This vote is the vote mentioned in the winning option of this vote.
As per the results of that vote, the general policy towards demigods, Camp and New Athens is as follows; there is no age in which demigods have to move to New Athens. They can stay at Camp for as long as they please and have no obligation to move to New Athens. In an OOC sense, there is no difference in a character residing in New Athens and Camp Half-Blood.
The object of this vote, however, is to determine what happens to a characters titles should they move to New Athens.
New Athens, in itself without spoiling too much, is a replacement for the Nearby Town for demigods that serves recreational, training and residence outside of Camp purposes. An important note, however, is that the youngest a New Athens resident can be is 18 years-old. In an OOC sense, it allows us to roleplay the older demigods without confining them to the Camp culture, exploring some new aspects of demigod life.
In the initial proposal of the previous vote, the option meant that Head Counsellors and Lieutenant Counsellors didn't need to relent their titles should they move to New Athens but, upon reflection in the comments and the Discord channels, this was revised and put to a later vote - this vote.
Head Counsellors and Lieutenant Counsellors, in short, serve as the leaders of their cabin. They perform duties such as leading their cabins to meals, choosing activities in terms of training, go to war counsels and do room inspections. In short, they have the most integral role within a cabin and thus what happens to a counsellor when they leave for New Athens must be debated.
The options below have been proposed by the bureaucrats.
Option One: If a Head Counsellor or Lieutenant Counsellor leaves Camp to live in New Athens, they must relent their titles. Should they wish to re-challenge, they must move their permanent residence to Camp Half-Blood once again.
Option Two: If a Head Counsellor or Lieutenant Counsellor leaves Camp to live in New Athens, there is no obligation for them to relent their titles. They can do so if they choose but they are not forced to by any means.

Given that a counsellor and lt ic wise are there to lead and guide their cabin mates, it seems logical to me that they would then need to reside with the same people they lead. It also doesn't seem too much of a hassle to me as it seems, based on the last vote, no one has to be forced out of Camp, meaning they can keep being leaders so long as they stay in camp.
