Forest/Jungle Arena

• This arena is essentially a tightly compacted jungle/forest, with tall cliffs along the edges of the arena
• At various points in the forest/jungle there are some small waterfalls and ponds
• The arena is open to the sky and elements, however due to the tightly compacted nature of the jungle/forest, there are areas where the sky cannot be seen, along with lots of shadows and places to hide
• At the centre of the arena (jungle/forest), there is a medium sized temple, it is the darkest at this point and there are pyres, full of fire and wood, at the entrance to the temple. The fire that burns within the pyres can not be extinguished, but if the fire is removed from the pyres, it can then be put out.
• Inside the temple are various Greek statues, roughly 6 feet tall
• There are numerous and various species of wildlife hidden amongst the forest/jungle, but none larger than a grizzly bear

"Don't worry, be happy. Why worry when you can be relaxed killing off monsters? Hope you get my sarcasm."	Ryan arrives at the arena in time and walks to the nearest tree. He quickly climbs it and sits on a high branch, looking around.

Character's Powers  POWERS OF A SON OF HEPHAESTUS Children of Hephaestus have the ability to see each specific weakness in another person’s armor and are proficient at striking them in order to do the most efficient amount of damage. Children of Hephaestus can become resistant to all types of physical attacks for a short time. Children of Hephaestus are able to create a wall of stone, no larger than 2 to 3 times the size of the user, to temporarily blunt attacks Children of Hephaestus are innately extremely resistant to heat and fire. Children of Hephaestus are innately stronger and faster than others. Children of Hephaestus have the ability to release heat from their hands in order to cauterize an open wound. Children of Hephaestus are able to create a smoke screen that suffocates and hinders enemies for a short time, using it to either escape or do one sneak attack Children of Hephaestus have the ability to control a single mechanical object with their mind; doing so, however, immobilizes the child of Hephaestus until control is broken. This only works on objects mechanically controlled, not objects controlled by magic. Children of Hephaestus have the ability to create and control fire; however, it is extremely chaotic and will burn anything near it no matter the intention of the child of Hephaestus. Children of Hephaestus are able to bring to life a sculpture to fight for them for a short time, while the sculpture is fighting for them, they are weakened and unable to defend themselves Children of Hephaestus are known for making great mechanics and blacksmiths. Able to make all sorts of weapons, machines and devices including automatons, armor and weaponry. Even weapons that can transform. Children of Hephaestus normally grow up to be excellent sculptors, stonemasons, architects, builders, carpenters and woodworkers. Children of Hephaestus normally feel comfortable in forges and other warm areas, making them great fire-fighters and volcanologists.
