​She tried to read the girls mind again to figure out just what it was she was planning but it seemed the lover of labrynths had set one up in her own mind because Cynthia could not get a good read on what the child was thinking. So she decided to try another tactic. Using her 6 month power as she spoke to reduce the girl to little more than a toddler. "I'm going to call the Apollo children, just stay there." Turning on her heel she moved to a nearby window to make sure her reception was good and pulled out an old flip style phone and made the call to the Apollo cabin kids on standby.
